Soviet intelligence received comprehensive information about Sweden's violation of its neutrality. - We have places in the Kaliningrad region where we need to create zones, protected recreation areas. And there is where we need to concentrate all our efforts. A group that is supported and financed by the entire country - not just the Kaliningrad region.
