Educational activities in educational institutions cannot exist without preliminary professional planning of the teacher’s work. Proper organization labor allows you to highlight goals and objectives, note the results and achievements of students for a certain period. About how to methodically correctly compose a thematic educational process in preschool educational institution, we'll talk In this article.

What is planning and why is it needed?

Planning in pedagogy is the construction educational process so that the tasks curriculum in a specific children's team were resolved with maximum efficiency. Why is it necessary to plan educational activities in kindergarten? In order to:

Types of planning

In a preschool educational institution, according to the federal state standard, the following types of plans are mandatory documents:

  • perspective;
  • calendar and thematic plan of the group.

The first type includes the annual plan of the preschool educational institution, which is drawn up by the administration and approved. The second type is described in more detail in the next section of the article.

Calendar-thematic plan

What is the calendar-thematic plan of the preschool educational institution? It's such pedagogical activity, which describes in detail the daily work of the teacher with children. This document is compiled by the teacher for each working day, indicating dates and topics based on the annual and long-term plan preschool. In turn, the main document that serves as the basis for planning is the educational program.

It is also important to consider the direction kindergarten(for example, with in-depth study foreign languages) and the availability of the institution’s material and technical base. That is, those tasks that the teacher displays in calendar-thematic planning must be implemented in practical activities within the framework of a single educational process in a particular kindergarten.

Thematic calendar plan is also mandatory document at the preschool educational institution.

Types of thematic calendar plan

According to the federal educational standard, there are no clear instructions regarding the form of maintaining such documentation. The administration of a preschool institution or the teacher himself has the right to choose the most convenient way to display daily work with children. State standard The following types of calendar-thematic plans are recommended:

  1. Text. It describes in detail the daily educational activities of the teacher during working hours. Often this type of document is offered to young, inexperienced specialists.
  2. Schematic - compiled in the form of a table, the columns of which are different types pedagogical work during the day (game, educational, cognitive, communicative, labor, independent games children, physical activity, work with parents).

IN state document on education it is stated that each teacher has the right to independently choose the most convenient form of documentation for him. But for effective organization it is more practical to determine the educational process in a preschool educational institution single standard conducting planning. Such a decision can be made by the pedagogical council.

In order to correctly draw up a calendar-thematic plan for the Federal State Educational Standard, the teacher should adhere to certain pedagogical recommendations:

  • the content must correspond to the educational program;
  • it is necessary to take into account the age, psychological and individual capabilities of a group of children;
  • work should be planned in all main areas of pedagogical activity (educational, gaming, cognitive, etc.);
  • it is important to adhere to the principles of consistency, systematicity, and complexity of the material;
  • educational, developmental and educational function educational process in the thematic content of the plan;
  • take into account the time of year, climate, traditions of the area;
  • integrate themes into different types activities (for example, the topic “Animals of the forests” is discussed in a lesson on speech development, then children are asked to draw a bunny on educational activities, and then make it from plasticine using modeling).

Planning the work of the circle

The manager, just like the teachers, needs to draw up a calendar and thematic plan. This is a separate document, which consists of the following sections:

  • explanatory note indicating general information about the direction of circle work;
  • relevance;
  • set goals and objectives;
  • thematic sections;
  • forms of work;
  • quantity teaching hours, schedule;
  • description of the course of the lesson indicating the topic, date, purpose, equipment, literature;
  • monitoring work of pupils' achievements for a certain period.

Thus, the calendar-thematic plan of the circle has a more voluminous content and large quantity sections.

Approximate calendar and thematic plan for the younger group of preschool educational institutions

Before making a calendar-thematic plan junior group kindergarten, you should carefully read the content of the curriculum for this age category of pupils, as well as the methodological documentation of the preschool institution. After filling out and entering information about parents and children, you can begin creating a class schedule. Typically, this activity is carried out by a methodologist or senior educator.

Based on the schedule approved by the administration of the preschool educational institution, you can think through a schedule of classes indicating dates and topics. As an example, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with a fragment of such a document for the junior group for December:

Then, planned activities with parents, as well as gymnastics complexes and life protection work should be included in the thematic calendar.

Planning is not just about maintaining documentation that can be presented to regulatory authorities. A thematic calendar plan is a great help in organizing the practical daily work of a teacher in a preschool educational institution, effective method systematization various forms pedagogical activities.

Tasks are central to project planning scheduling - the process of drawing up and adjusting the schedule in which the work performed various organizations, are linked in time to each other and to the possibilities of their provision various types logistical and labor resources. When linking, compliance with the specified restrictions and optimal (according to the accepted criterion) distribution of resources must be ensured. The result of the process is the creation calendar plans .

Schedules - These are schedules and schedules of work performed by various participants, which link these works to each other in terms of time and the ability to provide various resources. Types of schedules are selected depending on the planning goals and project features.

In the simplest case, the parameters of the schedule are the start and end dates of each work, their duration and necessary resources. When analyzing calendar plans, they also determine reserve time (the amount of possible duration deviation for each job that will not affect completion of the project on time). In most complex calendar plans, there are up to 6 options for start, end, duration of work and time reserves. These are early, late, base, planned and actual dates, real and free time reserve.

Calculation methods network models(see below) allow you to calculate only early and late dates. Baseline and current plan dates must be selected taking into account other factors. There are three options to choose from:

· calendar plan for early starts(hard left): used to stimulate project implementers;

Late completion schedule (hard right): used to represent project progress in better light for the consumer;

· calendar plan between them: done either to smooth out the resources consumed or to show the customer the most likely outcome.

Duration -this is the time it takes to complete the work. Typically, in deterministic plans, the job duration is assumed to be constant. In reality it depends on external factors and is random variable, is given by the distribution law (or distribution density). Often the duration changes due to changes in the amount of manpower at that job. Let us assume that before starting to draw up a plan for each job, its estimated duration is known. After a job has started but before it has finished, you can calculate the remaining duration. It may be equal to the planned duration minus the time elapsed since the work began, or it may be possible to reestimate the remaining duration based on knowledge gained from performing the work on this moment time. Once the job is completed, the actual duration can be recorded. It is useful to know the actual duration, since by comparing it with the planned one, deviations from the plan can be calculated, which is used to control the progress of work and calculate trends.

The purpose of these activities is to develop more detailed plans, based on the organization's long-term aggregate plans of operations, coordinating production capacities with consumer demands, for shorter and shorter periods of time. As a result, the output should be a schedule of tasks for each day, showing how the available resources will be distributed. This should indicate:

· what things need to be done,

· at what point,

· on what equipment.

This work is usually done by expanding the aggregate plan into a production plan and then into a detailed work plan for each site.
