1. Purpose and objectives of professional activity

On modern stage a national educational policy is being formed in Russia, the main task which is an achievement modern quality education, its compliance with the current and future needs of the individual, society, and state. As a result of education, not a system of knowledge, skills and abilities should be formed in itself, but a set key competencies, necessary for the future graduate in the intellectual, socio-political, communication, information and other spheres.

I see the main purpose of a teacher as being to educate a person who is ready for creative search, independent acquisition and updating of knowledge, self-development and self-improvement, capable of successfully adapting to new living conditions.

My pedagogical credo “Personality is formed only in the process of activity” (A. N Leontyev).By this I mean planning and organizing the educational process, in which the main place is given to active and versatile independent cognitive activity students.Target of his professional activities -formation of a free socially competent personality, capable of self-development and self-realization.

Tasks: 1. Raising a person who is a patriot of his country, who respects national and universal values. 2. Fformation of key competencies through the integration of modern pedagogical and information technologies. 3. Increasing the level of communication and organizational skills for building effective model lesson and the “teacher-student” interaction system.

2. Contribution to ensuring the quality of education

In 2012-2013 academic year On the basis of our school, a pilot site was opened to test the second generation Federal State Educational Standards in the 5th grade. The school administration creates all the necessary conditions for effective organization educational work. Today, society needs graduates who are ready to be involved in future life activities and who are able to practically solve the life and professional problems that confront them. The main task is to prepare a graduate of such a level that, upon entering problematic situation, he could find several ways to solve it, choose a rational one, justifying his decision. Of all the diversity educational and methodological complexes in history, I consider the teaching materials on the history of Russia by A. A. Danilova and L. G. Kosulina to be the most acceptable for myself and my students. 6-9 grades;Teaching materials on general history by A. A. Vigasina, O. S. Soroko-Tsyupy. 5-9 grades. On social studies in grades 6-9 - edited by L. N. Bogolyubov. The basis for the choice was following criteria: textbooks are included in the federal list of benefits. A completely redesigned methodological apparatus offers a variety of types of questions and tasks to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The textbooks ensure continuity of content. Corresponds to the age characteristics of students.Questions and assignments help students understand and assimilate information; they require deeper work with the text, turning to additional sources information, including Internet resources; skills of summarizing, comparing data, and analyzing them. The line of textbooks was created in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for basic general education. All paragraphs include rubrics designed to enhance the cognitive activity of students and to strengthen educational function course. All materials are based on a combination of several technologies, the effective use of which allows in full implement an activity-based approach in working with students. These are: problem-dialogical and project technology, technology critical thinking. The educational complex provides a system of work to develop children’s ability to transfer specific subject skills to solve problems of a practical nature. Textbooks and workbooks provide for the problematic nature of the presentation of the material, offering situations of actual activating difficulty, which is a key technological element of the activity approach. The educational material of the complex plays a role educational environment, and not the result that should be obtained by students. In accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and exemplary curricula for general education institutionsI have developed work programs for history and social studies for grades 5-9, taking into account the national-regional component, electronic educational resources, and technological maps. My management activities can be represented by the following scheme: assessment – control – correction. Since 2012, I began to use in my practiceassessment technologyeducational achievements, which is aimed atdevelopment of control and evaluation independencestudents. Students develop the ability to independently evaluate the results of their actions, control themselves, find and correct own mistakes; motivation for success. This technology is aimed primarily atformation of regulatory universal educational activities , as it ensures the development of the ability to determine whether the result of an activity has been achieved. Along with this, the formation andcommunicative universal educational activities: through learning to defend one’s point of view with arguments and logically justify one’s conclusions. Fostering a tolerant attitude towards other decisions leads topersonal development of the student. The implementation of assessment technology is used through printed notebooks Forverification and tests, on the diagnosis of meta-subject results. I check and correct the results using the method of oral and written control, through an individual, frontal survey.I use the followingforms of control:group forms of knowledge testing, in which students, working in pairs, ask each other. With this organization, the material is reproduced by all students, and unclear questions are clarified. This contributes to the development of students’ speech and assimilation of the knowledge system, helps to increase the level of self-control;non-traditional, differentiated, using ICT, “Sinquain”; “Finish the sentence.” To develop interest in the subject, I use creative tasks: creating a crossword puzzle on the topic; essays, drawing; writing a historical essay, essay; abstract; creating a presentation; project; students make tables; scheme; abstract; plan for answering the topic. I systematically conduct diagnostics and analysis of students’ mastery of knowledge and skills (application). I consider testing to be the most promising diagnostic technique, because tests are relatively short-term, unambiguous, correct, convenient, and standard.Using testing in all classes, I summarize the results, analyze them, identifying typical errors. I introduce the guys to the results of the work and correct their knowledge.I use incentive functions when assessing student work (bonuses), self-assessment, mutual assessment of results written works students and oral answers, I use a 5-point and point-rating system, the methodology of V.P. Bespalko, PORTFOLIO. I'm conducting finals testing work for a quarter and a year. I believe that assessment is one of the problems of modern education.I create conditions for motivating students’ independence by means of timely and systematic assessment of the results of their work in accordance with real achievements.I explain the assessment criteria before students complete the task.I study and implement knowledge assessment using M.A.’s methodology. Pinskaya "Formative assessment in the classroom." In grades 5-6, I often test children’s knowledge in game form, where there are elements of a theatrical performance (“Journey through Ancient Egypt", "Phoenician sailors", " Early Middle Ages"), independent work on options with mutual checking, I teach children to work independently with a textbook, to highlight the main thing in a read text, with historical documents. To test knowledge, I use KIMs on the history of Russia, grades 6, 7, author Smirnov Yu.A. , 6th grade, Simonova E.V., 2015 and etc. I use Internet resources and develop tests in accordance with the requirements of the program. Using a differentiated approach, I carry out work taking into account further developmental growth, using intensive teaching methods, a person-centered approach, for both strong and weak children. In my opinion, the main thing is goodwill, cooperation, encouragement, and instilling interest. I give tasks that correspond to the level of mastery, so that they can cope with it, so that they do not lose interest. If they do it successfully, I make the task more difficult. Through the program extracurricular activities“Give me a chance” many students master educational material in additional classes. L.N. Tolstoy said: “If a student at school did not learn to create anything himself, then in life he will only imitate and copy.” From the first days of working at school, I realized that this was really true. Modern children are people of a new generation, a new information society.Got up for meproblematic issue : search for new forms of lessons, methods, techniques and technologies that implement the activity-based and competence-based nature of learning.« Each teacher builds his own school, choosing from all his predecessors what he needs.” Amonashvili Sh.A.II am creating a methodological system that contributes to the formation of solid knowledge in history and social studies, independent skillsacquire and expand knowledge through the development of cognitive interests, intellectual and creative abilities using various sources information, including information and communication technologies. To achieve the goal, I solve the following problems: - developing students’ abilities to independently set educational goals, design ways to implement them, monitor and evaluate their achievements;- teach students to think, speak clearly and competently, build logical chains, generalize, draw conclusions, analyze, express and defend your point of view, independently obtain knowledge, master research skills, make informed choices, present the results of your work. - ensure high-quality assimilation of basic material, - prepare the necessary subject base for further independent use in lessons and in practical activities; ability to build relationships. The school has created all the conditions to ensure the quality of education: the history classroom is equipped with modern educational equipment, educational - methodological complex, a set of teaching aids necessary to complete the educational program, textbooks, didactic and handout materials. I created a card index in accordance with the educational program of the school. New ones purchased educational cards CPSO "Spectrum" for all history and social studies courses. The office is decorated with stands: permanent and replaceable, computer equipment: printer,DVDdisks, a projector with a screen, a laptop, an integrated information product “KM-school”, video films, a local network has been installed at the school.According With methodological topic schools:“Professional competence of teaching staff at the level modern requirements” defined its topic:

« The use of modern pedagogical technologies in history and social studies lessons as a means of forming UUD (universal learning activities).”The optimal combination of individual style, a sense of personal responsibility for the results of one’s activities spiritual development youth through academic subject history is a condition professional competence history teachers. I am convinced that in order to achieve good learning results, a teacher must have the ability to find the right approach to each child so that the flame of knowledge lights up in him. There is success in schoolѐ be means that the desire to learn is born. I am sure that while teaching and educating others, every moment of life I must learn myself, improve, and constantly move forward in order to achieve good results. I systematically diagnose the level of knowledge of students; I'm developing a system differentiated tasks aimed at developing cognitive interests, for successful development creative abilities. In my teaching activities I use elements of technology from famous innovative teachers:Sh.A. Amonashvili, I.P. Volkov, I.P. Ivanov, E.N. Ilyin, V.A. Karakovsky, S.N. Lysenkova, L.A. and B.P. Nikitins, V.F. Shatalov. Thispedagogy of cooperation, which is a system of methods and techniques of education and training on the principles of humanism and creative approach to personality development. When choosing methods and techniques, I take into account the age characteristics of children as much as possible, and implement a differentiated, personality-oriented approach. The methodology for constructing lessons takes into account the goals of the lessons and the level of formation of mental educational actions. I conduct various combined lessons, lectures and seminars, workshops. For example, in 9th grade, when studying the topic “Teenagers and the Law,” students receive practical assignments, discuss the situation in groups, and express their attitude to this problem. Children learn to work in a group, develop communication and research skills. I conduct tests and interviews. So, when studying the topic “The Great Patriotic War,” students interviewed their relatives - children of the war. Then they spoke during the lesson, accompanying their story with photographs, drawings, and presentation. The main task in this case is to provide an opportunity for self-learning and mutual learning, self-development, and self-improvement. I use multi-level training; research methods; gaming technology; technology project activities. Compilation supporting notes in the form of a plan, diagram, graph, diagram, filling out a comparative and generalizing table. Work with historical map. Analysis of historical sources, abstracts. All these forms of activity allow students to develop search skills, analytical work, and I can more successfully prepare students for olympiads, conferences, and exams. The use of a system-activity approach in history and social studies lessons makes it possible to achieve those prescribed in the Federal State Educational Standard of the 2nd generation educational results: personal, meta-subject, subject. When preparing for lessons, I use materials from Dmitriev S.V. “System-activity approach to technology schooling", Ilyin G.L. technique “How to ensure the quality of education in the information society?” etc. During the inter-certification period, working on the methodological topic, emphasis was placed on the use and application of information technologies in educational process. In order to optimize the educational process, I use computer presentations in class and outside of class hours. These are materials from the Internet, from the students themselves. Working in groups is especially successful. For example, I give an advanced assignment on modern history on the topic “Europe in the second half of the 20th century.” Students, if desired, unite into groups of 4 people, choose a state, in close cooperation, prepare a project, accompanied by a presentation. The lessons are very interesting, skills in working with different sources and ICT competence are developed. Team work, joint project and research activities, defending your position and tolerant attitude to the opinion of others, taking responsibility for oneself and the team is formed by personality traits, moral attitudes and value guidelines schoolchildren, meeting the modern needs of society. When preparing for the OGE I use tests and test tasks on specific topics, both in print and onlineon- lain. I try to instill in students an interest in research, equipping them with research methods and practical computer skills. Among the ways to intensify learning special meaning I attach problem-search methods. The task of the students is to reproduce as completely and accurately as possible the knowledge created by others. As a teacher, I am concerned about the problem of how to structure a lesson so that there are no indifferent and passive students. I think that under the conditions of the Federal State Educational Standard it is necessary to use interactive methods training: projects, excursions, creative tasks, educational games, work in small groups, debates, discussions. Interactive training- This difficult process interaction between teacher and students based on dialogue. And in this I experience special difficulties because... such methods require a lot of preparation as the teacher himself: information, Handout, lesson equipment, and student preparation. But such teaching methods are very effective and offer ample opportunities for creativity and self-realization for students. Children's self-esteem, self-confidence, ability to communicate with people, negotiate, and work in a team increase.Such game games contribute to the activation of students’ mental activity and the formation of listening skills.techniques , like: game “Question - answer” (to ask a question, you need to know what you read well, be able to formulate it clearly and understandably); game "Domino" game "Auction" etc.

History and social studies lessons provide a greater opportunity for the formation of UUD. Thus, when forming cognitive learning tools, I pay great attention to working with documents. When preparing for lessons, I highlight the main types of activities. For example, when studying the topic: “Emperor Charles” in 6th grade, I plan a story based on the textbook text, an excerpt from chronicles, a map, a diagram; the ability to extract information from a source, describe an object according to a diagram. I prepare a handout in advancematerial, map, diagram “Charlemagne’s control system.” I solve questions that children have with the help of techniques: map reading, analysis historical source according to the memo. At the end of the lesson, students evaluate the activities of Charlemagne based on known facts. My main task is to explain the method of action, to show an example of performing a training operation.

Currently I am studying the electronic course “Active learning methods”. I am sure that this course will help me motivate children of all ages to succeed. educational activities. I will share the methodology at the meeting of the ShMO, teachers' council.

I believe that only in joint activities, where each student feels like an individual and feels supported, can one learn a lot. And we are learning to learn. As a means of educational communication in history and social studies lessons, I often use visualized metaphors (diagrams). Currently I have studied this technique and I use it successfully. http://interneturok.ru/ru/school/istoriya/ - this site presents materials from history teachers’ lessons, with the help of which I introduce multimedia elements into history lessons, organizing the learning process in a varied and interesting way. Such lessons reduce his stress and prevent the effect of “ professional burnout” and the student’s eternal “fatigue” from studying. As a result of creative searches and practical work, I developed my own methodological system training. It is based on methods of collective and active learning, research activities, types of cognitive educational work. I plan my studies clearly educational process, subordinating its content, methods, techniques, control over achieving the set goal to the set goals. For me, the main thing is to help the student discover his abilities, instill confidence in him, and make him feel his self-worth.

For many years she worked as deputy director for water management, for two years as deputy for scientific methodological work. I have extensive practical experience in organizing children's activities, but I am always faced with main question: how to teach and learn in class? My participation in methodological work at various levels allows me to improve professionalism and share experience with colleagues. In this school there is the head of the school education department. I am happy to share my work experience. I take an active part in seminars and give open lessons, speak at teacher councils, communicate with teachers on forums, publish materials on the Profistart website, [email protected].

Working with children involves mandatory participation parents in it. The difficulties of most parents are associated with a lack of psychological and pedagogical knowledge about the age-related characteristics of children's development. To help parents, a number of specific activities are carried out: conversations, consultations.

The problem of rational organization of children's free time is a very complex social, psychological and pedagogical problem that requires scientific and practical understanding and methodological support, and search for new modern forms organizing leisure activities for pupils.

Together with a teacher-psychologist, we carry out diagnostic work with students, which helps to identify children with various difficulties. This work helps to plan educational and educational activities, apply new educational technologies, understand the reasons for difficulties in contacts with children and adolescents whose behavior deviates from the norm.

Parents of students who participate in organizing and conducting competitions, excursions, and competitions provide great assistance in organizing and conducting holidays.

In my teaching activities, I try to build interactions with students on the principles of pedagogy of cooperation, respect, and mutual trust. Collaboration most useful for the development of social motives - children learn to be tolerant of others, the ability to work in a team is formed.

Children are naturally inquisitive and eager to participate in a variety of creative activities. All that is needed for them to express their talents is skillful guidance from adults. And my work is aimed at ensuring that children’s talents can fully develop.

Public events carried out in the institution, solve problems of moral, aesthetic, patriotic, physical education and are aimed at preventing crime, smoking, drug addiction, and the younger generation.

I conduct discussions, drawing competitions for civil and military theme; Together with the guys we publish wall newspapers dedicated to significant dates Russia; We conduct excursions to places of military glory of our city; We invite WWII veterans, labor veterans.

In the future, I plan to improve the system of work to preserve the health of students; pay special attention to organizing children’s free time during the holidays; permission conflict situations, ensuring a comfortable psychological environment.

The center of all my teaching activities has been and remains the child with his cognitive interests, abilities and age-related needs.

The participation of youth and children's public organizations and associations in the educational process today has acquired new features. Children's movement is an extremely important area of self-realization for a child. Public organizations are becoming an effective tool for protecting the rights and developing the interests of children and youth, allowing them to effectively solve complex pedagogical problems and lay the foundations for development democratic state in the new millennium. Of course, in this case, children's organizations need the help of adults: support, direction of the organization's activities in the right direction.

Creating a strong, stable system of educational work is the main task of the school administration and teaching staff. All educational work is systematized, balanced, continuous,

purposeful.

I have been working as a teacher-organizer for five years. In my work, I am guided by the job description of the teacher-organizer, the Constitution and Laws Russian Federation, The charter of the school, regulatory and legal acts, Decrees of the President, decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, Rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection, Internal and labor regulations, orders and instructions of the director, compliance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

During this time, she gained experience and skills in working with children. Working as a teacher-organizer is interesting and at the same time difficult. I love my work and try to approach it creatively.

My pedagogical credo: “If I don’t burn,

If you don't burn,

If we don't burn,

Who will dispel the darkness then?

NazimHikmet

I organize all my work according to the plan of collective creative affairs of the school, which is an integral part of the work of the children's association, a means of spiritual and active unity of the entire school staff.

IN educational work I use it personally oriented technologies E.N Stepanova. I try to coordinate and direct the work of students.

The leaders of the children's association are my first assistants, organizers and performers of all collective and creative activities. At the leaders’ meeting, the guys learn how to prepare and conduct a technical design project: they study the forms of a design project, help me develop scenario plans, learning new games. They are happy to help work in the summer, at the Rainbow day camp, and become indispensable assistants to teachers. Everything they learned at the regional leadership gathering is actively implemented in the summer camp. They set up squad places and play various games. At the end of the day, they try to analyze how the day was spent, what went well, what should be paid attention to the next day and correct the shortcomings.

Our children's association actively participates in regional competitions and promotions, where it consistently takes prizes. Children from other children's associations come to visit us. Communication, exchange of experience, round tables, KTD and all this in real time is a good, really significant study of teachers and organizers. The leaders of our children's association "Altair" are known in the area. After all, not only our children, but also schoolchildren throughout the region are looking forward to the gathering of leaders. We love guests and are happy to invite them to our events.

For many years in our school, holidays and competitions were born and entered school life in different ways. Many have long become traditional: Knowledge Day, Forest Day, Last Bell, Teacher's Day, New Year, Defender of the Fatherland Day, March 8th, Tourist Festival. The leaders of the children's association provide great assistance in organizing these events. The children really enjoy organizing and conducting these events themselves, in which children, parents and teachers compete on equal terms.

In my work I try to use various forms of KTD:

promotions, conversations, meetings, exhibitions, concerts, assemblies, discussions, festivals, competitions, holidays, games, celebrations, excursions, musical lounges, theatrical performances, presentations.

Methodological developments:

Over the years of work, I have formed my own methodical piggy bank. These are scripts for holidays, games, theatrical performances.

In the 2009–2010 academic year, she took part in the regional competition “Teacher of the Year - 2010”.

Improving pedagogical skills (giving reports, (topic where she spoke), summarizing experience.

- performed at regional seminar teachers - organizers and class teachers,

On the MO of school class teachers.

Decoration and equipment of the office.

For fruitful and productive work, have There is an office with the necessary equipment; in my work, I actively use a computer, tape recorder, microphones, disks, methodological literature, multimedia presentations, folders with scripts, visual design.

After working for four years, I saw interest and participation, moral support and methodological assistance from the school administration, class teachers and always try to maintain good relationships with colleagues. And without the interest of class teachers, their desire to participate in school life there would be no interesting public holidays. Where there is no indifference, there is success!

We can say that we have a clearly visible continuity of generations. Some talented children graduate from school and leave, thinking: “Well, who am I going to work with?” And look, behind their backs the kids have grown up and also already know how to do a lot.

For the last three years, our school has consistently received prizes in the region; this is also my merit as a teacher and organizer.

Dynamics of activity of members of the children's association

The school plays a leading role in interaction with the social environment, therefore we constantly identify the educational potential of the environment, create a unified educational environment. The school has accumulated considerable experience, the school system has been purposefully built external relations: authorities; House of Children's Creativity, Rural House of Culture, Library, Kindergarten, District House of Culture, Committee for Youth Affairs, Children's Organizations of the District.

In the professional activity of a teacher-organizer, along with positive aspects, there are a number of difficulties:

students are overloaded with information, low level of self-organization.

It is difficult to work with parents of visiting children due to the distance of the school from their permanent place of residence.

visiting children cannot take advantage of extracurricular activities, extra classes, attend clubs and creative associations due to school bus schedules.

Most parents do not take part in school-wide events, since they work outside the village and even the district, due to the lack of jobs in the village.

MOU"Krasnomayakovskaya secondary school": E.V. Kozlova

Improving the content of the forms and methods of the educational process in our clubs depends on you, the teacher-organizer. In order to improve methodological support for the activities of teacher-organizers and improve the quality of work, the need arose to create these recommendations. After all, it is YOU who regulates the educational process through creating conditions for maximum self-expression of students, their satisfaction social needs, self-realization internal resources, maintaining initiative, encouraging self-education, organizing leisure time, extracurricular activities, as well as for the prevention and prevention of delinquency among minors.

Our daily pedagogical activity consists of three components: value-based, technological and personal-creative. The value component is a set of values accepted by the teacher and perceived by him from various sources throughout his life. General culture the teacher is determined by a set of these values. What values will be instilled in our teenagers depends on whether we ourselves consider such values to be a priority. The technological component allows us to build pedagogical activity as an integral process of solving pedagogical problems. It allows us to consider each activity in the club as a system of work. The personal component is present in the ability to creatively realize the goals and objectives facing the teacher, make a personal contribution to the common cause and be in constant search.

Sooner or later, each of us has a question: how professional am I? The answer to this lies on the surface. Teachers distinguish 4 levels of professionalism. Professionalism is a set of personal characteristics of a person necessary for successful implementation pedagogical activities.

  1. Pedagogical skill. This is the basis of any teacher, with a set of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. It allows us to carry out diagnostics, helps us overcome stress, master teaching methods and be ready for creative improvisation.
  2. Pedagogical skills. At this stage, pedagogical skill is brought to high level- automation.
  3. Pedagogical creativity. The teacher brings new ideas and develops his own methodology. In order to move to this stage of professional activity, G. Weinzweig believes that it is necessary to know "10 commandments of a creative person" : Be the master of your destiny; achieve success only in what you can; make your constructive contribution to the common cause; build your relationships with people on trust; develop your Creative skills; cultivate courage in yourself; take care of your health; don't lose faith in yourself; try to think positively; combine material well-being with spiritual satisfaction.
  4. Pedagogical innovation. The highest level of professional pedagogical activity, only a few achieve it.

Dear teachers! From the first days of your work in the club, remember that your professional experience accumulated over the years can help someone. Strive to ensure that your unique research and developments become a good help in the work of novice teacher-organizers.

A sample memo for a teacher-organizer on summarizing his own teaching experience.

Carefully follow the scientific and methodological literature, keep a bibliography on the issue that interests you.

Save and accumulate materials that reflect your work experience:

Plans, notes;

Creative works of students;

Your observation of the development of the club and its students;

Own observations based on the results of your activities;

Consider the successes and shortcomings in your work and in the work of your colleagues.

To generalize your experience, take the topic that you consider the most important and necessary, the one that is more developed in methodological terms.

Take into account the usefulness of the generalization form in your immediate professional activities.

Make a plan to summarize your own experiences.

When working on a text describing your experience, try to present the material briefly, simply, logically, harmoniously, avoiding general phrases, repetition, and scientificism.

Evaluate your experience critically. When talking about successes, do not forget to talk about shortcomings, difficulties, and mistakes. The main criterion good experience- its result.

Select and properly format applications (scenarios for holidays, creative works of students, lists of literature, diagnostic cards, etc.).

Remember that generalizing teaching experience, You contribute to improving the upbringing of children and move up the steps of professionalism.
