Place of discipline in the structure of the educational program

Discipline refers to the basic part of the professional cycle. To study the course, knowledge of computer science at the secondary education level is required. You must have knowledge of composition and be able to use graphic editors Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The skills developed during the development of computer technologies at all stages of further education are a necessary means for completing tasks using computer technology. It should be noted the dynamics of constant improvement of such tools, which requires the teaching process to constantly refine and rework some sections.

1.1 Criteria for assessing knowledge and skills

Test. During the test, the student must report on the assignments completed in classes during 1-2 semesters of the course, and also demonstrate a working portfolio website and promotional website.

The assessment process examines the student’s knowledge and skills about technically well-made websites and assignments, and also evaluates the quality of artistic, compositional, color and design solutions in the design of his portfolio website and promotional website.

Assessments for all forms of current control are given on a 10-point scale.

1.2 The procedure for generating grades for the discipline

The final grade for the discipline is the sum of the grades for the intermediate control and the final one.

The final grade for an academic discipline consists of the following elements:

  1. Completed tasks in practical classes.

  2. Completed assignments on the test.

During the viewings the following is assessed: the quality of the work performed; availability of all tasks and completeness of their completion.
The final grade is derived using the weighted average formula, taking into account the entered weights.

The final grade is included in the report.

The weight of the test in the final grade is 0.6 (k); independent work (intermediate control on completing homework) - 0.4 (k1).
The teacher puts the grade for the student’s independent work on the worksheet. The accumulated score on a 10-point scale for independent work is determined before the intermediate control - ABOUT accumulated .

The grade for the test is assigned as a result of the final review - ABOUT copies/credit

Thus, the final grade is calculated using the formula

O result = k 1 * O accumulation + k * O copies/account

For example, the exam score is 8 points; for independent work - 6, then the final grade (FS) is as follows:

IR = 6*0.4 + 8*0.6 = 2.4+ 4.8 = 7.2 – we round according to the rules for rounding numbers and get a final score of –7.

We put the final grade on the report – 7.

During the retake, the student is not given the opportunity to receive an additional point to compensate for the grade for the current test.

Score for final control blocking, if the final grade is unsatisfactory, it is equal to the final grade.
