Walkthrough of Stranger Things part 6. Stranger Things: The Game - game based on the series Stranger Things

- If something seems impossible, it's most likely because you either can't see the item or are playing the wrong character. Different heroes have unique abilities that help solve puzzles.

Use lasers to kill enemies that are immune to your attacks.

Break containers and other objects to get hearts and coins. Each character can break different things.

If you want an easy way to check which object to look for and how much of it you need, open the map inside the dungeon. You can see the progress in the lower left corner.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a mission log in the game, so pay attention to what the characters tell you. If you miss where you need to go next, look at the map. Usually there is a marker there.

Be sure to collect all the VHS tapes to see a clip from the second season of the series.

Save your coins for things like Aluminum Battery. Try not to spend them on things that you can easily find in locations.

If you get stuck in the Forest Labyrinth and miss your key card, you can buy one at the store.

This is a complete 100% walkthrough guide with hints, tips and tricks for the iOS and Android game, Stranger Things: The Game by BonusXP. I’ve split the videos into chapters and listed all items found in each video. I’ve also included instructions how to beat each boss.

I’ve listed all items I found and/or used in each chapter/video. I also made a.

Thanks to Angie Cortes for making this incredible map with pools, chests, gnomes and other item locations!

    – If something seems impossible, it’s likely because you’re either missing an item or a playable character. Different characters have unique abilities that help with solving puzzles, such as ranged attack.

    – Some things you’ll have to come back for when you have the right character in your team, like one that can break through walls.

    – Pummel regular enemies quickly, before they have a chance to attack you.

    – Use lasers to kill enemies immune to your attacks!

    – Break open containers for hearts and coins. See what else you can break! Each character can break different things.

    – Breaking some items will even give you a piece of a permanent extra heart container. If you see a number when you hit something, like “1 of 5,” look for more of that object and break all five. If you want an easy way to check which object to look for and how many you have left, open the map inside a dungeon. You can see your progress in the lower left corner.

    – Use the map to see where you’ve been and where you still need to go.

    – Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any mission log, so pay attention to what characters tell you. If you miss where you need to go next, look at the map. There’s usually a marker.

    – Make sure to collect all VHS tapes to see a clip from season 2 of the TV show.

    – Save up your coins for things like the Aluminum Bat and quest items. Try not to waste them on things you can get easily from the environment.

    – The tentacles in the Upside Down can only be destroyed by those strange eggs. You need to hit/throw them so they land in position that when they explode, they’ll hit all the tentacles of a group at once (or within seconds). This might mean using more than one egg to get the job done. You can hit/move an egg three times and on the third hit the timer starts, so get out of its way!

    – If you get stuck missing a key card, I believe there’s one available at the Florist. Try leaving and buying that if you have no other way.

    – In the Upside Down areas that allow you to bring multiple characters (like the Bunker), notice that different characters throw the eggs different distances. For instance, Will throws them one space, Hopper throws them 2 spaces, and Nancy throws them 3 spaces, but only when she’s at full health.

Bolt cutters are important in Stranger Things 3: The Game because they are directly related to gaining access to locked areas. This is how you acquire bolt cutters and cut chains on locked doors throughout the game.

Guide and walkthrough of the game The Stranger Thing 3 - how to open the lock and find the bolt cutter

Throughout the game you will encounter several locked doors.
Interacting with these doors will quickly tell you that you need bolt cutters to open the locked door. But where do you find them? Do they belong to someone? Well, we'll cover all the bolt cutters in this Stranger Things 3: The Game Guide.

Don't stress if you can't find bolt cutters because they are impossible to find. Bolt cutters are an item wielded by Joyce, who plays the character.

She can join your party after the third chapter of the game, but there are some conditions that must be met. You will be tasked with traveling to Melwald and interacting with Joyce, which will allow her to join your party.

Once she joins your party, simply head to any locked door and interact with her. You will change your character to Joyce and you will have to complete a puzzle that will open the lock.

The series, based on which the game was made, was published in 2016. The series "Stranger Things" is a combination of genres such as science fiction, detective and thriller - in general, an "explosive" mixture. No wonder he has acquired a decent army of fans by now. If you are one of them, then you are looking forward to the release of the second season, the premiere of which is scheduled for October 31, 2017. This entertaining game, which is part of the advertising campaign for the new season, will help you pass the time.

Don't expect a detailed repetition of the plot of the first season in Stranger Things: The Game. Consider it as a good opportunity to meet your favorite characters again, to visit those places that are so familiar to you and imprinted in your memory after watching the film.

Briefly, what awaits you. You are the brave sheriff of the city of Hawkins, Mr. Hopper. And only you are able to find the missing children. Gather all your will into a fist, use your professional qualities 100% and you will succeed - the secret will certainly become apparent.

Dedicated to fans of the first game consoles. Pixel graphics even add a little atmosphere and fit organically into the overall picture. Of course, it’s not exactly 16-bit, it’s a little better and clearer, but it still has a characteristic charm. The music tracks are recognizable and also made in the style of “low-bit” processing.

    (We walk and wander)

Controlling the sheriff, you explore every nook and cranny of the city and its surroundings in the hope of finding at least some traces of the missing children. Gradually you discover new, but so familiar locations. You solve puzzles, or, more precisely, complete quests. You engage in combat with enemies (for some reason police officers) and bosses. By the way, the heroes are quite vulnerable, so don’t count on a “painless” passage of the game.

    (Block)

Once you find any of the missing children, they will happily join you. Moreover, each child has his own superpower, which will greatly facilitate your adventure.

    (Different locations)

The game does not have a clear division into levels. Before you is a conditionally open world. Conditionally, because you will open it gradually. And the vastness of which you have to navigate in search of the truth.

    (Type of card)

    Useful tips for those traveling:

    Use the special abilities of the found children;
    - think first, then act;
    - collect coins and other goodies

The game is available for free on the App Store.

Pros: Free access. Does not require an Internet connection. Interesting gameplay. Stylized graphics and sound.
Minuses: Some may not like the graphics in the game. There is no translation into Russian. Stranger Things: The Game has a terrible icon in the App Store ;).
Conclusions: The producers of the series came up with a good advertising ploy in the form of this game, and the developers created an excellent adventure quest, which is straight up an A+. The game Stranger Things: The Game is so imbued with the spirit of the popular series that after completing the game, the surging feelings make you want to watch the first season again. The main thing is to be in time before the premiere of the second season.

Stranger Things 3: The Game is the official game of the Netflix series that follows the third season. If you haven’t seen the show yet, this will spoil it, so I recommend watching it first. There’s a lot of puzzles in the game, as well as hidden items like gnomes. So this walkthrough guide will help you if you get stuck. It’s a work in progress, so please bear with me. Feel free to ask for extra help in the comments section.

Note: This is my first playthrough, so bear with me. I may replay it once I complete it 100% for more streamlined videos.

    Chapter 2, The Mall Rats:

For the library, when you get to the point with the two codes - like Off On On Off Off - you need to use each for the opposite side. That will open the door in the center where the Russian dictionary is found.

    Boss: Doris Driscoll

Doris is invulnerable with the lights off. Use one of your characters to flip both switches and turn the lights on. They’ll turn off after a while, so get as much damage in as you can and then turn them on again when they go off. Repeat until this she’s down, making sure to heal when necessary. If any character dies, you have to restart the battle.
