Everyone who surrounds him is who he has to deal with. The school director, the head teacher, colleagues, parents, the children themselves. The school administration is trying to create comfortable conditions for teachers, stimulating teachers for the creative process, for the formation of a positive self-concept, for the desire to educate themselves, improve themselves, and adequately interact with society.
Together with the trade union committee, a system for stimulating teacher work has been developed: the school competition “Teacher of the Year”, which is held for four years. The script leaves room for improvisation (response from teachers, parents). Some numbers (from first-graders, from parents) are not written in the script, since they were not original and can easily be replaced. The main idea is “declaration of love”, the image is “heart”, the main goal is a warm and touching holiday atmosphere. The songs play out warm words and wishes to teachers and parents.
Intro slides, fanfare, and musical themes also allow graduates to express their attitude to what is happening. The award given to teachers is framed as a certificate. The decoration of the scene and the certificate are made according to the general pattern (hands holding multi-colored hearts). To hold an event according to this scenario, you need sound equipment, a projector with a screen to demonstrate the presentation. In front of the stage there is a small table on which all the awards are presented. Presentation of flowers to teachers is expected, but it is more convenient to entrust this to graduates who are not involved in the announcement of nominations.
