“In the hierarchy of levels of higher education, a master’s degree follows a bachelor’s degree, and precedes a candidate of sciences degree. Studying a master’s program can significantly strengthen the competencies that a graduate – a bachelor or a specialist – already possesses,” explains Evgeniy Biryukov, vice-rector for academic affairs at ChelSU.
70 unique programs
