Life in the flow of knowledge. Life in the flow

In this article we will talk about life in the flow, or more precisely, how to always be in the flow of life and not fall out of it.

Nowadays, there are very few people who live and enjoy life, enjoy every moment and are grateful for what they have.

Basically, the average person is loaded with his problems, which are all in his head. To be in the flow of life and to be constantly connected to the source of life, you need to wake up sometimes, stop thinking and look more often at the world around you here and now.

Ideal life in the flow

Here I will outline a person who makes full use of the laws of the universe, is totally aware and does not resist the flow of life.

Man in the flow:

  • deliberate;
  • does not resist the world and the flow of life;
  • accepts what is;
  • doesn’t see a problem with anything;
  • all his plans are flexible, that is, there is always room for the unexpected, which means there is no negative reaction to the unexpected;
  • actively acts rather than thinks or is nervous;
  • sees peace signs.

The consequences of such a life:

  • all problems are solved with ease;
  • the world always helps such a person;
  • he lives on the lines of life, where everything is easy and simple;
  • luck favors him;
  • life reflects his inner world and becomes just as wonderful in the literal sense of the word.

Below I will talk about how to achieve this or what prevents you and me from being in the flow of life and getting all the possible benefits from it.

Importance

It is the importance of something that creates problems.

It is important to pass the exams perfectly, it is important to love only such a person, it is important to be free from work at this particular time, it is important to have friends, whatever, it is important to have a car, a good salary.

Everything that is important to you you will not get or you will get it with great difficulty, having spent enormous efforts.

Why is this because there is nothing important in nature. Everything is the same. We are all equal. The life of an ant is not more important than yours and mine.

We ourselves artificially attach importance to something.

Importance is manifested by internal anxiety, fear, anxieties in relation to the object of importance. So, when you have these emotions, you attach importance to something.

By attaching importance, you upset the balance around you, thereby the world, which always balances everything, trying to eliminate imbalances, creates the problem where you attached importance.

Conclusion: if you don’t want problems, stop attaching importance to something. If you attach importance, there will be problems.

Problems will not appear when you do not experience anxiety or worry, since they will either solve themselves or you will solve them with ease.

An example of conscious reduction of importance

One girl, who was studying in her first year of preschool education, said that she was leaving the office and one of the teachers abruptly approached her and said that in half an hour she would be speaking at a conference on a paper she handed in last Thursday. Yes, by the way, there were about a hundred people at the conference, and the person had never had experience in public speaking.

Somehow everything turned out so abruptly, this girl didn’t even know that she would need to perform somewhere.

Here are her words: “I didn’t care so much, I just gave up on everything, read it a couple of times and went to calmly tell everyone about what I had to talk about. I didn’t think about anything, I didn’t care.”

As a result, she gave an excellent performance, there were many employers in her field at the conference, and they all began to offer her a good job, plus she was also chosen to speak at a conference from her university between all universities in the republic, an audience of 1000 people.

Well, a person, without attaching importance, can easily achieve anything, the main thing is that he doesn’t care.

An example of unconscious overestimation of importance

One man had his car caught in the rear bumper. There was so much worry and wasted nerves because of this. And the repairs only cost a couple of thousand rubles. I understand that this is also money, but you cannot attach importance to anything that is not there, because you will create even more problems.

And so it happened, first another breakdown appeared, and then this man scratched the side of the car thoroughly, so much so that even to say he scratched is an understatement. The repairs cost a significant amount. You can say two average salaries.

But it would be possible to do without this continuation if the person simply did not attach importance to this minor event.

It’s always like this, when you attach importance to something, you create problems.

Rigid planning

When a person plans his day and something doesn’t go according to plan, he usually gets upset, starts to worry, that is, again, attaches importance to it.

It is important to understand that life does not always go according to plan.

Everyone knows this expression: “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.”

Therefore, always plan in such a way as to leave room for unforeseen situations in your plans, this is how life does not adapt to our plans, it is we who need to adapt to the flow of life.

Our plans pull us out of the flow, but we need, on the contrary, to be in the flow of life.

So, we can draw this conclusion:

Let your plans be flexible, not rigid, let there be room for the unforeseen and unexpected.

Peace signs

Pay attention to peace signs. When you're in a hurry somewhere, let's say, and you get stuck in a traffic jam, don't rush to get nervous, maybe this traffic jam is protecting you from something, who knows what awaits you ahead, maybe the world is trying to protect you from something, but you're still flying facing troubles and you’re still nervous that you don’t have time to meet them.

It also happened that a person did not make it on time for his plane and was very upset because of this, and then found out that the plane had crashed. Now he is already happy. Nobody knows what lies ahead. Everything is going as it should be.

You don’t know what the world has in store for you, so don’t rush anywhere, you are where you should be here and now.

Thank you for attention!!!

Until next time!

Introduction
Rainbow Flow
Process coaching and presence flow

The future enters us to be transformed within us long before it happens.

Rainer Maria Rilke

Thread State

The quality of an all-encompassing flow state is determined by inner aliveness, a sense of deep connection between your actions and your own values, and a transformative connection between you and the part of the external world you create. By feeling and being aware of flow, you feel empowered and free to choose, but you do so spontaneously and sincerely. You are fully involved in the process and it is trustworthy. Thus, the flow of experienced value naturally opens the way to self-awareness and the ability to value oneself. We relax and enjoy the moment, no matter what happens.

If you want to become your own coach, use this book to explore your own flow experiences in various areas. Develop your ability to achieve internal coherence and harmony. You will find that flow is easy to experience in a deepened and expanded coaching position. The state of flow is natural and you can easily experience it when you relax internally and focus on what is most important in your life, your goals today and the qualities you will need to achieve them.

Our definition of the flow state is the same as Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's description. We'll walk you through how to get into a state of flow when coaching and working on any project. You will learn to observe your own internal process of “identity development.”

This state of “search and learning” will allow you to immerse yourself in a state of flow again and again and maintain it so that it becomes part of your ability to enjoy everything you do. Therefore, in this book we focus on identity formation and inner search.

We have observed that one of the best ways to achieve a state of flow is through a process of training and coaching that awakens and expands self-knowledge. To this end, solution-oriented coaches prefer to use some specific techniques and exercises that we introduce to the reader in our book.

Internal consistency gives a person access to an inner space in which every second can be used as a creative opportunity. We experience absolute confidence that we do not need to change anything either within ourselves or around us. With this kind of experience, we notice that everything is good just the way it is, and we experience a natural flow of joy even as we learn.

Creative flow

You may remember meetings with family, friends or colleagues, whether for fun or work, when the atmosphere was such that everyone was constantly joking or teasing each other, when humor and ideas were intricately mixed. Any task was then easily completed in a stream. I remember how, as a child, my family and friends and I gathered berries together and then stored them for the winter - the energy flowed quickly and joyfully.

When you start creating, you feel like you can relax and enter a state of flow, appreciating your life with gratitude. In other words, by feeling and observing the results of your creativity, you merge with your inner “I”, which you can completely trust. The flow of creation naturally flows into a broader flow of inner possibilities. You take a step from attention to intention, from perception to growth and development in all areas of your own activities.

You begin to experience the state of flow even more often when you add observation to it. You integrate it by moving from intention back to “next level attention,” developing new awareness and a longer-term vision. When you recognize the value you receive, you feel fully engaged and experience a flood of joy. A deep attraction connects you with a flow of awareness and confidence in your actions.

You move between attention and intention, perception and growth, awareness and perspective, pushing the boundaries of your awareness higher and wider. Mystics called these the “noble steps” to an enlightened mind: first attention, perception and awareness, then intention, appreciation and action, and then again to perception, attention and awareness at a higher level. As the ancient Zen koan says: “First there is a mountain (we perceive), then there is no mountain (we act), then there is a mountain.” At the last stage, you move to an “even wider and more complete” perception.

A state of flow can be triggered by a creative idea. You can get into a state of creativity and, by asking yourself questions, come up with a great plan or find the right thought. Questions might include: “Who can I become if I implement this plan?” “What will I get as a result?” “What value will the world gain?” “How can I achieve the desired result?” “What should be the first step?”

During the development stage, ideas come to your mind. You work diligently to implement your plans so that everything works out. Your brain produces endorphins. And there comes a moment when all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place. And then you relax again, moving to a new level of awareness. Flow is a state that you experience by paying close attention to the value in each of these stages.

With focus and commitment, you can learn to notice the moment when a state of flow opens up to you. Then, by adding facets of awareness, the flow itself will open many new doors for you. Your attention opens to streams of awareness as a result of observation, curiosity, gratitude, love, joy, surprise, understanding, excitement of action, consistent progress and, of course, pleasure. All people love a flow of pleasure!

There is a special magnetic pull that can be experienced by being in flow states, allowing yourself to float on their waves, learning to stay in it. In the following chapters we will describe these amazing flow points that are valuable tools that force us to go beyond emotional skepticism.

The purpose of this book is to help you, the transformational coach, recognize the development of inner flow and stay in this state, moving beyond the usual “negative” language and outdated beliefs that inhibit the inner flow of awareness. You can help others with this too.

Stream of Identity Development

“Imagination is more important than knowledge,” said Einstein. This is a great observation. Did you know that what a person imagines (imagined just three times) can easily become an integral part of him? This especially applies to visualizing your values in the form of actions. A good book, like a good friend, can help you imagine and highlight the most important things in life again and again through images, colors and descriptions. By doing this, people control their destiny.

This book helps you explore the flow of values in your life. The goal of each chapter is to bring the future into the present, to open up and connect together the four core “value areas” of your experience.

Firstly, we want you to understand and explore your values as widely as possible. As we immerse ourselves in our inner life, we experience our values as a “flow state.” The rainbow is a wonderful metaphor to help us find a state of flow in every area of development in our lives.

Secondly, we want the reader to have a clear idea of what they can do. People love that we describe step-by-step how values can turn into practical life tools. This book explores coaching processes useful in awakening and developing full commitment. Your goal is to learn how to masterfully use the methods we offer in specific practical coaching situations.

Third, We want to cover as many situations as possible with examples. Our examples include areas as diverse as work and play, business communications, and family relationships. The book also includes situational exercises and general schemes that readers can try out in practice, test for themselves, experience and integrate into their lives. Everyone needs situational examples from everyday life that show coaching tools in action. They offer sets of exercises that allow you to expand your experience.

Fourthly, we want to create a larger, holistic picture that can help you answer the questions that might arise: “What is the main concept of this book?” “Why were these particular values chosen for her?” “Why should I spend my time on this book and not on anything else?” “How can this book affect my future?” Having experienced the rainbow flow of many values from the experience of being to insight, we relax and hit the road.

Flow coaching

In this book, we will share with you ways to recognize, develop, and expand states of flow such as pleasure, gratitude, creativity, love, self-actualization, commitment, and other core values.

We will show how, through solution-focused coaching, you can develop and integrate these values and qualities into wonderful developmental processes that activate the core inner value streams we call presence.

We explore sixteen different types of flow and want you to explore the essence of the basic qualities that help you become aware of your life, learn to recognize them, use them, and expand the scope of their application.

When we describe flow states to people, they immediately recognize them. However, they often do not notice them in themselves until we directly point them out. Then people's eyes open, they laugh and enjoy their experience, often adding "You knew it!" or “Wow!” We wrote this book precisely so that people can learn to recognize states of flow that open the door to future awareness. With the door open, flow coaching becomes a powerful tool.

This book is intended for both coaches and laypersons engaged in self-exploration and self-development, and those interested in how to accelerate self-awareness in key areas of life through coaching. The book is divided into chapters to tune you into the internal flows of learning, creativity and development, introducing you to processes that will help accelerate and expand them. In this sense, this book is an excellent complement to the two previous books in the Transformational Coaching: Science and Art trilogy: Life Mastery: The Inner Dynamics of Development and Achieving Your Goals: A Step-by-Step System.

Some chapters will go like clockwork for you. Others will take more time to become part of your self-development and presence and become filled with inner meaning. Together they provide you with a multi-color palette, and you can use each element to develop the art of flow exploration.

In any value system there is a natural, logical structure and internal organization of logical levels of internal meaning, as well as a beginning, middle and end of the flow. Remember the “coaching arrow” from the second book in this series. At the beginning of self-inquiry, we can discover and develop many possibilities for awareness of different types of flow. Here are some of them:

The stream of internal expansion of perception known as the coaching position.

Flow of value awareness.

A stream of serious intention.

Flow of self-realization.

The flow of excitement from continuous activity.

A stream of commitment to expanding the vision of the future.

The depth and wonderful warmth of the flow of gratitude.

A gentle flow of absolute satisfaction.

We often experience these flow states in conversations that are meaningful to us, especially during coaching sessions. All chapters follow each other as states of flow - from attention/perception to intention/evaluation. We then return to a new level of attention and even clearer perception. This movement can be represented as an arrow painted in the colors of the rainbow, the colors of which are arranged from lighter to darker, merging into one.

Coaching Processes

This book is also designed to explore and deepen your knowledge of the coaching process. Typically, mastering the skill of coaching requires a mentor. For this purpose, we recommend using Erickson University's internationally recognized coach training program, The Art and Science of Transformational Coaching. Consider working with an experienced coach trained in these processes to further develop your knowledge!

We specifically include examples of coaching processes that you can use to accelerate your development as an individual and as a coach to others. Like the previous two parts of the trilogy, this book begins with an examination of what is involved in advanced coaching techniques. We hope that what you read will be useful to you.

Think of this book as an interactive guide, especially as it relates to the process of self-coaching and learning. Take your time and carefully study each chapter. You can keep a diary. Your goal is to find your own unique flow of inner development. The reader and the authors enter into a powerful alliance. Our role is to be your inspiration, mentor and source of knowledge. In doing so, we want you to make your own discoveries.

The coaching process is a series of steps that help you achieve an awareness of flow, an awareness of presence. All coaching processes provide you with methods for mastering and expanding flow states. Each chapter presents a core idea and at least one example of a coaching process to help you learn more about yourself. You will learn to distinguish states of internal flow by studying the processes that cause them.

By becoming aware of the internal flow, you find yourself in a special world of internal data processing. This world belongs only to you. You completely master the processes of self-knowledge. Flows from the source of understanding and awareness wash away old negative emotions. You learn to expand and develop this stream of awareness and understanding, and to cherish it as an inner presence.

In the previous two books in the series, we introduced you to other coaching processes. In this book, you can explore them in more detail... by inducing a state of inner flow! For example, if you have read the first book of the trilogy “Mastery of Life: Internal Dynamics of Development”, re-read the exercises: “Three chairs. Brainstorming Ideas" (Chapter 3) and "The Walk to Mastery" (Chapter 5). Also, look again at the “Wheel of Rapport” exercise from Chapter 1 of the second book: “Step-by-Step Coaching System.” Each of these processes is designed to establish a connection with the inner flow.

Nature of the book: process and flow

Please read this book with an exploration mindset. Use it as an experiment and an opportunity to consciously experience the flow of values. Explore perceived quality by doing these exercises. For example, as you move forward, you might ask yourself, “At what point in my life do I enter the flow of all-encompassing awareness? Into the stream of transformational vision? Into the flow of self-realization, meaning or inner truth? In the flow of excitement from action or deep gratitude? What does each stream look, feel, hear, and taste like? What color does it paint my life? How do I sense my presence or hold each one? How do I determine that this state has become stable and I can return to flow awareness?”

Each chapter expands the specific area and range of flow expression and development. Each stream, as already mentioned, has its own color. Each allows you to explore a range of potential coaching opportunities in your area. Each offers exercises, processes, and coaching elements to help you experience flow.

By keeping a journal of your exploration and awareness of flow, you will gradually write your own version of this book. You will note for yourself which of the streams is brighter, faster, calmer or more intense than the others. You will find out where the center of your inner world is.

To develop an internal sense of presence, the interaction of the streams of attention and intention is necessary. First, we need a flow of inspirational attention, then clear intention, and finally next-level integration. As every conductor knows, these stages can also be found in the movements of any inspired symphony.

We, living in the 21st century, are faced with the need to care for our neighbors and have the courage to understand what our purpose is. May this book help you on your journey.

Rainbow of Presence

Threads can be represented by different colors of the spectrum, so we used the metaphor of a rainbow to organize the chapters. For the intentions described in each of the chapters, a corresponding color was naturally selected. How do we develop projects? We start with inspiration, then move to implementation, and finally achieve true integration leading to insight and integration.

Our goal is for you to find your own value streams and experience deep satisfaction as you move naturally from one to the other as the project develops. With the exception of Chapter 3 (which is white), the flows of attention described in Chapters 1–7 are indicated by the colors of the warm spectrum, since we accumulate energy when we feel them. In chapters 8–12 we enter a current of cooler colors corresponding to intention, and then into the flows of fast currents and quiet pools of implementation and completion. Chapters 13, 14, and 15 focus on next-level integration, gratitude, self-actualization, and a vibrant, warm sense of satisfaction. You can reach this level in moments of integration, when we agree that the point of the entire journey is to bring into the present the experience of finding truth, insight and natural fulfillment. During our journey, at every stage we experience the entire rainbow of presence flow. See the Individuality-Illumination Flow Rainbow Map below for a brief description of the alternation of flows.

Note. We don't mention colors in the chapters, choose your own color for each one. The purpose of using the rainbow metaphor is to awaken awareness of the color of your own flow states as you decide to find your color for them. In the process, you become an explorer and begin to recognize the deeper colors of your life. Find your own interpretation of the processes and ways of learning described in this book. And most importantly, get into the flow and make it yours!

Chapter 1
Creating your identity
Flow of inner truth

Move confidently towards your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.

Henry David Thoreau

Don't ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you reborn. And then go and do it. Because the world needs reborn people.

The Story of King Midas

We all know the story of King Midas. According to one version, the god Dionysus invited the king, who had done him a favor, to fulfill two of his wishes. Joyful Midas replied: “I want a road passing through my lands.” And then a wonderful stone road appeared, connecting the cities the way the king always wanted.

The king was very pleased and proud of himself, but fear crept into his soul: his next wish was his last. “Just one wish,” he thought. “And there’s still a lot of things that need to be built: palaces, bridges... How can I take advantage of this opportunity?”

And then it dawned on him, and he said: “Let everything I touch from now on turn to gold.” Dionysus nodded. The cup the king was holding became gold.

Midas was very pleased with his new abilities. He walked around the palace, touched the throne and tables, curtains and dishes, and before his eyes they turned into gold. Suddenly his little daughter, the joy of his life, ran into the room and rushed towards him with her arms outstretched. As usual, the king opened his arms to catch her and hug her to his chest. But to his horror, she immediately turned into gold. "What have I done?! - the king sobbed. “I lost my child!”

He asked the gods to free him from this gift. Dionysus heard him and softened. If Midas takes a bath in the Pactolus River and gives away everything he has to those who have nothing, perhaps he will be rewarded with a third wish.

That's what Midas did. He immediately ordered to sell all his gold items and buy food and medicine for the common people. He emptied his storage to buy even more of what people across the country needed. He did not hesitate to sell his palaces and all his possessions until he had almost nothing left.

Then Dionysus appeared again: “The gods gave you the opportunity to make a third and even a fourth wish, seeing your efforts.” Relieved, Midas used the third wish to return his daughter. “I thank you with all my heart,” he said to Dionysus. – As for the fourth wish, it has already come true. I'm grateful to have learned what is truly valuable. This is more expensive than anything that can be bought for gold.”

Do you know, dear ones, why worries and anxieties visit you so often, why are you overcome by thoughts and feelings that prevent you from enjoying life? Because you forget that life is a flow. These are flowing moments flowing into each other, forming a continuous stream, changing, moving, filled with power and never stopping.

You are happy if you move with the flow of life, if you dissolve in it and become fluid like it. Your worries and anxieties that prevent you from enjoying life begin when you stop, and instead of flowing along with every moment of life, you get caught up in one moment and seem to get stuck.
And then the flow of life flows past you without affecting you. You remain outside this flow, and you can say that life passes you by.

Many people still live like this - distrusting life and remaining out of its flow. There is suffering associated with this. Associated with this is a painful dissatisfaction. Associated with this is a feeling of the meaninglessness of life.

Dear ones, you don’t need any special events or changes in your life to be in its flow right now and start enjoying it. Many of you complain that life is boring, that nothing happens. Then you expect some external changes to happen, or someone to appear in your life who will instantly change everything, and your life will gain richness and meaning. But in fact, no one can give richness and meaning to your life except you! This state comes from within, not from without.

All you need is to become attentive to the moment, not to the past, not to the future, not to your thoughts, experiences, worries about the past or future - but to the moment in which you are now and the sensations associated with it. You can listen and take a closer look. You can see and feel manifestations of the Spirit in everything you see and hear. You can bring Light to where you are right now. By immersing yourself in the present moment, simply by being attentive to it, you merge with the flow of life. And then you begin to feel: now, in this moment, everything is fine with you. You are in the present, and at the same time you are moving, flowing along with the moment of the present. And then all worries about the past and future recede. And you understand that there is no past and future, and you have no need to worry. Because your life is happening now, and now everything is fine with you.

Dear ones, Kryon assures you that you will always be fine if you remain in a state of fluidity, movement in the flow of life, merging with the present moment. Only such a state is called life. This does not allow you to stop and ossify, catching on to a moment and staying in it. This allows you to enjoy life. And most importantly, it allows you not to stray from the path on which the best is destined for you. This means that being in the moment of the present, when everything is fine with you, creates for you a future in which everything is also fine!

Recreate the good in your life, not the bad.

If it happens that with your thoughts and experiences you get caught up in some moment where you are not doing well, then you, without knowing it, reproduce this moment again and again in your present and future. You create your own life - you remember this! If you worry about something bad, you yourself project this bad thing into your life, causing it to repeat itself! You do this yourself, dear ones, no one else.

Start reproducing the good things you have now in your present. Start enjoying this moment by immersing yourself in the flow of life. Then you will saturate this flow with pleasure, pleasure, admiration for life. And you will begin to project this state throughout your life.

Right now, in this moment, you are safe. Nothing threatens you, nothing worries you. Are you OK. You breathe, you see, you feel the touches of the world around you. Immerse yourself in these sensations. Take them with you on your further journey through life. And you will always be safe, you will always be at peace, you will always have fun, and you will always feel that your life is full of joy and meaning.

Once you start living in the present moment, you will always make the best decisions. Because in this case, your decisions will stem not from judgments related to the past, not from your preoccupation with moments of the past, but from the logic of life itself - its Divine logic, according to which you move along the most favorable path for yourself. When you live in the present moment, you can metaphorically say that only a tailwind always blows for you. Do you want to know how to create a better future? Create the best present for yourself, and you will equip yourself with the best compass that will lead you to the best future. And your present will be best when you give all your attention to the present moment.

By merging with the flow of life, you increase your strength

From the dimension in which we are, where the Spirit is, we perceive the entire flow of time as belonging to the present moment. For the Spirit there is no past and future, there is only the immeasurable and endless moment of “now”. When you reconnect with Spirit, you also find yourself in the immeasurable moment of now. And then you realize that you can control this moment, and, consequently, your life as a whole. Armed with the right compass, you stop fearing the future because you know that you create it yourself. That you are moving from good to good. In this state you are protected and have nothing to fear. No matter what happens around you, you are safe.

Only by merging with the flow of life do you become the flow yourself. You become a flow of energy connecting Earth and Heaven. You become a conductor of the Light and Love of God. You bring strength to the Earth, and you yourself are filled with strength. The more you conduct this energy through yourself, the more you receive it. Now is a special moment in your life - a moment when your strength can multiply many times over. By merging with the flow of life, you become strong yourself and empower others. Your Divinity is increasing day by day.

Claim your rights to this power! Start taking action with her help. You are so powerful now, dear ones, that you can transform the Earth in a very short time. Don't be afraid, put all the power of your intention into these changes. You will see how wonderful the results will be. The features of heaven on Earth are already clearly, visibly appearing in the reality around you. In the coming years they will appear more and more clearly. Get ready for amazing and wonderful changes in yourself and the world around you. Your Divine family is always with you, dear ones. Kryon is always there to help you and support you.

This is an amazing time for all of us. We admire you and are grateful to you for what you do on Earth and for allowing us to be near you. We love you immensely. We look with delight at the work of your hands - paradise reigning on Earth. We can see his signs much better than you. But very soon you yourself will enjoy the work of your own hands - and you will rejoice with us.

Let it be so. With love, Kryon

A person is afraid of change. At a time when the soul fearlessly dives into new experiences in order to enrich itself and become wiser, explore the boundaries of its capabilities and, ultimately, return to unity with God... Man. Fears. Change.

My teacher is always my World, which, upon careful examination, can tell a lot. Watching our baby, I noticed that he happily touches those toys that are familiar to him and looks at new ones with caution, does not pick them up, but first examines them from afar.

Of course, I began to think and ask myself questions:

Do I experience joy from new experiences? How much interest do I have in life? Am I afraid of new experiences?

Being honest with myself, I suddenly realized that I was always afraid of something new and I definitely didn’t have any joy from new experiences. I cautiously walked into the unknown, expecting painful experiences and pain rather than joy.

Resistance to the new, which I often saw in my loved ones since childhood, I could not recognize in myself and our baby clearly showed it to me.

Read also: . God created this entire universe for you. With each new life you grow and develop, turning into a comprehensive intellect.

The soul has incredible courage: knowing about all the events of life, it fearlessly dives into the space of the earth, plunging into the dense energies of the body, knowing in advance that it can get entangled in them and plunge into darkness, completely forgetting who it really is.

A person’s personality relies on numerous past experiences and remembers the pain that a person experienced during numerous lives on earth.

The natural passion for learning new things is overshadowed by fear of pain and sometimes death, since new things sometimes meant death for us...

For the soul there is no difference, it does not evaluate and does not determine where the experience is bad and where it is good.

The soul chooses to explore itself through poverty or wealth, through the weakness of the body, through powerlessness or excess strength, through resentment or forgiveness, through the choice to be the parent of a terminally ill child or to be the parent of adopted children.

The soul yearns for new experiences. The personality resists, not wanting to develop, fearing both painful and joyful experiences. And, of course, life in the body will not be long, because youth is a constant interest in new things, exploring oneself in new experiences.

While thinking about fears of new experiences, of research, pictures, images, memories from my life came to me that confirmed everything I was thinking about at that moment.

In a cafe or restaurant, I usually ordered familiar and favorite dishes and very rarely had the desire to try something new.

I couldn’t get out of a painful relationship for 15 long years, it was traumatic, but so understandable...

I remembered my brother, who as a child was lively and insanely curious, he “explored” everything that came to his hand. Adults considered him a very spoiled child. And, of course, he got it. He was constantly scolded, beaten... he was not accepted and, as it seemed to me then, he was not loved...

The male energy in us is the energy of exploration, curiosity about life, the desire to learn new things.

Perhaps it was during that period that I decided that it was not safe to explore and gain new experiences (now this no longer matters).

Some men, as adults, enjoy playing various games and generally approach life cheerfully and easily, like children (why do they irritate women terribly?).

Women most often take life too seriously and do not allow themselves to relax (and a drinking husband or father makes him madly angry precisely because he allows himself what the woman has forbidden herself).

“Be like children” - a phrase from the Bible that I could not feel for a long time

Intellectually I understood Her, but I didn’t feel what it was like to be a child?! Being a child for me now means learning new things with interest and fearlessness, exploring the world, exploring the possibilities of the body and mind.

By assessing everything on Earth as good and bad, we close ourselves off from many wonderful opportunities.

No good or bad experiences:

  • For the soul, the experience of leaving your child in a maternity hospital is no worse than the experience of adopting a child.
  • For the soul, the experience of being the mother of a sick child is no worse than the experience of being the mother of a healthy child.
  • For the soul, the experience of poverty is no worse than the experience of wealth.
  • The experience of being alone is no worse than the experience of being in a couple.

The soul, when incarnating, chooses what kind of experience it wants to live. Through what experience to explore your capabilities.

The more a person resists the choice of the soul, the longer in earthly time he experiences what he resists.

The soul wants to experience different experiences in the human body through accepting these experiences and allowing them. Acceptance and Love for your creation-experience, and, therefore, humility, allows you to complete this experience and choose another.

The more a person disagrees, the more he fights, the longer the “unpleasant experience” lasts.

From which you can only come out by reconciling yourself. A person often humbles himself when he has tried everything and is completely exhausted. It is then that his EGO gives up completely: “Lord, I tried everything, I give up, let it be as it is, I don’t have the strength to fight, do something!” - do you recognize yourself?

And in such moments, when the EGO has completely capitulated and the voice of the soul is better heard, the soul shows a person the way, reveals treasures, using which a person can easily get out of an unbearable situation for him.

The soul wants a fully conscious existence in the body. The soul wants to gain new and new experiences, accumulating wisdom. The soul wants to be awakened while living in the body.

If a person is afraid of new experiences, if he has stopped in his knowledge of himself and the world, the soul has nothing to do in the body of such a person and it decides to leave the body in order to continue its research into life in another body.

“Be like children,” said Jesus...

The child is interested in everything and is fearless in his knowledge of the world.

An adult relies on the experience that he himself has lived and that his relatives have lived. An adult remembers a lot and this stops him from exploring life. This stops the flow of energy that seeks to explore life through it.

Energy moves less in the body, metabolic processes slow down, toxins accumulate, the body ages and dies.

If you imagine for a moment that you are a fearless being, you no longer rely on the experience of the past and are not afraid of new experiences, you happily immerse yourself in them, exploring yourself and your capabilities with the interest of a child.

You live completely in harmony of soul and body, mind and heart, trusting yourself, and, therefore, your soul, do not fight with the flow of life, but cooperate with it...

Such a person will live as long as he maintains fire, interest in life, in new horizons and opportunities.

We are always given challenges within our strengths

“God always gives us a test according to our strength,” you have heard more than once. What is this phrase really about?

Our soul wants to gain various experiences and realize how much Love there is in these experiences, to live these experiences in love and from a state of love, but not fear, as has happened many times.

Our earthly personality resists with all its might the experiences that the soul has chosen to live. The “larger” the experience, the more vital energy flows through a person.

God is the flow of life energy flowing through you

A person, not accepting the experience that has come into his life, not understanding why he needs this experience, resisting this experience, creates a blockage of vital energy, which is given to him as strength and Love, to help transform pain into Love, to get out of duality.

A colossal amount of vital energy is spent on resistance, and it seems to the person that he does not have the strength to withstand the “test”. Congestion of energy in the body very often causes discomfort and physical pain, which further takes a person away from resolving this experience with love.
