Regulations on the student scientific society

1. General Provisions.

1.1. This regulation regulates the activities of the scientific student society of the State Budgetary Educational Institution of Special Education « Bazarnokarabulak College of Agribusiness" on the development of students' research work.

1.2. The personal composition of the NSO council, the distribution of responsibilities between its members and other issues are agreed upon with the director of the technical school, the deputy director for academic work and the deputy director for educational work.

1.4. Definition of NSO and its structural units.

The Scientific Student Society (NSS) is a mass public organization that, on a voluntary basis, unites students who have shown a penchant for independent creative research activities:


  • Unites all scientific student education “BTA”:

  • Scientific circle (a division of the NSO) is an association of students, students and other interested parties, based on common interests, views, ideas for the purpose of joint scientific creativity.

  • Problem group (a division of the NSO) is a group of young researchers working together to resolve a particular scientific problem.

  • UIRS – educational and research work of students provided for by the curriculum.

  • NIRS – research work of pupils and students carried out outside of school hours.
2. Composition and structure of the scientific student society of the technical school.

2.1. The student scientific society consists of scientific student associations in subject (cycle) sections.

2.2. Every successful student who shows interest in research work and is actively working in one of the society’s associations can be a member of the NSO.

2.3. The highest body of the scientific student society is the general meeting of its members, and in the intervals between meetings - the council of the NSO, elected by open voting at the reporting and re-election meeting for a period of one year.

The structure of the NSO consists of: the NSO Committee; mobile groups, sections: humanitarian knowledge, mathematical and natural scientific knowledge, agrotechnical knowledge, economic knowledge. The committee consists of a chairman, deputy chairman, scientific secretary. This is a permanent body whose main function is organizational and coordinating.

A mobile group is created as needed to organize and conduct planned NSO activities. Creative groups are created in accordance with the technical school’s research work and on the initiative of students and are permanent. The scientific supervisors of student creative groups are technical school teachers.

2.4. . The research and development system is headed by the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.
3. The main tasks of the Council of the NSO College are:

3.1. Creating favorable conditions for the development and functioning of various forms of scientific creativity of students, based on domestic and foreign experience, the results of scientific and research developments carried out in order to improve the technical school’s research and development system.


3.2. Development of the basic principles and mechanisms of functioning of the technical school research work system, constant development of the authority of this system in order to attract the bulk of students to it and develop their interest in research activities and scientific creativity.
3.3. Carrying out analytical and methodological work aimed at improving the technical school’s research and development system.
3.4. Identification, generalization, dissemination and use of domestic and foreign experience, useful in modern conditions, new organizational and methodological forms and activities of the research and development system.
4. Council of the NSO of the technical school and its functions.

4.1 . The NSO Council consists of the chairman and members of the NSO Council. Sectors are created within its structure according to areas of activity. Members of the council of the NSO of the technical school are leaders of student associations in sections: humanities, mathematical and natural sciences, agricultural and economic knowledge.

4.2. To carry out the tasks assigned to the NSO, the chairman of the NSO council directs, coordinates the activities of the NSO council and performs the following functions:


    Promotes the organization of scientific student associations in subject (cycle) sections.

  • Organizes student scientific and practical conferences, relying on the assistance of the NSO Council and its sections.

  • Provides assistance in preparing conferences, round tables, olympiads, educational forums, and acts as a consultant in the work of NSO sections.

  • Organizes lectures on scientific topics, excursions, meetings with scientists and specialists.

  • Engaged in the popularization of student research work through the press and means of visual propaganda.

  • Organizes and conducts competitions for the best student work in various areas of science.

  • Has all the documentation on the dynamics of the development of scientific research growth of the NSO Council and its sections.

  • Conducts analytical work to summarize experience and disseminates positive experience in organizing student research work, and searches for new forms of organizing this work.

  • Represents the most active members of the NSO to the Pedagogical Council for encouragement.

  • Brings issues related to the activities of the NSO to the Pedagogical Councils of the technical school for discussion and decision-making.
4.3. Scientific student associations perform the following functions:

Organization and support of work with the structural units of the NSO, which are circles, problem, creative and research groups.


  • The scientific supervisor of structural units is the head of the subject section of the NSO.

  • Preparation of topics for scientific research and a work plan for the NSO of the technical school and its structural divisions, developed jointly by subject (cycle) sections in accordance with the overall research work carried out.

  • Identifying the potential capabilities of students of the technical school, the council of the NSO and creating conditions for the fullest disclosure of the creative, research potential of students of the technical school, as well as promoting the improvement of scientific and practical training of students.

  • Preparation of student scientific and practical conferences, round tables, olympiads, educational forums, including those based on the results of the academic year, relying on the assistance of the chairman of the council of the NSO and its sectors.

  • Coordination and popularization of student research work through the press and means of visual propaganda.

  • Collection of documentation on the dynamics of development of research work of the Council of the NSO College.

5. Rights and obligations of members of the NSO.
5.1. A member of the NSO is obliged to:


    actively work in one of the scientific associations of the society;

  • improve your scientific horizons, attend meetings of scientific societies, scientific conferences and other events held by the society.

5.2. A member of the NSO enjoys the following rights:


    has one vote when resolving issues that require a collective decision, as well as at all meetings of the society;

  • elects and can be elected to the governing bodies of the NSO;

  • reports on his scientific work at society conferences, presents his work for publication in collections of subject sections;

5.3. A member of an NSO who has ceased to actively work in the society may be expelled from the society by a decision of the NSO council or the leadership of the structural unit of the NSO.


To encourage the most active members of the NSO, it is advisable to adhere to the following criteria:

    creation of standards for research results;

  • directed research activities to ensure the relationship between science and practice, real and effective;

  • the activities of members of the NSO are aimed at personal self-realization based on continuous participation in research activities;

  • organizing and conducting various studies at the technical school;

  • development, planning of scientific and practical activities at meetings of subject sections, making adjustments to the development of the activities of the Council of the NSO technical school;

  • improvement and systematization of research work of the council of NSO subject sections and the technical school;

  • preparation of methodological recommendations to help students of NSO subject sections, for discussion at scientific and practical conferences;

  • conducting scientific and practical seminars, conferences, round tables, olympiads, competitions and presentations based on the results of intermediate research, taking into account the scientific program and plan.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Regulations determine the procedure and regulations for holding the Scientific and Practical Conference of students of the Bazarnokarabulak College of Agribusiness.

1.2. To organize and conduct the conference, an organizing committee and a jury are created in sections.

1.3. The conference is open to interested parties. Proposals are accepted by the organizing committee.

1.4. Teachers, industrial training masters, additional education teachers, parents and other third parties are allowed to participate as scientific supervisors of research and design work.

1.5. Students of 1-3 years and students of 1-4 years of technical school take part in the conference on a voluntary basis.

1.6. The conference includes sections: “Humanitarian knowledge”, “Mathematical and natural science knowledge”, “Agrotechnical knowledge”, “Economic knowledge”.

2. Goals and objectives of the conference

2.1. The conference is held for the purposes of:


  • attracting students to search, design and research activities in various fields of knowledge, as an effective means of personal development;

  • developing skills in creative activity and the ability to independently pose and solve problems of a search, design and research nature;

  • developing the skills and abilities of students to independently prepare presentations of their creative works and present them publicly;

  • search and selection of gifted and motivated youth and providing them with all possible support in professional development;

  • attracting the scientific and pedagogical potential of higher education and academic institutions to scientific mentoring of students’ creative works;

  • improving the system of continuous professional training of students on the principle of “technical school-university-postgraduate school”;

  • popularization of scientific knowledge;

  • public recognition of the results of student search, design and research activities;

  • support and encouragement of gifted students and their supervisors in research activities.
2.2. Main objectives of the conference:

Ensuring accessibility, quality and efficiency of education for students based on the development of modern educational technologies;

Developing interest in basic sciences and applied research among students;

Association of teachers and specialists interested in the education and development of youth;

Attracting applicants to agricultural universities in Saratov.

3. Time, place and stages of the conference

3.1. The conference is held twice a year.

3.2. The first stage consists of students working on projects and preparing reports. Conference reports prepared by students are submitted to the organizing committee in writing three weeks before the scheduled date of the conference.

The second stage is the review of written reports (abstracts) of students by jury members in sections. The jury selects the best reports and recommends authors for presentation at the conference; other reports are considered poster presentations.

The third stage, the final one – conference, jury meeting, summing up.

4. Main content (program) of the conference

5. Conference management and funding

5.1. The conference is organized by the technical school's NSO committee.

5.2. The organizing committee draws up an estimate of income and expenses for the conference. Financing is carried out at the expense of funds and within the limits of funds provided for the performance of the functions of the relevant organizer, and other funds.

6. Procedure and regulations for evaluating reports

The most important stage of the conference is the discussion of the messages made by students:

6.1. The evaluation of reports submitted to the conference is carried out by the jury of the relevant section.

6.2. The conference jury includes leading teachers of the technical school, a methodologist, and representatives of the technical school administration.

6.3. Based on the results of the conference, the jury determines the winners in sections.

When evaluating reports, the following should be taken into account:


  • relevance and completeness of the topic;

  • justification of attracted knowledge from other areas;

  • evidence of reasoning;

  • the presence of independent assessments, judgments, conclusions;

  • the ability to argue your conclusions;

  • ability to work with literature;

  • quality of design: presence of presentations, posters, other illustrative material;

  • speaker's oratory skills.
The basic requirements for works submitted to the conference are set out in Appendix 1.

7. Awarding the winners

7.1. The winners of the conference, as well as the scientific supervisors who prepared them, are awarded diplomas and cash prizes by the organizing committee.

7.2. The winners of the conference are awarded diplomas, and may also be provided with benefits upon admission to the next level of continuing education at the technical school, within the framework of the current admission rules, upon the proposal of the conference organizing committee.


Annex 1.
Basic requirements for works submitted to the conference :
- The work is printed across the width of the page on one side on vertically placed white standard sheets of A4 size writing paper.
- Font size 14, Times New Roman font
- Line spacing is 1.5-2 cm.
- Margins: top and bottom 2 cm, left margin – 2.5 or 3 cm, right margin – 1 cm.
- Paragraph indentation must be the same and equal to 5 characters.
- Red line indent 1 cm.
- The distance between the title of the chapters and the following text is 3 intervals; the same distance is maintained between the chapter and paragraph headings.
- Each chapter begins on a new page. This rule applies to all structural parts of the work: introduction, text, conclusion, bibliography
- All pages, except the title page, have continuous numbering from 2, etc., which is placed centered at the bottom of the page
- Three styles should be applied: normal, heading 1, heading 2

The entire list of sources used is arranged in alphabetical order.


  • If quotes are inserted in the text of the work, they are placed in quotation marks, and next to [P.30, 2], this means 30 is a page from the source, 2 - the name of the source is written under the number 2 in the list of used literature.

  • Drawings (drawings, graphs, diagrams, diagrams, graphic and tone technical drawings, photographs, etc.), depending on the size, are given either in the text or on a separate sheet of the main text.

  • Most research results can be tabulated and typed in EXSEL. After their analysis and design, they are converted into the WINWORD program.

Requirements for the design and presentation of abstracts of reports and speeches on the topic of a scientific and practical conference

Abstracts of a report up to 5 pages of text and a speech of 1.5-2 pages must be submitted to the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the conference until April 8 this year in printed form in Russian without illustrations, graphic materials and drawings.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Student Scientific Society of Izhevsk State Technical University (hereinafter - SNO) is a self-governing organization based on voluntary membership and cooperation, uniting students of Izhevsk State Technical University who want to participate in research work.

1.2. The SSS carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of IzhSTU, orders and instructions of the rector of IzhSTU, these Regulations, and the decisions of the conference of the SSS.

2. Goals and objectives of the activities of the SSS

2.1. The purpose of the SSS activities is to develop the creative scientific abilities of students and the development of research skills, the creation and development of favorable conditions for the formation of in-demand specialists by intensifying the research activities of students, their participation in fundamental and applied research conducted at the university; ensuring the opportunity for every student to realize their right to creative personal development in accordance with their abilities and needs.

2.2. The main tasks of the aid to navigation are:

  • assistance in improving the level of scientific training of students and the quality of acquired knowledge;
  • ensuring the formation of competitiveness, readiness for dynamic, social and professional mobility of students;
  • improving the quality of professional training of young specialists;
  • assistance to students in independent scientific research and organizational support for their scientific work;
  • attracting students to participate in intra-university, regional, regional, all-Russian and international student events, as well as in organizing and conducting similar events at IzhSTU;
  • attracting students to participate in the implementation of student scientific programs, projects formed by the Ministries of the Russian Federation and foreign countries;
  • organization and coordination of students’ work in priority areas of scientific research at Izhevsk State Technical University;
  • assistance in using the results of student research in the educational process;
  • attracting students to innovative activities, developing the ability to bring research work to the level of its implementation;
  • promoting international cooperation in the areas of the university’s activities in the field of science and education;
  • timely informing students about planned scientific conferences, competitions, exhibitions, etc. and the possibility of participating in them;
  • establishing and developing cooperation with the SSS of other higher educational institutions for the purpose of joint scientific activities and exchange of experience;
  • coverage of SSS activities in the media and the Internet.
3. Areas of activity of the SSS

3.1. The main activities of the SNO are:

  • conducting scientific and practical seminars, conferences, round tables;
  • participation in the implementation of student research and scientific-educational programs, projects formed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and others, including foreign and international organizations;
  • holding competitions for the best scientific work of students in specialized disciplines, olympiads, intellectual games, and other competitive events;
  • creation of databases and other information resources in the areas of activity of the SSS;
  • providing assistance to SSS participants in organizing business trips at the expense of the university to participate in scientific and scientific-practical events;
  • assistance to students in the publication of scientific works in collections, journals published by Izhevsk State Technical University, and in other publications.
4. AtoN structure

4.1. SNO conference.

4.1.1. The highest governing body of the SSS is the SSS Conference.

4.1.2. The SSS conference meets at least once a year.

4.1.3. The competence of the SNO conference includes:

  • introducing amendments and additions to the Regulations on Aids to Navigation;
  • elections of the Council of the SSS (approval is made by a simple majority of votes from the quorum);
  • development of the main strategic directions of the activities of the SSS.
4.2. SNO Council.

The Council of the SSS is a permanent body of the SSS.

4.2.1. The Council manages the activities of the SSS and implements the SSS development strategy.

4.2.2. The competence of the Council includes:

  • planning the work of the aided navigation system for the year;
  • convening the Conference of the SSS;
  • summing up the work for the year.
4.2.3. The Council consists of: the chairman of the Council of the SSS, advisers to the SSS and the secretary.

4.2.4. Chairman of the SSS:

  • is an adviser to the SSS, elected for a period of 1 year from among the advisers;
  • coordinates issues related to the activities of SSS with the management of ISTU;
  • coordinates the activities of the SSS bodies and its advisers;
  • represents the interests of the SSS in external organizations;
  • proposes for approval by the conference the number and personal composition of advisers to the SSS;
  • convenes working groups and leads their work.
4.2.5. SNO advisors:
  • SSS advisers are representatives of university faculties (one representative from each faculty), as well as members of the initiative group;
  • are engaged in the preparation and conduct of SSS events;
  • represent the interests of SSS in relations with other universities, scientists, and practitioners;
  • organize work in accordance with the area of ​​activity selected and approved at the meeting of the SSS working group;
  • participate in the convening and activities of working groups;
  • organize at their own discretion any collegial forms of work.
4.2.6. Secretary of the SSS:
  • elected by the Council of the SSS;
  • maintains minutes of SSS meetings and other events held by SSS;
  • registers new members of the SNO;
  • stores AtoN protocols.
4.2.7. The coordinator of the activities of the SSS is the vice-rector for scientific and organizational work of Izhevsk State Technical University.

4.3. SNO reserves the right to change the structure independently.

5. Participation in SNO

5.1. Any ISTU student who has expressed a desire to join the SSS can become a member of the SSS.

5.2. A student, undergraduate, graduate student or listener who has expressed a desire to join the SSS must inform about this decision in person at a meeting of the Council.

5.3. The decision to appoint a student as an adviser is made by the current SSS advisers.

5.4. A student who is a free member of the SSS or his advisor may terminate any type of membership in the SSS at any time by expressing the corresponding desire in person.

6. Rights and obligations of participants in the aid of navigation

6.1. Participants of the SNO have the following rights:

  • elect and be elected Chairman of the SSS;
  • attend meetings of the SSS working group, events organized and conducted by SSS;
  • make proposals on all aspects of the work of the aid to navigation;
  • enjoy the support of SSS in your scientific activities.
6.2. Participants of the SNO are obliged to:
  • comply with the Regulations on Aids to Navigation;
  • carry out the decisions of the Conference, the Council, the Chairman, and meetings of the Working Groups of the SSS that are binding on the SSS.
6.3. The reorganization of the SSS is carried out by decision of the General Meeting.

7. The procedure for making changes and additions to the Regulations on Aids to Navigation

7.1. Changes and additions to these Regulations are made at the proposal of the Council of SSS and approved by order of the rector of IzhSTU.

8. Liquidation and reorganization of SNO

8.1. The SNO ceases its activities through liquidation.

8.2. Liquidation of SSS is carried out either by decision of the rector of the University, or by decision of the General Meeting by order of the rector of IzhSTU.

9. Final and transitional provisions

9.1. This Regulation comes into force from the moment it is approved by order of the rector of IzhSTU.

RANEPA Institute under the President of the Russian Federation

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The Student Scientific Society of the Ural Institute of Management - a branch of RANEPA (hereinafter - SNO) is a self-governing organization based on voluntary membership and cooperation, uniting students, undergraduates, graduate students and listeners of the Ural Institute of Management - a branch of RANEPA (hereinafter - the Institute) who wish to participate in scientific- research work.

1.2. The purpose of the SSS is to promote research activities, as well as the development of knowledge, skills and competencies of students, undergraduates, graduate students and students of the institute in research activities.

1.3. SNO carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation", decisions of the Academic Council of RANEPA, orders and instructions of the rector of RANEPA, Regulations on the branch, decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute, orders of the Director of the Institute , these Regulations, decisions of the SSS conference.

1.4. Religious and political propaganda is not allowed during the activities of the SSS.

1.5. Members of the SSS can be students, undergraduates, graduate students, students engaged in research work as part of the SSS council, project groups, the Parliamentary Debate Club and others, or individually involved in the preparation of reports, abstracts, messages, and scientific research.

1.6. SNO is not a legal entity and does not have its own current account.

2. TASKS AND DIRECTIONS OF ACTIVITY OF SNO

2.1. The tasks of the SNO are:

  • popularization of science among students,
  • creating conditions for increasing the scientific activity of students, developing their potential,
  • organization and coordination of students’ research work,
  • providing students with the most important and large-scale information platform of a scientific nature,
  • cooperation with scientific communities of other universities, studying and applying the experience of organizing student research work with the introduction of advanced forms and methods,
  • participation, organization and holding of various public events,
  • implementation of the results of students’ scientific creativity through promoting their publications and introducing science into practice,
  • promoting international cooperation in the areas of activity of the Institute in the field of science and education;
  • informing students about grants, ongoing scientific conferences, seminars, competitions and other events of scientific and educational content.

2.2. The main activities of the SNO:

  • holding, including jointly with other organizations, scientific and practical seminars, conferences, round tables;
  • participation in the implementation of student research and educational programs and projects;
  • holding, including jointly with other organizations, competitions, olympiads, intellectual games, and other competitive events;
  • organizational and methodological support and support for the research work of members of the SSS;
  • organizing and conducting, including jointly with other organizations, optional theoretical courses, practical classes, educational and research seminars for members of the SSS and students of the institute;
  • assistance to students in the publication of scientific works in collections and journals published by the Institute and other organizations;
  • organization of open lectures and seminars with the participation of experts from state authorities and local governments, as well as representatives of business structures;
  • development and implementation of projects in the field of social entrepreneurship.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SNO

3.1. SNO has the right:

initiate scientific events held both at the Institute and jointly with other universities and organizations;

in agreement with the relevant dean’s office, petition the director to send students, undergraduates and graduate students of the Institute to scientific events held at other universities and organizations;

involve, in the prescribed manner, the Institute’s teachers, scientists, and practitioners to ensure the work of the SSS;

in the prescribed manner, receive assistance and assistance in the activities of the SSS from the management of the Institute;

place, in the prescribed manner, information about the activities of the SSS in periodicals of the Institute, Student Television news, on the Institute’s website and at the stand of the SSS, on plasma screens in news announcements;

use, in the prescribed manner, the information, organizational and technical resources available to the Institute;

exercise control over the implementation of the rights of aided navigation systems.

3.2. SNO is obliged:

implement and comply with the internal regulations of the Institute, including these Regulations;

promptly inform the management of the Institute about your initiatives and actions taken;

by your actions do not damage the reputation of the Institute;

interact with organizations and universities after agreement with the management of the Institute;

coordinate with authorized officials of the Institute any agreements with individuals and legal entities that may entail legal, financial and other consequences, the decision and implementation of which is not within the powers of the SSS.

4. ORGANS AND MECHANISMS OF SNOW CONTROL

4.1 SNO Conference

4.1.1.The highest governing body of the aid to navigation is the Conference of the aid of navigation

4.1.2. The SSS conference meets at least once a year. The quorum of the SSS conference is 1/2 of the members of the SSS.

4.1.3. The competence of the AtoN conference includes: making changes and additions to the provisions of the AtoN; approval of symbols and names of aids to navigation; elections of the Council of the SSS (approval is made by a simple majority of votes from the quorum); development of the main strategic directions of the activities of the SSS.

4.1.4. When choosing the chairman of the SSS and other elected positions, members of the Council of the SSS have the right to vote.

4.1.5. Observers of the conference can be students, undergraduates, graduate students, listeners, staff and teachers of the Institute.

4.2 AtoN Council

The Council of the SSS is a permanent body of the SSS.

4.2.1. The competence of the Council includes: planning and coordinating the work of the aid to navigation for the year; convening the Conference of the SSS; summing up the work for the year.

4.2.2. The Council includes the chairman of the Council of the SSS, the head of the information and analytical group, the secretary, presidents of clubs, heads and coordinators of the working bodies of the SSS from among students. These persons are members of the Council ex officio. Other members of the Council may be elected to its composition by voting at the SSS conference.

4.2.3. The chairman of the SSS is elected for a term of one year; coordinates issues related to the activities of the SSS with the leadership of the Institute; coordinates the activities of the SSS bodies and its advisers; represents the interests of the SSS in external organizations; proposes for approval by the conference the number and personal composition of advisers to the SSS; convenes working groups and leads the work.

4.2.4. Members of the Council of the Council are directly responsible to the Chairman of the Council.

4.2.5. Members of the SSS Council: are involved in the preparation and conduct of SSS events; organize work in accordance with the chosen and approved area of ​​activity; participate in the activities of working bodies.

4.2.6. Secretary of the SSS: elected by the Council of the SSS; keeps minutes of meetings and other events held by the SSS; registers new members of the SNO; stores AtoN protocols.

4.2.7. The SNO Council meets at least once a month.

4.2.8. The coordinator of the activities of the SSS is the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of State and Municipal Administration.

4.2.9. The general coordination of the activities of the SSS is carried out by the Deputy Director responsible for scientific work at the Institute. The current organization of the activities of the SSS is carried out with the support of the faculties of the Institute.

4.3. Information and analytical group

4.3.1. The information and analytical group collects and disseminates information about ongoing interdepartmental, general faculty, general academic, interuniversity, all-Russian, international student scientific events, generates and updates information about the activities of the SSS on the Institute’s website.

4.3.2. The information and analytical group includes the head, assistant managers, and free members of the SSS.

4.3.3. Heads the work of the information and analytical group. The leader of the group is elected by the Council of the SNO on the proposal of the Chairman of the Council of the SNO.

4.4 AtoN structure

4.4.1. The structure of the SSS is represented by project groups and discussion clubs.

A project group is understood as an association of thematic sections created on the basis of a faculty or several faculties that involve the implementation of applied research and scientific projects.

A discussion club refers to associations of thematic sections created on the basis of a faculty or several faculties, which involve the implementation of student scientific initiatives as part of a large-scale scientific discussion and analytical work.

4.4.2. The main forms of work of the discussion club and project groups are:

holding scientific student events (conferences, discussions, disputes, business games);

organizing and conducting scientific and discussion events within the priority areas of research activity for the Institute and the Academy;

participation in interdepartmental, general academic and interuniversity scientific student events (conferences, discussions, debates, business games, round tables);

preparation of publications for intra-university and other scientific publications;

participation in research projects;

exchange of experience in organizing and implementing scientific, discussion and analytical activities between branches of RANEPA, universities of the city and region.

4.4.3. Project groups, discussion clubs and laboratories are created on the basis of the faculty of the Ural Institute of RANEPA on the initiative of the dean, heads of departments, teachers, and an initiative group of students.

4.4.4. The functioning of project groups and discussion clubs is carried out in accordance with thematic scientific areas within the framework of scientific schools.

4.4.5. The general coordination of the work of project groups and discussion clubs is carried out by the Deputy Director responsible for scientific work at the Institute; the current organization of the activities of project groups and discussion clubs is carried out with the support of faculties. The leaders of project groups and discussion clubs are leading teachers of scientific schools, and the curators are teachers directly involved in the educational process within the relevant disciplines.

4.4.6. Project groups and discussion clubs can be created both at one department/faculty, and on the basis of two or more departments/faculties to solve related scientific and analytical problems.

4.4.7. The activities of project groups and discussion clubs are carried out on a voluntary basis.

4.4.8. Members of project groups and discussion clubs are members of the SSS.

4.4.9. The coordination of the activities of project groups and discussion clubs on the part of the student community is carried out by an administrator who is elected from among the members of project groups and discussion clubs at a general meeting.

4.4.10. Project group/discussion club administrator:

takes part in drawing up work plans for the section;

informs section members about upcoming meetings and events;

participates in the preparation and conduct of section events;

distributes information about the activities of the section among students.

4.4.11. Meetings of project groups and discussion clubs are held in accordance with the calendar plan, at least once a month.

5. PARTICIPATION IN SNO

5.1. A student, master's student, graduate student or listener who has expressed a desire to join the SSS must write an application to join the SSS and report this decision at a meeting of the Council. The decision on admission to membership of the SSS is made at the Council of the SSS.

5.2. A student (master's student, graduate student or student of the Institute) who is a member of the SSS may terminate any type of membership at any time by writing a statement of resignation from the SSS.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF SNO MEMBERS

6.1 Members of the SSS have the following rights: to elect and be elected Chairman of the SSS; attend meetings of project groups, discussion clubs, laboratories and the SNO business incubator, events organized and conducted by the SSS; make proposals on all aspects of the work of the aid to navigation; enjoy the support of SSS in your scientific activities.

6.2 Members of the SNO are obliged to: comply with the Regulations on the SNO; carry out the decisions of the Conference, Council, Chairman, and persons monitoring and organizing the activities of the SSS that are binding on the SSS.

7. SLEEP PROMOTION MEASURES

7.1. Members of the SSS who take an active part in the activities of the working bodies of the SSS and have achieved high results can be:

presented for personal scholarships;

submitted to receive a certificate (certificate) of participation in project activities;

awarded Certificates of Honor from the Ural Institute of Management of the Presidential Academy, diplomas, and valuable gifts;

8. FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF SNO ACTIVITIES

8.1 The activities of the SSS are financed from extra-budgetary funds of the Institute and from attracting grants.

8.2 The allocation of financial resources, materials and equipment, the provision of services necessary for the activities of the SSS, at the expense of the Institute, is carried out in the prescribed manner.

8.3. Funds raised through individual or collective grants received by SNO members are used in accordance with the terms of the grant.

9. PROCEDURE FOR INTRODUCING CHANGES AND ADDITIONS TO THE REGULATIONS ON SNO

9.1 Draft amendments and additions to the Regulations on AtoN are submitted for consideration to the conference by the Council of the AtoN, working groups of the AtoN, and members of the AtoN.

9.2 Amendments and additions to the Regulations on Aids to Navigation are made by a majority vote of the Conference participants.

9.3 The amended (added) version of the Regulations on SSS comes into force after its approval by the Academic Council of the Ural Institute of Management - a branch of RANEPA and the director of the Ural Institute of Management - a branch of RANEPA.

10. FINAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

10.1 These Regulations come into force from the moment of its approval by the Academic Council and the Director of the Institute.
