1. General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations determine the procedure and conditions for holding the IV City Environmental Festival “Save the Planet Together” (hereinafter referred to as the Festival).
1.2. The festival is aimed at developing cognitive, creative, research activities of children and youth of the capital region to preserve and improve the ecological quality of the environment, creating a culture of environmentally appropriate, healthy lifestyle.
1.3. The festival is aimed at implementing the objectives of the development of environmental education, formulated in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On Education in the Russian Federation”; Federal state educational standards for preschool, primary, basic and secondary general education; Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 18, 2012 No. 2423-r “Fundamentals of state policy in the field of environmental development of Russia until 2030”; Resolution of the Moscow Government of July 10, 2014 No. 394-PP “On the main provisions of the new environmental policy of the city of Moscow for the period until 2030.”
1.4. The founder of the Festival is the City Methodological Center of the Moscow Department of Education.
1.5. An Organizing Committee is being created to prepare and conduct the Festival.
2. Goals and objectives of the Festival
2.1. Goals: improving the environmental culture of students, developing sustainable skills in environmentally responsible behavior, gaining experience in environmentally oriented activities.
2.2. Tasks:
- create conditions for increasing the creative activity of students in the field of design and research activities to improve the environmental quality of the urban environment;
- promote effective socialization of students in a developing city;
- attract the attention of students to solving the problems of state environmental policy, current environmental problems of the capital region, innovative experience in using modern technologies to improve the quality of the environment;
- to promote the development of social partnership of educational organizations in the field of increasing the efficiency of using educational resources in the urban environment.
3. Festival participants
3.1. Participants of the Festival are students and teachers of educational organizations of the Moscow Department of Education.
4. Dates of the Festival
4.1. The festival runs from October 2018 to June 2019.

- formation of knowledge about the significance of living and inanimate nature in human life;
- showing the positive and negative impact of man on the world around him.

- attracting attention to surrounding natural objects, developing the ability to see beautythe surrounding natural world, the diversity of its colors and shapes;
- nurturing the desire and skills to preserve the natural world around us;
- fostering a sense of responsibility for the state of the environment.

- development of skills to observe living objects and inanimate phenomena;
- development of the ability to see the beauty of the surrounding natural world, the diversity of its colors andforms;
- protection and promotion of children's health, development of healthy lifestyle skills.
