Minimum threshold in chemistry. Primary and test (secondary) Unified State Exam scores: what is the difference? Unified State Examination scores

Modern exams are assessed not on a five-point, but on a hundred-point system. This means that we don’t have to talk about the usual grades: twos, threes, fours, fives. An exam is considered to have been failed if the threshold set for that exam is not passed. Moreover, for each object this boundary is different. You can get an acceptable final score, but fail the exam, losing the opportunity to enter a higher educational institution.

What are the primary USE scores?

Each exam has its own structure. The Unified State Exam in different subjects differs in the total number of tasks, the format of the test part, and the complexity of tasks with a detailed answer. Assignments may be worth different amounts of points. This also applies to test tasks of various types: for the simplest ones you can get one point, for the most difficult ones - up to four or five points. We are talking about primary points.

Primary scores are the scores used to evaluate the student's answers. If you can get up to two points for correctly completing a task, these are not the two points that, together with others, ultimately add up to one hundred points. The number of primary points is different everywhere and depends only on the structure of the exam, but this figure is always less than one hundred. By the way, the Unified State Exam in foreign languages is an exception - there is no scale for converting scores and other subtleties, which means that the primary score can be considered the final score.

How many primary points are there in the Unified State Exam in Russian?

Test part of the Russian language exam - 33 primary points.

The written part of the Russian language exam - 24 primary points.

The Unified State Examination in Russian language has 57 primary points. Moreover, each point (as in any other exam in the Unified State Exam format) has equal “value”. It doesn’t matter in which part you earned points: this is not taken into account when converting to the hundred-point system.

What are secondary (test) Unified State Examination scores?

It is no coincidence that the website contains a scale for converting scores into the Russian language. With its help, primary points become secondary. And this happens very simply: using a special table, the primary scores are converted into test scores - a hundred-point system. - a document whose requirements must be met. It is not people who do the transfer of points: the required value is calculated by a computer.

Secondary (test) points are points in a hundred-point evaluation system. It is based on them that the fact of passing the exam (passing the threshold) is determined. Based on test scores, applicants are admitted to universities. Secondary points are directly dependent on the primary ones - the more primary points scored, the higher the final result.

How to convert primary points into secondary ones?

As mentioned above, for this you need to use. You can’t do without it: a difference of one primary point can raise or lower the final grade by one or more points. It all depends on the number of primary points scored: in different parts of the table the “price” of a primary point varies.

To receive the maximum score - 100 points - for the Russian language exam, you must complete all tasks without errors. This is the translation scale. But in a math exam, you may not complete all the tasks correctly, but still get the highest grade.

Minimum required scores. Converting points to a five-point system.

Parents and students often ask the question: how many points in a subject must be scored for the subject to be considered passed? Here is a letter from Rosobrnadzor on the conditions for passing the OGE and transferring it to a five-point system. Unified State Examination points.

● Minimum number of points in subjects:

Letter of Rosobrnadzor No. 10220 dated 04/03/2018 on determining the minimum number of points for the main state exam and recommendations for converting the sum of primary points for OGE examination papers into a five-point grading system.

Recommendations for determining the minimum number of points in the main state exam (OGE), confirming that students have mastered educational programs of basic general education in 2018.

It is only taken by those who have made this choice on their own. Successfully passing the Unified State Examination in history is necessary when applying to such popular specialties as law, linguistics, design, architecture and many others.

Review general information about the exam before you begin your preparation. The 2019 version of the KIM Unified State Exam has not changed compared to last year’s versions. Correct completion of tasks 3 and 8 now gives 2 points instead of 1. For assignment 25, the wording and assessment criteria have changed.

Unified State Examination

A decree from Rosobrnadzor has already appeared, which officially established the correspondence of primary and test scores in all subjects for 2019.

According to the order, in order to pass the Unified State Exam in History with at least a C, you need to score 9 primary points. To score them, it is enough to complete the first 6 tasks correctly or write a good essay (No. 25), which, if all criteria are met, will give 11 points. To get an A you need to score 39-55 primary points.

Structure of the Unified State Exam

In 2019, the Unified State Exam test in history consists of two parts, including 25 tasks.

  • Part 1: 19 tasks (1–19) for choosing the correct answer, establishing correspondences, determining sequences or writing the correct answer (word, phrase, title, name, century, year, etc.);
  • Part 2: 6 tasks (20–25) with a detailed answer, in which you need to analyze a given fragment of a historical source, a historical problem, historical assessments and points of view; the last task is a historical essay that can be written on one of three periods of Russian history.

Preparation for the Unified State Exam

  • Pass Unified State Exam tests online for free without registration and SMS. The tests presented are identical in complexity and structure to the actual exams conducted in the corresponding years.
  • Download demo versions of the Unified State Exam in history, which will allow you to better prepare for the exam and pass it easier. All proposed tests have been developed and approved for preparation for the Unified State Exam by the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements (FIPI). All official versions of the Unified State Exam are developed in the same FIPI.

The tasks you will see most likely will not appear on the exam, but there will be tasks similar to the demo ones on the same topics.

The number of participants in the Unified State Exam in Physics in 2018 (main day) was 150,650 people, including 99.1% of current year graduates. The number of exam participants is comparable to the previous year (155,281 people), but lower than the number in 2016 (167,472 people). In percentage terms, the number of participants in the Unified State Exam in physics amounted to 23% of the total number of graduates, which is slightly lower than last year. A slight decrease in the number of students taking the Unified State Exam in physics may be due to the increase in universities accepting computer science as an entrance test.

The largest number of Unified State Examination participants in physics is noted in Moscow (10,668), Moscow region (6546), St. Petersburg (5652), the Republic of Bashkortostan (5271) and Krasnodar Territory (5060).

The average USE score in physics in 2018 was 53.22, which is comparable to last year’s figure (53.16 test points). The maximum test score was scored by 269 exam participants from 44 constituent entities of the Russian Federation; in the previous year, there were 278 people with 100 points. The minimum Unified State Exam score in physics in 2018, as in 2017, was 36 tb, but in the primary scores this amounted to 11 points, compared to 9 primary scores in the previous year. The share of exam participants who did not exceed the minimum score in 2018 was 5.9%, which is slightly higher than those who did not reach the minimum limit in 2017 (3.79%).

Compared to the two previous years, the proportion of poorly prepared participants increased slightly (21-40 thousand). The share of high-scorers (61-100 thousand points) increased, reaching the maximum values in three years. This allows us to talk about increased differentiation in the training of graduates and an increase in the quality of training of students studying a specialized course in physics.

In 2018, the percentage of exam participants who scored 81-100 points was 5.61%, which is higher than in 2017 (4.94%). For the Unified State Exam in Physics, the range from 61 to 100 test points is significant, which demonstrates the readiness of graduates to successfully continue their education at universities. This year this group of graduates has increased compared to the previous year and amounted to 24.22%.
