1. Dynamics of results of mastering the educational program

1.1. Positive development results for students:

1.2. The result of children's readiness for school.

1.3. Additional analytical information (analysis of the results presented in the tables, additional facts indicating the effectiveness of the teacher’s activities).

Preschool age is a particularly important and responsible period in a child’s life; at this age, the child’s personality and health are formed, and the intellectuality of children’s perception develops. Work on the development of children's perception permeates the entire educational process and is systematically and systematically included in all spheres of a child's life, starting from routine processes, educational activities and ending with the extensive play activities of the child himself.

Marina Vladimirovna developed cultural, hygienic and behavioral skills in children.

The educational process is built taking into account the principles of integration of educational areas in accordance with the age capabilities and characteristics of students.

To master the educational program, the following conditions have been created: the presence of didactic and methodological literature in the group, educational board and printed games, diagrams, visual material, and an equipped development environment. The main task of a teacher is to ensure accessibility and improve the quality of education. This was reflected in the definition of the goal of Marina Vladimirovna’s activities, which is to organize work on the integrated development of children through the creation of a unified educational space, the implementation of an integrated approach in the pedagogical process.

The above monitoring data indicate that the pupils of the group have high development indicators, since the teacher tries to build an educational process focused on achieving the goal of preschool education - the task of pedagogical design of the educational process that promotes the holistic development of a healthy child - a preschooler, and his organization. Builds her work taking into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of children.

Based on the results of children’s readiness for schooling, we can conclude that most children have developed initial skills in the field of educational activities, in particular, the ability to isolate an educational task and turn it into an independent goal of activity, generalized forms of thinking and basic logical operations, and semantic memorization.

Together with the teaching staff of the school, parent meetings and open door weeks were held, during which parents received practical advice and recommendations on individual work with their child. Joint events are being held. Thanks to this interaction between teaching staff, graduates of preschool groups easily adapt to the school environment and study successfully.

2. Identification and development of pupils’ intellectual, creative,

physical education and sports activities

2.6. Additional analytical information (working with children with special needs, etc.)

Since in each age group of the kindergarten there are children with a relatively high, average and low level of development, Marina Vladimirovna implements a multi-level approach, taking into account the potential capabilities of each child.

Working with children in a group, planning OD is built in accordance with the thematic plan. Marina Vladimirovna builds her material according to the principle from simple to complex. The teacher implements a multi-level approach to children, taking into account the potential capabilities of each child. The teacher believes that the main thing is to give each child a feasible task, each one to experience the feeling of success, and instill in each one confidence in their abilities. This helps achieve the main goal - the development of a comprehensively developed personality.

Marina Vladimirovna’s work is productive, which is confirmed by the monitoring results. Active work is being done in all areas, providing real assistance to children and parents, as well as teachers.

3. Satisfaction with the organization of the educational process

3.1. Results of surveys, questionnaires of children and parents.

To satisfy the requests of parents in the field of educational services, Marina Vladimirovna uses such forms of work as parent meetings, individual consultations, surveys of parents, and posting information on a stand in the corner for parents. The results of a survey of parents regarding satisfaction with the services of the preschool group showed that 85% of parents were completely satisfied with the system of work of the preschool group.

4. Activities of a teacher in education

4.1 Implementation of educational opportunities of various types of child activities.

Preschool childhood is a period of assimilation of moral norms and social behavior. When a child begins an active life in human society, he faces many problems and difficulties. This is all - knowledge of the norms and rules of behavior and relationships accepted in society, experiences, the ability to sympathize, actions in relation to other people and constitutes the concept of morality. Without it, a person cannot live among people.

To form the moral qualities of a preschooler’s personality, the teacher uses the following methods:

Conversations (“Be always polite”, “Your good deeds”, “What is friendship”, etc.): talking with children, encourages them to think and speak, and fairly evaluate the actions of their peers.

Reading and analyzing works of art, looking at illustrations, are indispensable in the moral education of a child, since it is easier for a child to evaluate the actions of others than his own.

Games contribute to the development of oneself and other children, emotional awareness, and children’s mastery of the rules of using speech.

Organization of developing problem-practical and problem-game situations related to the solution of socially and morally significant issues.

Cooperation of children in joint work and social activities (help, care, caring for plants).

The teacher in the group created conditions for the formation of social competence:

Favorable subject-development environment, through close interaction with parents:

Specially organized activities (classes) and unregulated activities. Various group traditions - “Morning of joyful meetings”, “Birthday”, etc.;

Children's social behavior skills are formed during play activities;

The psychological and pedagogical competence of parents is systematically increased,

The activity and initiative of the teacher increases and his social competence improves.

In the process of moral education, children develop humanitarian feelings, skills of cultural behavior, respect for adults, the ability to play and work together, and fairly evaluate their actions and the actions of other children.

Individualization of educational interaction.

The importance of a child’s individual characteristics not only helps to find the right approach to him, but also contributes to the formation of certain traits.

In order to individualize the educational process, Marina Vladimirovna uses the following technologies:

Health-saving (work in the mode of changing dynamic poses), correctional: (fairytale therapy, color therapy, etc.). Physical education and recreation: (breathing exercises, finger exercises, invigorating exercises, morning exercises, dynamic breaks), etc., allowing you to make OOD not only educational, but exciting, interesting, varied.

When designing a subject-based educational environment, he uses stands with photographs of children and their parents; The Our Creativity wall is used to showcase the personal achievements of preschoolers in an exhibition of drawings; in the corners “Nature” and “Duty” there is an introduction to elementary economic and household work.

An excellent - developing environment in a group provides the opportunity for each child to choose activities based on his interests and allows him to interact with peers or act individually.

Multifunctional material is widely used, allowing for active use taking into account a variety of children's plans. These are various parts of large floor building materials, all kinds of large objects: sticks, ropes. Small toys, board and printed games, visual material. The material and technical base allows for interesting creative events.

5. Conditions that ensure the result

5.1 . Availability of an educational program. Age and other categories for which the Program is aimed, sample programs used, characteristics of the interaction of the teaching staff with the families of children.

Marina Vladimirovna organizes work with children according to the basic general educational program of preschool education of MBOU Secondary School No. 4 of Chaplygina in the village of Yusovo, developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard on the basis of the “Childhood” program (T.I. Babaeva, A.G. Gogoberidze), using partial programs: S.N. Nikolaeva “Young ecologist”, I.A. Lykova “Colored palms”, L.G. Peterson "World of Discovery". The program corresponds to the principle of developing education, the goal of which is the comprehensive development and upbringing of the child. The program ensures the unity of educational, developmental and training goals and objectives of the education of preschool children, in the process of implementation of which such knowledge and skills are formed that are directly related to the development of preschool children.

One of the main tasks is to protect the lives and strengthen the physical and psychological health of children. Marina Vladimirovna created all the conditions for this. The group has a physical education corner, a “Health Path” (mats with spikes, a ribbed path for the prevention of flat feet), a card index of outdoor games, physical education minutes, and gymnastics after sleep has been created and is actively used. A system of measures for improving the health of frequently ill children has been developed. In the group, every day after sleep, invigorating gymnastics is carried out in light clothing, walking barefoot along the health path. In the summer, walking barefoot on the grass, playing with water. All this has a positive effect on children's health.

In his work, the teacher tries to solve such a problem as making children’s lives interesting, connecting them with the surrounding reality. The work takes into account age characteristics, the level of development of children, their interests and capabilities.

He pays great attention to familiarizing children with the objective world: he teaches them not only to distinguish color and shape, to group objects according to purpose, but also to show in an accessible form that every thing contains the work of people, gradually introducing them to household work.

From conversations, conversations, and reading fiction, children have an idea of the norms of human communication: students have become responsive, attentive, friendly, capable of doing something good not only to the people around them, but above all to their family and friends.

Promotes the development of children's speech as a means of communication.

At preschool age, children show interest in everything that happens around them. In the process of experimental activities, children are not only introduced to nature, but also purposefully led to an understanding of its characteristics.

Widely uses conversations, reading fiction, observing plants and the life of animals, birds, insects: targeted walks along an ecological trail.

In her work, Marina Vladimirovna creates all the conditions for the implementation of educational activities, for the harmonious development of the personality of students in all types of activities.

5.2. Development and implementation of an original educational program that has passed external examination:

Name of educational

programs

Full name of the expert, name of the organization that carried out the examination

5.3 . Participation of the teacher in the development of the Development Program of the educational institution.

Marina Vladimirovna took a direct part in the development of the Preschool Educational Development Program for 2015 – 2016. the program ensures the diversified development of children, taking into account their age and individual characteristics in the main areas: physical education, social-personal, cognitive-speech, artistic-aesthetic and complies with the principles of developmental education, the basic principles of developmental psychology and preschool pedagogy. Ensures the unity of educational, developmental and educational tasks and goals of education for preschool children, based on a comprehensive thematic principle of constructing the educational process.

5.4. Providing psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of the Program.

Marina Vladimirovna creates a favorable environment in the process of educational activities, studies the individual capabilities and developmental characteristics of her students, and provides assistance to children who need to organize their activities.

To ensure the psychological health of the child, his full personal and individual development at all stages of childhood, as well as to implement an individual approach in the upbringing and development of preschool children, Marina Vladimirovna provides psychological and pedagogical support for the child’s development. When planning individual work, selects adequate forms and methods of work (taking into account the child’s capabilities).

In his work, the teacher is guided by the following principles:

Humanization – involves faith in the child’s capabilities;

Systematic approach – based on understanding a person as an integral personality;

An integrated approach to accompanying a child;

Taking into account the individual and age characteristics of the child, suggesting content, forms, methods of support that correspond to the individual capabilities of the child and the pace of his development;

Continuity of accompanying the child in the educational process, namely continuity and consistency of support.

Marina Vladimirovna forms in children an optimistic mindset and attitude: a positive attitude towards upcoming activities; Confidence in one’s abilities, abilities and skills, concentrates children’s attention on the pleasant, kind, joyful things that surround them, contributes to the formation of a positive attitude and an optimistic emotional outlook.

The teacher has created an emotionally favorable microclimate in the group for children.

5.5 . Implementation of requirements for a developing subject-spatial environment.

In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for preschool education, the subject environment must ensure the implementation of the basic general education program in the joint activities of adults and children and in the independent activities of children.

In a mixed-age group, conditions have been created that take into account the needs of children in movement, communication, and cognition, corresponding to the age characteristics of children. The subject-development environment is organized in such a way that it allows children to make independent choices: with whom, how, where, what to play. Every child has the opportunity to do what they love. The main place in the educational process is given to the main types of activities of preschool children: play, productive, cognitive-research, reading fiction, which are then implemented by children in free activity, individually or together with peers.

All types of children's activities are supported by the subject environment.

The group created:

A corner of plot-role-playing games, where children creatively recreate the aspects of the action that interested them, the relationships of people. Events in the games are reflected in various everyday scenes (shop, family, etc.); labor subjects (sailors, builders, doctor, post office);

Intellectual development corner, which includes a book corner and all games, equipment for speech development and preparing children for school;

A corner of nature where they can grow plants, care for them, and conduct experiments;

A corner for construction and constructive games, where children consolidate teamwork skills, learn to distribute responsibilities, and plan the process of making a building;

The corner of visual arts is one of the most favorite among children, it promotes the development of creativity and imagination, and consolidates the skills acquired in the classroom;

A sports corner where children learn to independently organize, invent their own games, and combine movements, which contributes to the development of interest in physical education and sports.

All parts of space, depending on specific tasks, have the ability to change in volume - to shrink and expand, so preschool children tend to “charge” with the current interests of their peers and join them.

Thus, we can conclude that the organization of a subject-development environment has been given an important place by the educator in the upbringing of children and the necessary conditions have been created for the full realization of children’s needs for active knowledge of the world around them, the opportunity to explore and experiment, and master information obtained in direct educational activities.

5.6. The use of electronic educational resources in the educational process.

New information technologies, which are an important factor in enriching the intellectual and emotional development of a child, a catalyst for the development of his creative abilities, are used in working with a teacher along with traditional means of developing and educating children through play, construction, art and other types of activities. Information and communication technologies (ICT) are used by Marina Vladimirovna to increase the efficiency of the educational process in:

Selection of illustrative material for classes for the design of stands, groups (scanning, Internet resources; printer, presentation);

Selection of additional educational material for educational activities, familiarization with scenarios for holidays and other events;

When preparing group documentation and reports. The computer allows you not to write reports and analyzes every time, but just type the diagram once and then make only the necessary changes;

The use of digital photographic equipment and photo editing programs that make it as easy to manage pictures as taking photographs, to easily find the ones you need, edit and display them;

The use of the Internet in pedagogical activities, for the purpose of informational and scientific-pedagogical support of the educational process in a preschool institution, as a search for additional information for educational activities, broadening the horizons of children.

5.7. Professional growth of a teacher.

“By teaching others, we learn ourselves” - Seneca. According to this statement, Marina Vladimirovna continues to improve her pedagogical competence throughout the entire period of her pedagogical activity at a preschool educational institution on the basis of professional, moral, general cultural, creative reflexive potential for self-improvement. Marina Vladimirovna understands the professional growth of a teacher as a continuous process of revealing one’s professional potential, which influences teaching activities as a whole. The teacher is interested in self-improvement, since in order to educate a person, you need to be a person yourself. To do this, the teacher:

Takes part in the activities of online communities;

Systematically independently works with scientific and methodological publications, developments, recommendations;

Constantly improves knowledge in the field of modern and classical pedagogy and psychology;

Takes part in conferences at various levels;

Periodic self-analysis of professional activities;

Attending classes of colleagues with subsequent exchange of experience;

Masters pedagogical technologies, builds his own methodological systems (selection of content, methods, means, forms of education);

He is taking advanced training courses.

5.7.1 . Continuity of professional development:

– Self-education.

The theme of Marina Vladimirovna’s self-education is moral and patriotic education. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that, along with updating the content of educational programs for preschool education, a vacuum has formed in the “Moral Education” section. In turn, the concept of preschool education speaks of the need to introduce children to enduring universal human values. Our children, unfortunately, know little about their hometown, country, the peculiarities of folk traditions, are often indifferent to their relatives, including their group mates, and rarely sympathize with the grief of others. Working with parents on the issue of moral and patriotic education in the family is clearly insufficient.

In this regard, it is necessary to sow the sprouts of morality in children's souls: kindness, mercy, compassion, love and respect for loved ones.

Goal: To induce in a child a love for his native land, to lay down the most important features of the Russian national character: decency, conscientiousness, the ability to compassion; introduce universal human moral values.

Objectives: To foster in a child love and affection for his family, home, kindergarten, street, city;

Formation of a caring attitude towards nature and all living things;

Fostering respect for work;

Development of interest in Russian traditions and crafts.

An analytical report for certification is an official document that indicates conclusions about the professional activities of an employee. In the analytical report, the employee should indicate all his achievements at work during the inter-certification period.

An analytical report is necessary for certification and assignment of a certain qualification to a teacher. Mandatory certification for teachers is carried out every 5 years. However, on personal initiative, a teacher can submit an application to be assigned a category earlier than this deadline.

Only pregnant teachers and employees who are on maternity leave are exempt from mandatory certification.

The appointment of certification must be carried out no later than 60 days from the date of submission of the application by the management or the teacher himself. In addition, the validity period of the previously obtained qualification category is also taken into account.

The certification procedure is not specified in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. However, Article 195 of the Labor Code defines the concept of qualification: the degree of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience of a certain employee.

The report is compiled personally by the teacher, who is certified. At the same time, the results must be assessed in accordance with the tasks set during the inter-certification period. The volume of self-analysis cannot exceed 12 pages.

Note! The purpose of submitting this document is to study the activities of a teaching worker in order to assign him a higher qualification (first or higher).
