Introduction

Any delay along the route or a sudden failure of any vehicle system at the scene of a fire can lead to significant losses, and in some cases, loss of life. Therefore, the requirements for combat readiness and operational mobility of modern air defense systems are constantly increasing.

When receiving an operational task, the PA is used in an intensive mode: movement occurs with maximum use of the power of an unheated engine and an unheated transmission, combat work in a fire is accompanied by an intensive selection of stationary power under the influence of powerful heat flows. As a result, the technical condition of the car deteriorates and its operating efficiency decreases. To ensure the proper level of performance of the PA and the full realization of its potential properties, an effective maintenance system is necessary. Such a system allows you to identify hidden defects in advance, determine the list of necessary preventive measures and the scope of repairs. The initial data obtained in this way allows not only to diagnose the condition of the car at the time of control, but also to predict it for the future.

The annual labor intensity of major repairs (Pcr) is determined for each brand of PA chassis using the formula:

P cr = N crt cr

where Nkp is the number of major repairs by type and brand of PA; tcr - adjusted labor intensity of the main PA, man-hours.

The annual labor intensity of average repairs (Per) is calculated for each chassis brand using the formula:

Psr=NCPtCP, (2.10)

where Nav is the number of average repairs by types and brands of PA; tcp - adjusted labor intensity of average repair of PA, man-hour.

The annual labor intensity of current repairs (PTR) is determined by the formula:

Ptr=((Lav* Npa)/1000)tcr

where Npa is the list number of fire trucks (by type and brand of chassis); Lav - average total annual mileage of a fire truck, km; t TP - adjusted labor intensity per 1000 km, man-hour.

The annual labor intensity of TO-2 (PTO-2) is determined by the formula:

Pto-2=Nto-2tto-2

where Nto-2 is the number of technical maintenance TO-2 cars of a given brand; tto-2 - adjusted labor intensity of technical maintenance TO-2, man-hours. .

The annual labor intensity of repair of PA units for the working capital (P!agr) is determined by the formula: (2.13)

Piagr=Niagr*tiagr

where Niarp is the number of repairs of i units (given in Table 1.3); t i arp - adjusted labor intensity of repair of main units.

Since the annual plan-task in accordance with provides for a time reserve of 20% of the total annual

labor intensity, then the estimated total annual labor intensity (P) is determined by the formula:

П=1,2∑ Пi+ Psam (2.14)

Where ∑ Pi is the total labor intensity of work on TO-2. SR, KR and TR and KR units.

The volume of self-service work (Psam) is accepted as 10... 15% of the total labor intensity of TO-2 and repairs. A smaller value is accepted for a larger number of PAs.

Write the results of all calculations in the table. 2.3. The settlement and explanatory note records calculations only for one brand of main, special and auxiliary PAs. For other brands of PA, do not write down the calculations, but indicate the results in the table. 2.3,

Operating mode of the TS software, time funds and the number of production workers.

In the technical service center and fire brigades of the technical service, the work schedule is planned for a working week in one shift. The annual working time fund is determined by the formula:

F D = ((365-(A+B+C))*D-E*K)*W

where: F d - working time fund in hours;

365 - the number of calendar days in a year;

A = 100 number of days off in a year;

B =17 number of holidays in a year;

C =24 duration of vacation (on average) per year, in working days; D = 8.2 length of the working day in hours;

E =6 duration of pre-holiday days in a year;

K - reduction in the duration of the working day on pre-holiday days (taken equal to 1 hour);

3 - coefficient taking into account the worker’s absence due to illness and other reasons provided for by labor legislation (taken equal to 0.96).

F D = ((365-(A+B+C))*D-E*K)*W = ((365-(100+17+24))*8,2-6*1)*0,96 = 1757,56

The number of production workers is determined by the formula:

P – total annual labor intensity of work, man-hours.

=153

work places

The number of auxiliary workers is assumed to be 10...15% of the number of main production workers. m in = 18 auxiliary workstations.

Calculation of the number of posts. Definition of areasproduction zones and sites.

The composition of production zones and departments (sections) is taken based on the technological processes of maintenance and repair of PA and software, taking into account standard designs of PTC, software (H)TS.

The production building of the technical and technological center, software (Ch)TS must include TO-2 posts and posts of all types of repairs.

During the technological design of maintenance and repair posts, the following issues are resolved:

The purpose of posts and the nature of the work performed at them;

Working hours - number of working days per year;

Program and labor intensity of maintenance and repair work;

Turnout (technologically necessary) number of workers;

Number of posts;

Selection of main and auxiliary equipment;

Calculation of the total area of maintenance and repair sections;

Location of the maintenance and repair zones in the production building of the PTC, PO(H)TS.

The purpose of posts depends on the method of organizing maintenance and repair (specialized or universal posts, dead-end posts or production lines).

The initial value for calculating the number of universal TO-2 posts is the post clock cycle τ TO-2 or the time (in hours) the vehicle is idle under maintenance at this post:

Where:
- adjusted weighted average labor intensity of TO-2, h

- number of workers simultaneously working at the post (2...5);

t n is the time for installing the PA at the post and leaving the post, h(0.16 h).

Since the labor intensity of TO-2 is different for different fire trucks, when calculating the number of TO-2 posts it is necessary to take into account the weighted average labor intensity:

= 86.59 person-hour.

= 17.48 hours

The number of services per day is determined by the formula:

N=Nto-2/Dr=2.94

where: N TO -2 - number of TO-2 PAs per year;

D R - number of working days in a year

The duration of operation of the TO-2 zone T cm is assumed to be equal to one shift, i.e. 8 o'clock. Knowing the operating mode of the TO-2 zone and the daily production program for TO-2, the rhythm of production is determined:

R=Tcm/Nс=2.73

Number of universal maintenance stations TO-2

determined by the formula:

Xto-2=tto-2/Rŋ P = 7.54

where: η n = 0.85...0.95 - coefficient of use of working time of the post.

Number of posts for all types of repairs is calculated based on the annual labor intensity of work at posts, including disassembly and assembly, inspection, adjustment and fastening work.

The number of repair posts is calculated by the formula:

where: P i – annual labor intensity of capital, medium and current repairs, man-hours, respectively;

K p - coefficient taking into account the share of the volume of work performed at repair stations (K p = 0.5...0.6);

φ - coefficient taking into account the uneven arrival of fire trucks at the repair station (φ = 1.2.,.1.5);

DR - number of working days per year;

C - number of shifts (C = 1);

T cm - duration of shift, hours (T cm = 8 hours);

R p - number of workers at one post, people. (2...4 people);

η n - coefficient of use of working time of the post (η n =0.8..,0.9).

The area of maintenance and repair areas for fire trucks (F TO.R) is calculated using the formula:

F TO.R = f a X n K o

where: f a - area occupied by a fire truck in plan (according to overall dimensions), m 2 (we assume 2.5x7 in plan);

X k - number of posts;

K o - coefficient taking into account free zones and passages (K o = 4..5).

The final area of the zones is determined based on the results of the general layout of industrial buildings.

The area of production sites is calculated based on the area occupied by the equipment in the plan and the equipment density coefficient:

F y = f about K p

where: F y - area of the site, m 2;

K p - equipment placement density coefficient, (K p = 2.5...5); f ob - area occupied by equipment in the calculated area

General layout of production zones of PTC, PO(Ch)TS and technological layout of areas.

The dimensions of the production building are selected based on its area, configuration and size for construction, the applied unified dimensional diagrams of buildings. The most widespread are rectangular buildings, the length of which is determined by the formula:

Lз= Fз/B=1798.9/36=49.96m

where: F 3 - area of the production building, m 2;

B is the width of the building, m.

F 3 = L Z B =36*56=2016 m 2

The height of the production building is determined by the nature of the work performed, the dimensions of fire trucks and the accepted type of lifting devices.

The general layout of the production building is made based on the calculation of the areas of the sites and production zones.

The geometric dimensions of the maintenance and repair zones are determined by the overall dimensions of fire trucks, standardized distances between vehicles at posts, as well as between vehicles and building elements or equipment, the width of passage in the zones and the method of placing vehicles.

Standardized distances in the maintenance and repair zones are established by SNiP II-93-74

Maintenance and repair zone posts are equipped with inspection ditches and lifts of various types and purposes. When distributing maintenance posts, it should be taken into account that universal posts and posts for engine repairs should be located on inspection ditches,

stations for repairing transmission units, brakes, steering, axles and suspensions on lifts.

Dead-end and direct-flow posts are equipped with ditches. The design of ditches depends on the design of the vehicle, technological equipment and the purpose of the posts. The length of the ditch must be no less than the length of the car. The depth of the ditch, taking into account the ground clearance of the vehicle, should be 1.2-1.3 m. The width of narrow ditches is no more than 0.9 m with reinforced concrete flanges and 1.1 m with metal flanges (Appendix 8). Narrow ditches, despite the simplicity of their design, have versatility, i.e. Suitable for all brands of fire trucks. Ditches must have an entrance with step ladders located outside the working area of the ditch.

Narrow parallel ditches are connected by an open trench or tunnel. The width of the trench (tunnel) can be 1...2 m. Low-voltage (up to 12 V) lamps are installed in the niches of the ditch walls. The ditches must be ventilated and heated by an influx of warm air. To remove exhaust gases, ditches must have special exhaust devices. Depending on the purpose, the ditches are equipped with lifting devices (ditch lifts), mobile funnels for draining used oil and devices for filling with oil, lubricants, water and air.

The areas on the plan of the production building are placed so that the units being repaired and bulky parts can be mixed along the shortest path.

Premises technologically connected to TO-2 are located near TO-2 posts. Premises for performing aggregate plumbing, mechanical, welding, bodywork and painting work, as well as warehouses for spare parts, assemblies and materials, are close to the repair stations.

It is advisable to place the test area next to the engine repair * tool and distribution storeroom - with the plumbing and mechanical area. Areas that require large amounts of water are best concentrated in one place.

In accordance with fire safety requirements, flammable areas (welding, forging, etc.) are recommended to be located in groups near external walls and isolated from other rooms with fire-resistant walls.

Areas with flammable industries (wallpaper, painting) should not be located near flammable areas.

When drawing the layout plan of a production building, using conventional symbols, the overall dimensions of buildings, span width and column spacing, walls, partitions are shown.

boundaries between sections, lifting vehicles, etc. All elements of the building are shown in accordance with the accepted symbols shown in the table in Appendix 10.

The production buildings of the Production and Technical Center are usually designed as two-span buildings with a dead-end arrangement of posts. The main production areas are located on one side of the building in a six-meter span. The layout option is given in the figure in Appendix 5,

When laying out it is difficult to ensure that the calculated areas coincide with the accepted ones, therefore their discrepancy is allowed within ±15%.

Technological planning of site equipment is carried out on the basis of a layout plan. This layout should show the construction elements of the building that influence the placement of equipment, the location of workers, places for supplying electricity, water, compressed air, etc. The quantity of main equipment is established according to the schedule in accordance with Appendix 4. An approximate list of equipment for the main sections of the production building of the PTC, PO(H)TS is indicated in Appendix 1 i.

To carry out planning, each type of equipment has a symbol, the shape of which corresponds to its contours on the plan, and the dimensions correspond to the dimensions on the appropriate scale. The outlines of the equipment are depicted in a simplified manner. Equipment dimensions are given in Appendix Table 12.

Near the equipment, the location of the worker is shown in the form of a circle with a diameter of 500 mm (on an appropriate scale). Half the circle is shaded. The light half of the circle represents the worker's face and should be facing the equipment.

The numbering of all types of equipment on the site is continuous, usually left, right and top to bottom. The equipment number is indicated inside the outline in Arabic numerals or outside it at the end of the extension line. An example of the technological layout of the testing and fuel repair areas with the placement of process equipment is given in Appendix 13.

On the drawing sheet, students are shown in detail the inspection ditches of the zones of all types of repairs and maintenance-2, as well as the technological layout (arrangement of equipment) for the areas provided for by the task, the option of which is selected by the last digit of the grade book number:

0- painting, aggregate-mechanical;

1-maintenance of fuel equipment, body work, testing of engines and components;

2- wallpaper and carpentry, battery maintenance, tire fitting;

3-testing of engines and units, electrical, wallpaper and carpentry;

4- aggregate-mechanical, body work;

bodywork, electrical, painting, wallpaper and carpentry;

tire fitting, electrical, battery maintenance;

aggregate-mechanical, maintenance of fuel equipment;

body work, battery maintenance, painting;

9-battery maintenance, testing engines and units, painting.

The equipment specification is drawn up in the form of a table and placed on a drawing sheet or in an explanatory note for the project.

Lifting and transport equipment is numbered after technological equipment. Overhead cranes, beam cranes with an electric hoist, monorails with an electric hoist or electric hoist, jib cranes (cantilever cranes) with an electric hoist, and trolleys for moving loads along rails or on the floor are used as lifting and transport vehicles.

When justifying lifting and transport equipment, the nature of the work performed, the service area, the possibility of placing lifting and transport equipment on the site, the intensity of cargo flow, the dimensions of transported objects, etc. are taken into account. The lifting capacity of a lifting vehicle is determined by the maximum weight (Appendix 14) of objects being lifted and transported at sites or workplaces. Number of overhead cranes or beam cranes for

servicing disassembly and assembly sections is accepted - 1 crane per 30...40 meters of the length of the section, and for plumbing and mechanical - 1 crane per 40...80 m.

The selected lifting and transport equipment must be shown in conventional graphic images on a certain scale on the technological layout of the production building
