The book provides a technique for connecting with the subconscious and password words for all occasions. You can use special words in the simplest and most complex situations, every day and everywhere, and get the result you expect.

What would you give for one word that would conquer your pain? Or which will help you immediately find your lost item? Or which contains a magic formula that allows you to immediately win a lot of money and become rich overnight?

It will be a pleasant surprise for you that there really are words that you just need to say to make them “work” for you and quickly achieve the expected results.

The energy of password words is a kind of “ordinary miracle” that allows you to turn ordinary human life into “heaven on Earth.” The modern world is well acquainted with the effect of mantras or affirmations on our subconscious, but there is a much simpler method of internal transformation - the use of switch words according to the method of J.T. Mangan.

A single word will help not only find a lost item or new friends, but also restore health or even keep you from taking a fatal step. Eternal youth, which accompanies an easy life, will no longer be an unattainable ideal. You will receive everything that you have been striving for for many years - success, luck, happiness.

Don't believe me? Try it yourself, and the great joy of an easy life will become your everyday life.

...On Sunday evening, March 10, 1951, a “word” descended on me, like inspiration. I pressed him to my chest and kissed him, a signal, a password, a pass to the Kingdom of Heaven. The Word, like a living being, told me with confidence: "I am the essence of the way you can achieve happiness on earth" .

The Perfect Formula for Using Life

The magic word that fell on me from the sky revealed to me the formula for using life and illuminated the most important goal in the life of every person.

The word was ordinary, surprisingly obvious: "Together", I began to repeat it casually - calmly, without any subtext. Without expression and without other words. "Together" . Nothing more, just “Together”. Pause. And again: “Together”.

Every time I repeated this word, I felt extraordinary emotions, I sighed deeply and contentedly. Sighed like never before. Sighing is a natural bodily action. Something makes you sigh. You don't feel it coming. When you realize this, you already sigh.

Every deep and natural breath is pleasant. It allows you to relax. This means that some kind of internal ailment weakens and disappears.

Every time I repeated "together", there was a sigh. I felt that my inner tension - both past and present - was disappearing. I constantly repeated this magic word, sighed and felt better every moment...“

Preface

The system, which I called “easy living,” was the result of 45 years of research, the fruit of many years of work with people who have experienced various difficulties in life. What is its essence?

An easy life is achievable if you focus completely on yourself with the goal of acquiring personal happiness. This is possible if you manage to establish a connection between your consciousness and subconscious. Much has already been written about this connection, even more has been said, but too little has been done to make it truly possible. In my research into consciousness, my primary focus has been on finding a practical method for reuniting these two parts of our personality. As a result, the technique was discovered, which I present to your attention.

The Easy Living System is based on four specific principles and works when the appropriate words and phrases are used. These words are a kind of keys that unlock the doors of the subconscious. As a result, the consciousness begins to catch and understand the signals given by the subconscious. Supporting the subconscious not only allows us to harmonize our inner life, creating mental comfort, but also leads to the instant fulfillment of our desires.

For example, many of us often suffer from headaches. An aspirin tablet relieves it for a while, but is not able to defeat it once and for all. The fact is that a simple pill cannot eliminate the cause of pain. And how we would like to find a remedy that, as if by magic, frees us from an illness... Don’t we dream of a state in which it is enough to say just one word for the pain to disappear? But this word does exist, and this book tells you how to use it.

Let's take another example. Let's say you've lost your favorite thing, and the more you look for it, the more clearly you feel that you'll never find it. But - lo and behold! You can allow yourself to relax and use a certain word to let your inner self lead you to the lost item.

These are just two simple examples of what the Easy Living System can do for you. In fact, its possibilities are much wider - you are able to achieve everything you want. So, you can easily:

Get rid of all your fears

Overcome the blues and despair,

Get to know yourself

Better understand people

Set goals and achieve them,

Earn money and achieve success,

Free yourself from bad habits

Cope with all ailments, gain health,

Discover previously unknown abilities in yourself,

Finally, become a happy person who does not succumb to any blows of fate.

This list does not exhaust all the achievements of the easy life system. There are many more of them and they are all described in this book. Why not bring this phenomenon to life? Why not make the Easy Living System your daily practice?

New teaching: “Press the button”

Have there ever been days in your life when everything went wrong? For sure! At such moments, it feels as if your soul is being broken into two halves. One half fights with the other, doing everything to nullify the efforts of its rival...

Here is the story of a shoe salesman who experienced something similar.

Shoe salesman quoting Goethe

The seller is full of enthusiasm. The first shoe is already on, it's time for the second. Now the buyer will see for himself how convenient they are. So, the second one... But where the hell did the shoehorn go?!

Anxiety turns to panic. The seller frantically looks around - a second ago he was holding it in his hand... The client looks at him indifferently and calmly asks: “Are you kidding yourself?” The seller turns around, sees a shoehorn and bursts out laughing: “Really! Damn it, this is really true... But the great Goethe said it better: “Two souls live in my chest, one would be glad to kill the other.”

One of the souls - cunning like a fox and dexterous like a card sharper - hid a spoon under his very nose. Yes, we often create truly hellish stories for ourselves.

However, sometimes it happens that everything goes like clockwork. We act quickly and deftly. We take advantage of every opportunity that comes our way. And nothing seems to be able to stop us. It may seem that the internal struggle is already over. We feel so much power within ourselves. We are incredibly strong!

Fighting the curtains

Your hand reaches for the curtain. You just need to close it. A habitual gesture, but for some reason you are pulling the wrong cord... You do this every day, but today you just can’t perform a simple action - close the curtains. Maybe you need to train more often?.. Or it’s better to concentrate... An inner voice insistently sounds in your head: “Hey, you redneck! It's me who makes you make mistakes. And I’m doing this to show you that you are not at all as smart and resourceful as you think!” And then doubt creeps into your soul: this eternal mocker, the worst part of your soul, has a better memory and mind than the other - the conscious part...

Lost is nearby

Every day you spend a lot of time looking for things that you accidentally lost or simply put in the wrong place. You can't find what's right under your nose. So old Bill, the talker and favorite of the whole house where I live, suddenly lost the desire to chat with his friends. And for what reason? Suddenly he forgot the names of all his old friends.

Catastrophe! No wonder Bill was upset and sad. But he still has hope. Each of us - young or old - has moments in life when, instead of the names of old friends, black holes form in our heads. You try your best to follow the trail of this name, but it quickly sinks into oblivion. You seem to know it, but you are not able to pronounce it...

The shoe salesman knew very well the place where he put the spoon, but he could not realize it. A housewife looking for scissors, a husband who has lost his glasses, know where they are. But something in themselves, some part of their own “I” paralyzes their consciousness.

Our desires and fears lead us into traps that threaten our peace of mind. If I had to describe human life in one phrase, it would be: “The eternal war of two souls in one human body.”

New teaching, or Conversation with a taxi driver

One day I was taking a taxi from New York's Idlewild Airport to downtown. Since local taxi drivers are unusually know-it-all and cynical, I decided to talk to my driver about the new principles of easy living. And I told him about the shoe salesman.

Both souls described by Goethe should unite, but do not want to. The stronger one, often called the subconscious mind (in fact, it is greater than the subconscious mind), controls the vast majority of our life experience. But the weakest one, the one we call consciousness, is like a simple official who constantly gives orders to the subconscious, the true director of the enterprise. That's why they are rarely unanimous. If it were otherwise, our life on earth would turn into paradise.

I told the taxi driver the theory of “contactors”—one-syllable passwords that can set powerful mechanisms in motion if only we truly believe in them. The factory of personal experience - everything I do, feel, think and dream about - is something like a huge system of automata that, at our first request, can fulfill any desire or overcome fear. The favorite and shortest password of Tom Watson, the father of IBM computers, was the word “think.” Different desires and fears require different passwords, which can activate a person's defense mechanisms.

The driver, naturally, demanded specific examples. I easily gave him a dozen cases from my life.

Lost Key

One such episode occurred last week in Chicago. A young clerk, a supporter of the philosophy of an easy life, went to the hairdresser early in the morning. Approaching his car, he suddenly clearly heard the sound of a falling key. It was the garage key that fell out of the unbuttoned wallet on his belt. He has gone! Fussy crawling on the concrete floor did not bring any results.

Our hero took the car out of the garage and continued the search. He even checked the cuffs of his trousers, but there was nothing there either. However, he heard the sound of a key falling to the floor! “We need to go to the hairdresser,” he thought. - I'll look for it when I get back. It must be in the garage somewhere."

At the hairdresser's, the young man again remembered the mysterious disappearance. The disappearance of the key was completely inappropriate. “Maybe I should use the easy life method,” he suddenly thought. - Say: "gain"– and see what comes of it?” He said the password and immediately heard the sound of an object falling to the ground. I looked at the concrete and saw... my key, which I had lost in the garage a few minutes ago.

“Well, no, that’s impossible!” – my driver exclaimed. “Why not,” I answered him. – After all, while checking the trousers, the young man carefully felt only the right trouser leg, and the left one only in passing. This is the only logical explanation. The moment he said the password, he subconsciously twitched his left leg slightly. As a result, the key, which was in the lapel of the trousers, simply fell out.”

Cure for tumor

But here's another story. One forty-year-old man suddenly developed small tumors on his eyelid. Unlike barley, they grew slowly but continuously. Soon he could no longer open and close his eyes normally. The sufferer turned to the ophthalmologist. He announced that he could not operate on the tumor until two months had passed since its appearance.

Help came unexpectedly from one of my friends. The latter heard about the philosophy of an easy life and advised the patient to say a special password. It was enough to say the word "change", and then automatically do what instinct tells you.

Having named the password word, the patient, like a sleepwalker, went down to the basement. He took a tennis racket and a ball and started hitting it against the wall. This game, which required great concentration from him, gave him such great satisfaction from his own dexterity that he devoted three whole days to it. Soon the tumor disappeared without a trace.

Recovered kilograms

Seventy-year-old Jim B. lost more than ten kilograms in a short time. His weight decreased from 81 to 58 kilograms. Jim would probably have continued to melt before his eyes if it hadn't been for one of his friends who said the word "change". And although our hero did not say the password directly, but simply changed the doctor, a miracle happened. The new treatment helped him regain his previous weight. He is now in much better shape than ever before.

As a plumber

One young journalist lived in a respectable quarter, which was famous for its prices for any services. One day he discovered that a pipe was leaking in the toilet. An attempt to fix the problem with my own hands did not yield any results. But the journalist did not give up. Time after time he looked into the tank and studied the complex system of pipes, trying to penetrate the mystery of the leak. He was not ready to part with the 50 francs that the plumber's visit cost. The problem seemed too small to him for such an expense.

In the end, he consulted a friend who had golden hands. He told him: “I’m sure you’re as good a plumber as I am. Just say the password "it turns out", and the problem will resolve itself. Say that, think about how badly you want to fix the pipe, and instinct will tell you what to do.”

The journalist was ready to do anything to avoid spending money on a plumber. He said the password, unconsciously took a screwdriver, went to the toilet and tightened one screw with a few movements. The leak was eliminated.

An extra hundred thousand

Our skeptic decided that, by and large, he had nothing to lose. And I decided to try this method. Imagine his amazement when the next year he earned 100 thousand francs more than usual. One word spoken with faith in his power did the impossible.

You can achieve almost anything

The taxi driver was definitely intrigued. He even interrupted my story to ask a few questions. In principle, they all related to one thing: how could this be? How does it work?

I replied that each of us is capable of almost anything. We can do any thing, because we have done it many times in our fantasies, dreams, or subconsciously watching others do it. Of course, most often we perceive this automatically. Information comes to us from all sides and in such quantity that it would seem that we cannot catch it. But the assimilation of experience still occurs. This mechanism works the same way advertising in movies works: after watching, you go out and buy the popcorn and juice that was just shown on the screen. This may not be easy to explain. But how, on the other hand, can we explain why, for example, a person clenches his fingers? Or how does it digest food? What makes us suddenly start laughing spontaneously and joyfully?

You can fake a smile, but real laughter should be natural. It cannot be caused artificially. Do you want to try to yawn not at will, but on purpose? Here is an example of different ways to yawn. Touch the tip of your tongue to the inside of your upper teeth and try to yawn. Maybe you will succeed, but only after some time, and the “yawn” itself will be unnatural. Now try to yawn while touching your lower teeth with your tongue. In a minute or two you will do it automatically and naturally. The driver tried and confirmed my words.

Then he asked with a laugh: “How can I use this system? How can you remember all these passwords? I was about to answer that I was writing a book about this when we stopped at a traffic light. Another taxi pulled up nearby. The driver shouted to my driver, “Hey, Mac, what are you arguing about?” "About the system of easy life." - “Listen, Mac, do you mind if I park the car and move in with you?” “Not this,” my driver shouted and rushed towards the green light.

He probably felt that a good thing shouldn’t be shared with everyone he met. I didn't react to this. After all, this system is open to everyone and as accessible as air. Humanity can share its experience without restrictions. I think that the second driver has already complimented me more than once. And, like you, the reader, he is now studying his copy of my book.

What do we live for?

Is there a universal recipe for an easy life?

Since the dawn of human life, about eighty billion people have lived on the planet. How many of them lived it happily? Some called it grace, others called it a curse. And if you can find joy in it, then how to do it? The world is full of poverty and squalor... How to get rid of them or at least somehow reduce them.

Each of us at some point asks the question: “What do I want most?” For centuries, scientists and sages have sought to discover the secret of an easy life. Aristotle believed that “it is better to philosophize than to earn a living.” And Herodotus answered: “Do not go far and for a long time from your food supplies.”

The Seven Sages of Ancient Greece believed that a person could achieve peace of mind by following such principles.

"Know yourself".

"Avoid excess."

“Define your capabilities.”

“The most important thing is self-confidence.”

“The greatest happiness is the opportunity to do good.”

This list can be supplemented with other “golden” phrases uttered by the greatest thinkers of mankind.

“Keep a sound mind” (Socrates).

“Imitate the greatness of the gods” (Plato).

“Be patient and forbear” (Epictetus).

“Value your ideals” (Augustine Aurelius).

“All true things give something” (Thomas Aquinas).

“Live in harmony with nature” (F. Bacon).

“There is only one substance - that which exists in itself and is represented through itself” (Spinoza).

“I think, therefore I exist” (R. Descartes).

“Pity is one of the foundations of morality” (A. Smith).

“The basis of everything is harmony” (G. Leibniz).

“Universal universal laws of being” (I. Kant).

“Action is endless” (Hegel).

“We must be unhappy” (A. Schopenhauer).

“Seek the source of self-confidence” (J. St. Mill).

“Moral intuition” (G. Spencer).

“The fittest survives” (C. Darwin).

“The Art of Thinking” (B. Russell).

“The laws of life are above the laws of logic” (J. Santayana).

“Evaluate the true by the result” (W. James).

“A good person is one who, no matter how morally low he may be, changes for the better (J. Dewey).

“Education can make a person happy” (R. Hutchins).

Each of these sayings contains a grain of wisdom. But even all of them together, alas, do not provide a single, universal recipe for a happy life.

Your answer to the main question

If we asked the same question to eighty billion of our ancestors - about what they strived for in their lives - we would not get 80 billion answers. There would be a maximum of twelve of them. Twelve - for eighty billion possibilities! Among these dozen you will probably find your answer.

1. Finding God.

Recognizing God as your ultimate goal gives a sense of unity and belonging to everything in the world. This has always been the case. God is the compass with which you compare all your actions. You define your own actions as good or bad by whether they help you get closer to your ultimate goal or push you further away from it.

2. Helping your neighbors.

Giving is more pleasant than taking. It is no coincidence that the Bible says: love your neighbor as yourself!

Love him as a brother, for we are all brothers. Jesus preached this, this is stated in the Gospel, millions of believers know this.

3. Gaining wisdom.

Wisdom as a goal bestows the great joy of personal peace—spiritual and mental balance. It is not associated with religious or philosophical systems, because it relates to the fundamentals of life. Wisdom makes people give up wars and quarrels, elevating themselves over others and obtaining satisfaction only for themselves. A person should view life as a spectator watches a film on the screen. From a certain distance.

4. Active life.

We are all locked in one house called life, whether we want it or not. We need to act, produce, create. Our goal is success, and the means to achieve it are our passion and energy.

5. Art.

To become someone great, someone special, you must have a true sense of beauty. A true artist imitates the Creator. In moments of inspiration he is like an angel. But life is not easy. Spiritual development does not always go hand in hand with financial well-being. And we agree to this, saying: “Art is not for the plebs, but for the elite.”

6. Desire for safety.

There are people for whom safety is most important. Life is under threat - save it!

Don't think about how you live - just live as long as possible. Try to save some money so that you don't have to depend on others in your old age. After all, fear is our most terrible enemy, everyone without exception agrees with this.

7. The pursuit of happiness.

Everyone says: “I would like to be happy.” However, he does nothing or does too little to realize this dream. Happiness turns into some kind of abstract value. The short periods of happiness that we sometimes experience convince us of how desirable it is. Everyone dreams of finding their own recipe for a happy life.

8. Money.

For some, happiness is having money. The sage says: “Money does not bring happiness,” but many people argue differently: “Give me a million dollars and let’s see how things really are.”

Money attracts with its simplicity. Tangible benefits, a comfortable life... With their help, all dreams can be easily realized. The more we have, the better life seems to us.

Money as a goal easily adapts to the reality in which we exist. Few of us earn more than enough. However, we all strive for this and fight for material well-being with rage and dedication.

9. Pleasures.

“Eat, drink and be happy, for tomorrow you may die.” Anyone who seeks pleasures and sensual pleasures in life claims that life is a sweet dish. It should not be taken seriously. And the best way to live it is to consume as many pleasant things as possible.

It seems that pleasure is the title page in a huge book of happiness. However, society limits our appetite: “Little traditional pleasures are all you are allowed.”

Thousands of people seek instant joy and light entertainment in sports and culture. Of course, they may not see the meaning of life in them, but they still try to devote as much time as possible to it.

10. Health.

Sick and old people claim that there is nothing more valuable than health. It seems that the specter of disease looms behind everyone's back. Paradoxically, pain can be an instrument of joy. For when it passes, we consider it the beginning of happiness.

Reasoning rationally, it cannot be said that health in itself is the goal of life. Anyone who puts health first will have to state: “My main goal is to be a healthy plant.”

11. Love.

Many poets and philosophers have argued that love is the most important thing in life. Love for a man or woman, parental love, love for the homeland, love for the world around us. However, we must admit that there is too little of it in this world. If we opened the taps of our hearts and allowed our love to flow freely...

The source of love that lies in our heart is inexhaustible. However, human cowardice does not allow true love. Unfortunately, over all types of love, selfish love takes over. True pure love has little chance of being born and growing. Sometimes, in a fit of love, we fight for such a life, but most often we abandon it, unable to withstand the tests.

12. Personal development.

“You can be better than you are”, “I think I’m getting a little better every day”... Few people have not fallen into this trap.

The voice of reason constantly repeats: “Correct yourself! Get better!” Regardless of your job, education, or ability, you should never rest on your laurels. We need to develop. Sometimes it happens that the efforts made give a person high positions and bring all sorts of honors. These are important goals, but they come with a huge risk of self-destruction.

This does not mean that development should be abandoned. On the contrary, as you develop your mind, you will first notice the sprouts and then the expanded tree of your personality.

Mixed answers

Each of the billions of people who lived on Earth for many centuries had their own biography. No two faces or minds were alike, and a complex interweaving of emotions and motivations created a unique picture of each person’s personality.

Despite this, the twelve core aspirations turn out to be a very representative group. Some of them are incompatible. Anyone who strives for God will not be able to understand someone who wants to receive only pleasure from life. A life based on meditative inaction is incompatible with an active life position. All this leaves us somewhat confused. As we struggle to win in life, we strive to achieve one or more goals. And at the same time we realize that what we are striving for is imperfect.

Finding heaven on earth

Happinnes exists

Everyone strives for happiness. No one knows exactly what it is, but everyone craves it...

Probably, each of us has ever experienced something that can be called heavenly bliss. For example, I just slept well. I ate a delicious breakfast, left the house and fell into the arms of the warm rays of the sun. The world is beautiful, life is wonderful! No problem is bothering me at the moment.

Or received good news. Suddenly, Fortune waved its wing - and you won money. Or maybe they did a difficult task and were approved by their superiors. And although you expected praise, still...

This wonderful feeling is the best proof that happiness can be achieved, because you have already experienced it. Everyone has experienced something similar, some more often than others. Be that as it may, sometimes this feeling knocks on our door - so sweet and wonderful. If we could preserve it forever, life would become a fairy tale.

Feeling of an easy life

Remember when and how it happened the last time. Pay close attention to your emotions when you experience something similar again. You will agree: the main thing in this experience is the feeling that you are at peace with others and yourself. In these moments, nothing bothers you: neither circumstances, nor people, nor you yourself.

The internal artillery ceased fire. You are no longer looking for mistakes in life - yours or someone else's. The war between your conscious and subconscious is over. A terrible war that poisoned your life... Two conflicting sides are no longer fighting in you - you are a unity and are in seventh heaven. This rare feeling that visits us from time to time is nothing more than the unity of the two halves of your personality. In these moments of euphoria, both of these parts go shoulder to shoulder, feel with one heart and give you a rare feeling of harmony.

Consciousness operates with concepts and words with which you express your desires and thoughts. The subconscious is limitless. It includes everything that you have ever – consciously or unconsciously – experienced. This experience is difficult to put into words. If you tried to do this, you would only explain a small part of it. The subconscious mind resembles a huge iceberg, the top of which is visible on the surface of the water, and all its power is hidden in the depths of the ocean.

The subconscious is an internal computer

The subconscious can be compared to a computer. It records its every action. Records information in every area of life: in the sphere of feelings, thoughts, events, imagination, dreams. We exaggerate the role of consciousness. Therefore, we remain ignorant of our inner world and do not want to find out its true appearance. Since the subconscious has no voice, it is drowned out by the consciousness, loudly extolling itself. Thus, the consciousness constantly fights with the subconscious, threatens it, belittles its importance, and sometimes even denies its existence.

Declaration of war

Consciousness has its own rules of the game. It relies on logic and common sense. Only what they consider worthy of implementation is subject to consideration. The subconscious mind stubbornly strives for something else. It takes into account its own experience and strength, and does not agree to hand over control to the “small” consciousness. The war begins. Consciousness is rarely satisfied. Only one in a hundred people treated for any kind of addiction succeeds in breaking free. The inner “I” tempts, interferes, turns everything inside out. As a result, a good deed ends in shameful defeat.

This happens because the decision to undergo treatment was made by consciousness and was based on logical premises. Necessary for your good, it did not find support from the subconscious, which felt offended because the consciousness did not take it into account. After all, it is the subconscious that is the largest part of our inner world, and it should have more voices. Even when it seems to you that you have already convinced him, after which you go on a diet again, it with devilish harmfulness turns temporary success into a fiasco, driving you to illness. And you blame everything on an innocent consciousness.

Focus on one goal

Instead of being distracted, trying to achieve several, sometimes opposing goals at once, you need to focus on achieving one. A positive result will affect not only you personally. It will affect your entire environment, it will affect all of humanity. And then nothing will be easier than starting to move towards the next goal.

This first task should be the most important for your two halves - the best and the worst. This is what makes a painter a real artist. Under his influence, the patient recovers, the coward becomes bolder, and the beggar turns into a rich man.

In terms of our method, it would sound like this: “We don’t need twelve different answers to life’s questions. One, the simplest, is enough.”

In other words: “To achieve the fullness of inner joy, to find the lost paradise on earth, unite your consciousness and subconscious into a single whole and maintain this unity throughout your life.”

How to see hidden signs?

The result of forty years of searching

Years passed. Each decade offered its own philosophical and psychological theories. I researched them meticulously. He delved into systems for transmitting thoughts at a distance, psychogenesis, and various areas of metaphysics. Fearlessly descended into the mystical depths of religion. He moved along the steep paths of surrealism and supra-real life. He carefully studied the development of spontaneous thought. And he shared his knowledge with different people, practicing psychotherapy.

In 1951 I had a special inner experience. Everything pointed to an important discovery. It was then, after a year of hard work, that I completed the study of the inner space of a person and its properties. Suddenly, everything I had been doing all these years came together into a coherent system. And the main thesis of my theory was formulated in my mind: “Every thing corresponds to a certain simple formula.”

On Sunday evening, March 10, 1951, inspiration came to me word. I pressed him to my chest and kissed him. It was a signal, a password, a pass to the Kingdom of Heaven. Like a living creature word told me with confidence: “I am the essence of the way to achieve happiness on earth.”

Perfect formula

The magic word, as if falling on me from the sky, gave me the formula for correct life and illuminated the most important goal of every person’s existence.

The word was simple and very familiar: "together". I started repeating it casually - calmly, without any special expectations. Without expression and without other clarifying words. "Together". Nothing more, just "together". Pause. And again: "together".

Each time I repeated this word, I felt extraordinary emotions being born within me. I sighed deeply and contentedly. Sighed like never before. Sighing is a natural bodily action. Something makes you sigh. You don't feel it coming. And when you realize this, you just sigh.

We really enjoy taking natural, deep breaths. They allow you to relax. This means that internal discomfort weakens and disappears.

Every time I said “together,” I took a deep breath. I felt that my inner tension - whether it came from the past or the present - was disappearing. I constantly repeated this magic word, breathed deeply and felt better every moment.

Happiest week

Then came the happiest week of my life. Of course, I still faced difficulties and disappointments. But now they did not affect the inner harmony that had arisen in me. After an exhausting six-month struggle with myself, experiments in fanning the flames of the smallest problems, I seemed to have switched to my own side.

I noticed only the positive sides of everything that happened. I saw only the good qualities of people I met, knew or thought about. I didn't want to criticize anyone at all. All fears disappeared. Everything gave me pleasure. Nothing got in the way anymore. To maintain this joy, it was enough to repeat the word “together” from time to time. I immediately breathed freely again, and a wonderful feeling of unity came over me.

Dream or reality?

I felt that this state was divine, but at the same time doubts crept into my soul: maybe this is abnormal? I asked myself the question: “Is this a dream or reality, or maybe a sign of madness?”

Then I decided to conduct an objective test: play several games of billiards with an experienced opponent. And here’s what’s surprising: playing under the auspices of the word “together,” I didn’t make a single wrong move.

I did not delve into this special state, although I felt an extraordinary aura around me. I just tried to live this game from the inside. It is not surprising that after my first victory I wanted to repeat this experience. A few days later I decided to take another test, in this case with a professional player. This time I achieved even more impressive results.

A week of maximum durability

All week I faced problems, but they did not deprive me of the joy of life. Rather, I thought of them as salt that made food taste better. I perceived it as a necessity, a kind of seasoning that emphasized the perfection of taste. Work became an organic need for me, like breathing - almost automatic in this wonderful atmosphere of unity.

Time stopped. I did not feel the passing of hours and minutes, I enjoyed everything that was happening in the infinity of time. Money was still present in my life, but, like problems, it receded into the background. Beautiful days came one after another. I suddenly realized that this was the desired paradise on earth. An amazing system of an easy life was revealed to me, to which every person has every right.

Visible separation

Towards the end of that week I noticed the first signs of returning problems. Password "together" no longer led to light sighs, so healing for my soul. The magic wand was losing its magical power.

I was deceived? Or did I make a mistake myself? Maybe I lost my key? So, my week-long paradise on earth was just another illusion in pursuit of the unattainable? An inner voice reassured me: “Don’t despair. Your joy lasted a whole week without interruption - this is a real record. An easy life is a reality. Realize this and don’t stop searching.”

The main thing remains

The following days showed me: as soon as you verbally formulate a certain goal that is relevant to you, it will not go anywhere - it will work by itself. It was from this thought that the password “together” was born. Now I found myself divided. If I could once again find inner unity, and permanent one at that, I would be the happiest person for the rest of my days.

The password “together” revealed another reliable fact to me. He showed that the most effective way to establish contact with the subconscious is saying one short word.

Password that triggers the mechanism of the subconscious

My experience suggested that the subconscious mind is ready to accept only one word, while stubbornly resisting the flow of words. A short word spoken without emphasizing its meaning cannot be perceived as self-hypnosis. And since it is neither an order nor an instruction to consciousness, it is perceived only at the subconscious level.

I started using the word "together" not to convey its value, but as a password that turns on the machine. I said it slowly and calmly, without thinking about what it meant. I placed such trust in it that it became a device designed to activate internal mechanics that led to a deep breath. A sigh that allowed me to cleanse myself.

Contact involving an easy life

When you turn on a lamp in a room, you do not look at the light bulb and say the magic word “light up.” You don’t open a physics textbook to explain to yourself and others how current from a wire penetrates an electrical device. Don't think about Edison, Steinmetz and Westinghouse. All you do is close the contact and trust that the light bulb will light up.

The goal is clear. You want the lamp to light up. Your faith is unshakable, for you know that turning on the contact will lead to the appearance of light. Your faith is so strong that if the contact does not happen, the light bulb will not flash, you will be surprised and think: something has gone wrong.

During that unforgettable week, I discovered a contact that included an easy life. I used it in the same way as a regular electric one. I longed for the joy it gave me and firmly believed in its effectiveness, although I did not yet know the whole system.

I did not think about what led to the miracle. It wasn't until the "together" password suddenly wore off that I decided to study WHY and HOW it worked.

Hidden Factory

Man, of course, is not some inanimate machine. But at the same time, it has built-in mechanisms, some compact factories that work without conscious control. The best example is an internal alarm clock that wakes you up at the right time. But there are many more such factories.

Subliminal Geiger Counter

Now you are faced with a problem, the solution of which requires memory, logical analysis - in a word, the skills of Sherlock Holmes. This can rarely be done within an hour, let alone in the shortest possible time. However, if you leave the matter to the subconscious, turning off your consciousness, something strange will happen. The mechanics of your subconscious, like a Geiger counter detecting the presence of uranium, will give you the answer. “It's so simple! - you exclaim. “Why didn’t I think about this before?”

You've probably heard about mathematical geniuses who can instantly multiply and divide huge numbers while doing something else. There really are such people. They do it faster than a machine and are just as accurate.

At night you have dreams. In a dream, images and concepts are mixed in a cascade of actions and thoughts, sometimes understandable, but more often unclear. In a few seconds you experience what in real life sometimes lasts for months.

Where do dreams come from? How do they arise? Nobody knows this. We only feel that these events associated with our life experiences are hidden at the lowest level of our self.

Man is like a modern, well-equipped factory

The process of digesting food in humans can be compared with the physiological processes occurring in plants. In English the word plant can mean "plant" or "plant". We can say that a well-organized factory repeats the process of photosynthesis in its own way.

The movements we constantly make are completely automatic. You yawn, and immediately the person sitting next to you does the same. Someone in the group starts to itch, and instantly everyone else follows suit.

Laughter Factory

Every laugh is recognizable: all its types are produced in the same factory. You can't even say that it's mechanical. However, you know that there is a machine inside you that produces it, which can turn on without the consent of your will or consciousness.

What about your nervous system? Isn't it a veritable factory with a complex communication network that transmits sounds, smells, tastes and sensations to the brain, not to mention an infinite number of feelings that cannot be described in words?

But we think of ourselves as people with free will. And thus we put ourselves above machines. Cultivating our human dignity, we absent-mindedly forget about the mechanisms of our own existence.

Our experience is truly enormous

Everything that could happen to you and that you can imagine, everything that you dreamed or was in the air - no matter whether it was a dream or reality - is part of your experience and will never leave you. You might say that experience is only what you can refer to, the abilities you are willing to demonstrate.

However, why give up all that huge world that is inside you? From those millions and billions of things that are hidden somewhere and that even you yourself don’t remember?

Don't give up on your past

In your dreams, fantasies and dreams, you walked on water, flew, walked through thick walls, spoke nine foreign languages. But in reality you don’t even want to think about it. You did everything possible and impossible.

Your experience is endless, but you use it only partially. It is not known by you, it is forgotten, but it still remains inside you, it is your experience. He is alive, and because he is you, he cannot leave you.

Accept this great news: you are a master, the owner of great wealth. You are the owner of the secret of an easy life, the secret of realizing all your needs and desires, your true purpose.

You are the owner and administrator of an experience factory larger and more powerful than any international enterprise. This is a factory for storing your memory, a computer that saves the slightest trace of past events and experiences.

Visit the factory of your subconscious

The experiences of your life cannot be put on display for everyone to see. He must hide from the conscious self, stay away from words and actions. He is your hidden treasure, your deepest secret.

It acts as your subconscious self, as your subconscious personality. This is a hidden factory, equipped with hundreds of complex devices, the purpose of which is still unknown to you.

Most of these mechanisms are inactive. Without knowing about their existence, you do not demand anything from them. But sometimes you hear their quiet signals and then you say that a certain word or remark has touched a certain chord in you. It is one of the machines that begins to work to give you what you desire.

Divorce of natural functions from consciousness

Your life is nothing more than an account presented to the world by your natural needs and desires.

The cars, hidden from the rest of the world, are in good condition. Digestion, breathing, blood circulation are normal functions of the human body, purely automatic, beyond the control of your consciousness. You are not speaking to your digestive or nervous system, but you are well aware that each of these machines acts like an ordinary industrial mechanism. The only difference is that your machines are made of living matter rather than metal.

And everyone – big and small – can please you with their performance.

When problems arise

Problems arise the moment your body is forced to cooperate with your mind. Many of your needs remain unmet. Do you have mechanisms that can cope with any task and make you happy? Are there devices that can save you from ailments - pain, fear, weakness?

Let us, in our imagination, go down the stairs into the dungeon of your “I” and see what is hidden there.

In this underground world of a secret factory, we discover a unique set of machines. On the one hand, very complex, on the other – extremely simple. One half of them is created in order to satisfy our needs, and the second should help us cope with problems and overcome difficulties.

They arose a long time ago on the basis of our accumulated experience. Each of them is one of a kind and perfect. If you believe in it and turn it on, it will work flawlessly. She is still waiting for your signal, always ready to help. It is enough to give her a sign, to demonstrate your trust.

She knows her task. She understands you well. She is aware of your current condition, aware of all your dreams and problems that you are currently facing and trying to cope with old-fashioned intelligence, passion and stress.

She is ready and willing to help you, alleviate your problems and personal troubles. It is based on vast experience, amazing talents and skills. It belongs to you, and only to you, and is as close as your heart or tongue.

She exists. It works continuously, like the heart and tongue, so it must be in great shape. If, through satisfying your needs and coping with your problems, you have been able to maintain faith in this machine, as in all others, if over the years you have not lost confidence in its conscientious work, your life should be very simple.

An easy life is in your hands

It turns out that an easy life, a life without stress, is very close. I didn’t believe in it until the moment when I was given that happiest week. Simple word "together" opened my eyes to the theory of “buttons” for an easy life. I realized that the password "together" was a switch. By using it correctly, I set hidden mechanisms in motion, and my life changed.

I didn't know then that I had opened the general switch of the internal factory. It was a pure coincidence. I started from the end. If our mechanisms are brought to perfection, the magic word "together" can turn them on at the same time. But not at once.

First you must repair each mechanism individually - all your devices to meet your needs and resolve problems. Now they are in a state of disrepair due to your neglect, covered with rust, broken... You will need faith and trust, attempts and disappointments before you put each of them in order.

This process will require considerable effort from you. You need to roll up your sleeves and find out every password that powers the different machines. But it's not hard work - rather, it's a nice pastime, adventure and fun.

At first this theory will seem incredible to you. No problem. Try it! Trust will soon emerge and will only grow as you see the machines in motion perform amazing miracles.

Submission to a higher power

Trust your shoe shiner

Let's turn to a simple analogy. At first glance, a shoe shine booth is not the best place to find peace. However, try sitting in his chair. As soon as the cleaner starts working on your shoes, you will be overcome by a state of bliss. You may not need such services at all, but it is still worth resorting to them from time to time to experience this feeling. You will be pleased that your shoes are cleaner and you look good. But above all, you will feel satisfaction and relaxation, which are always so lacking.

In the morning, when you get to work in public transport, you also see that your shoes have been cleaned. You are also happy, but you miss the opportunity to watch someone clean them. The difference is in the fact of completely transferring yourself for ten minutes into someone else’s hands. You witness the birth of a strange peace when you surrender yourself to something higher.

Soldiers experience the same feelings when returning to the barracks. While on leave, they enjoy their freedom and, at first glance, do not want to go back at all. However, each of them experiences internal anxiety, which disappears only when familiar walls appear. The barracks, like mothers, take prodigal sons into their arms.

Civilians experience something similar when returning home from vacation. They can travel for a long time, discovering distant countries, but the sight of their own apartments is most dear to them.

Giving and Forgiving

The ability to give and forgive is an excellent example of the ability to subordinate one's self to something greater than consciousness. After all, before you give, you need to give up something. This refusal is a renunciation of egoism, a recognition of something more significant than your merit. This may not be very pleasant. But the one who gives becomes richer, not poorer.

Go outside sometime and try to forgive everyone you meet. Find some quiet words for everyone. For all the people who tend to annoy you for no particular reason.

Even if you have nothing to forgive others, do it. You will experience great joy. Moreover, only you can do this. For everyone can forgive only on their own behalf.

For example, a store where you vowed never to go again. They were impolite to you, refused to exchange the product, maybe even deceived you. You decided to boycott them and swore that they would no longer earn a penny from you.

You should replay this whole situation. Go to a store, do some shopping, talk to people you despise. Such a change will please the owner, or at least surprise him. Although his behavior at this moment is probably not the most important thing. All that matters to you is that you yourself ended your little war. Without any external pressure, you have accepted, perhaps even exposed yourself to ridicule from those you have forgiven. But in reality you have won. You can pay any price to experience something like this.

If you apologize to a person, knowing that he is right, this is evidence of your nobility. It is even more noble to do this in a situation where you are sure that your interlocutor is wrong to the same extent as you.

Such an act cannot humiliate you in your own eyes. On the contrary, you will only feel a surge of joy.

Subordination theory

It doesn't matter what that higher thing is. It doesn't matter who or what you obey, as long as you do it without harboring resentment or hatred.

This does not deprive you of the slightest part of your uniqueness and independence. Every day you submit to the force of gravity, time, social rights and orders. You do not find anything outrageous in completing your work tasks. And if you do something that no one asks of you, or give up something that you don’t have to give up, it makes you better.

Trust external circumstances

In the morning, you can prepare yourself a hot bath, take a cold shower, or do nothing of the kind - it's up to you. Forget about the bath, forget about the shower, forget about the time and problems associated with it. Just surrender trustingly to the water. Experience a thermal shock under a cold stream. The unpleasant will soon become pleasant, and you will leave the bathroom as a completely different person - full of strength and energy.

Different forms of submission

Every driver at least once in his life got stuck in the sand, a swamp, or lost control on ice. The Good Samaritan did not always appear. But when strangers did help you get out of trouble, you probably remembered this episode for a long time. This help seemed to you akin to divine intervention.

You've probably experienced a similar feeling, although to a lesser extent, when someone tells you that your car's headlights don't work. The driver who did this immediately drove away, and you didn’t even have time to thank him, realizing that you subconsciously knew all along that there was something wrong with the headlights.

Steep Path to Unity

The period of return to health that comes after a serious illness is one of the most pleasant moments in life. The fear associated with the disease is behind us. Now you must slowly, step by step, get back on your feet. Every second, every little thing makes you happy.

The disease could be caused by temporary weakness, too active life or excessive stress. You resisted for a long time, but in the end you fell ill. The disease became more complicated, a crisis came, and now you feel better and better.

You have overcome the steep paths of illness, and a new feeling has come to you - a powerful surge of energy against a background of weakness. Your health is improving. You won a battle in unfavorable conditions. And before that, you were forced to obey, putting yourself in the hands of doctors, listening to them. Now you have become a different person - the same for others and different for yourself.

Health also tastes divine. You forget about the pain that tormented you, you don’t remember returning to work. You think exclusively about your health returning. You rejoice at him all the time. If in the depths of your soul there lurks a desire to fight the disease, it means that you are not yet completely healthy. Because fighting with yourself, no matter when and how, is a manifestation of the disease.

Exercises to find inner balance

Exercises are needed in moments when you are simply “burnt out” and cannot deal with mental stress. Nerves are stretched like ropes, the will is weakened. Irritation, anger, despair overlap each other, leading you into a state that one of my clients called “a big madness in the head.”

Here are just a few simple exercises that will help you find balance.

How to overcome feelings of hatred

Surely there is a person in your life who literally infuriates you. You return to him in your thoughts, he sits like a thorn in your brain. You could say, "I hate X." However, go further: “I hate X as much as humanly possible.” It may not be very nice, but say it anyway. First to yourself, and then, when you are alone, out loud. Listen to the way you say it, and then your natural kindness will tell you that you cannot hate anyone.

Now think about this (remembering that this is just an exercise!). If you don't love someone, it means you hate him. Hatred is a form of psychosis. Being in this state, you find yourself in a meaningless situation that can only be compared to blindness or madness.

Now think: does this person really deserve such attention from you? Is he so important to you that you allow yourself to go crazy over him? In such a situation - hatred, envy, anger - it is best to engage in so-called artificial praise.

Artificial Praise

Artificial respiration is used to save a drowned person. The same thing that you cannot do without in a situation of excitement and fatigue can be called “artificial praise.”

The principle is simple: turn something that annoys you into something that gives you pleasure. By an effort of will, refraining from moving backward, you can step far forward.

You don't need anything special for this. Observe yourself throughout the day. The car suddenly braked right in front of you. Should you burst into anger? Not at all - it’s better to smile. Tell yourself, “I feel good, I’m really glad he did this.” Someone offends you - intentionally or absent-mindedly. Smile. Normally, you would get angry and speak out, or retreat into a corner, offended. Now it is in your power to turn hurtful words into something pleasant. Smile! Tell yourself: “I am an important bird, since I am offended.”

If suddenly no one is at hand, turn to your “sworn” enemy. And then start praising him. Say only good things. This may be too much of a head-scratching trick, but with practice, you'll achieve amazing results.

Nobody forces you to watch a bad movie. Inveterate theatergoers never sit through a performance until the end. They reserve the right to leave the hall. And they are happy: although they lost money for the ticket, they avoided the torment of a bad show. For them, leaving a boring performance is the same pleasure as staying at a good one.

By discussing the doctor's decisions or even ignoring his advice and recommendations, you violate the basic condition, without which the internal reconciliation necessary for complete recovery is impossible. By obeying your guide, you will take advantage of all the opportunities presented on the excursion. By trusting yourself into the hands of the bus driver and constantly praising him, you will quickly forget about the inconveniences of the road.

Every submission is a conscious decision. And if you give up the habit of criticizing everything, you will greatly please your subconscious. In this way you will honor him. Without hearing any criticism, threats or judgments from you, it will give you a state of bliss.

Consciousness sometimes needs to be curbed

The famous engineer Fleming Johnson knew how to relax in an unusual way. Wanting to rest, he sat in a chair and said to his “idle and arrogant” consciousness: “You are the worst man I have ever met. You don’t understand anything at all!”

With this declaration he was addressing that part of his personality that was trying to create problems and unnecessary tension. This freed his other self from the cage of criticism. By reducing the weight of conscious reactions to their actual dimensions, he was actually saying: “My subconscious, my true self, knows everything. Therefore, I instruct him to free me from all tension.”

Here is the case of a man who was irritated by everything. Children running across the lawn drove him crazy. He spent hours nagging, complaining about the incompetence of the workers. His blood pressure was rising and he would have died from it if something hadn't changed.

This happened one evening when a terrible thunderstorm broke out. Trees in the garden were uprooted, streams of water flooded the basement, and the home was partially destroyed. Oddly enough, he accepted this catastrophe calmly, because he was aware that the storm was not directed against him. A philosophical calm arose within him. He began to compare the shortcomings and sins of people with natural phenomena. “They cause no more harm than a small storm. I will try to treat human storms the same way I treated this one.”

Another person, a crybaby by nature, was always upset over little things, not paying attention to the really important things. A car accident, a theft in an apartment, a stock market crash were not able to throw him off balance.

He decided to extend his calmness to the little things in life as well. And I remembered Nietzsche: “Nothing that I need can upset me.” Our hero realized that small human shortcomings were, of course, a problem, but a simple and necessary problem that was worth laughing at.

Do something

The specific function of your subconscious is the accumulation of experience for the purpose of its further use. This “I” of yours loves to work.

Many people live by putting off necessary things for later. It is not right. Submit to your subconscious and do something urgently. Organize your shelf. Throw away unnecessary papers. Write a letter to a friend you haven't written to for a long time. Do something—anything—to deal with your temporary anxiety and dissatisfaction.

A job well done is a great joy

At the end of the job, the mason proudly looks at the wall he built during the day, experiencing great satisfaction. His subconscious, hungry for work, got it.

An official cannot experience such joy. If your work does not bear visible fruit, such as the work of a mason, try to change this situation. Look at the long letter you just wrote, or your tidy basement. Feel the joy of the small step towards reconciliation and unity that you have taken by satisfying the desire of the subconscious to work.

But don't rush. Your subconscious is ready to rejoice only at a job well done. Therefore, take your time and do not try to finish the job as quickly as possible. Take your cue from the artisan who strives for the best results. Once you've built a bench, you'll be disappointed if the boards soon crack. Work conscientiously. The better the job is done, the greater the satisfaction will be. And the subconscious will demonstrate its gratitude to the conscious mind for the efforts made.

Fifteen Steps to Inner Peace

When you give someone your full attention, you are showing that person respect, which they will reciprocate with their affection.

Narcisco Irala, the great Nicaraguan parapsychologist, recommends the following exercise to people with upset nerves. You only need to walk 15 steps, thinking about each step you take. Try to feel well the state and rhythm of your body. Watch your every move carefully.

A few minutes of such walking can cure nervous disorders, if, of course, the exercise is performed correctly. Shifting your attention to that part of your “I” that is directly involved in movement and observation of it automatically turns off your consciousness, opening the way for the subconscious.

Memento!

You must believe that reconciliation between your two internal rivals is possible. The side that needs more submission is your consciousness: speaking, hearing, seeing. But when slowing it down, do not forget that the subconscious knows exactly as much (if not less) about morality than the conscious mind. The subconscious, which has a free hand, can become a terrible force.

Consciousness imposes a special discipline on the subconscious. True and effective discipline must bring about reconciliation on both sides. Peace can only come as a result of recognition of the rights of each of the parties to the conflict.

Just without fanaticism!

There is no place for fanatics in the school of an easy life. Our first step was to surrender our powers to the hidden self. However, this does not mean that you need to throw away your knowledge and ability to think logically. Without rational thinking, you cannot be a normal member of society who is bound by civil and moral rights.

Sexual maniacs and rapists are people who have completely freed their subconscious and, as a result, completely submitted to it. Alcoholism is a disease that begins with the pleasant feeling of “reconciliation with oneself” that comes from drinking a few glasses.

Even overwork is a product of subconscious mechanisms that force us to work more and more. To get rid of the bad habit of drinking, eating or smoking a lot, the conscious person must go back a step and start a dialogue with the subconscious in order to ultimately convince the single “I”: “You need to get out of this habit - not immediately, but slowly, intelligently.” Moderation in everything is dictated by the conscious part of our “I”.

Emerson's paradox

R. W. Emerson, the writer and founder of transcendental philosophy, used to quote two of his favorite aphorisms - two sorts of mottos that at first glance contradicted each other.

If you want to remain human, become a nonconformist!

Pay attention to what your heart chooses, because you will definitely get it!

Note, on the one hand, Emerson recommends looking for new paths far from the usual paths, on the other hand, he emphasizes: “Pay attention to what your heart chooses.” This may mean allowing your consciousness to balance your personality.

“What the heart chooses” is not a thoughtful goal that is assigned by the subconscious. For when the subconscious acts without the constant supervision of the conscious mind, it can lead to trouble.

Love at first sight

A gallant young man meets a beautiful girl. Love at first sight, which arises in this case, is, of course, a feeling coming from the subconscious. Henry sees only the beauty of the girl, not paying attention to her lack of education and the broken language of her foreign parents.

Carefree Caroline, in turn fascinated by Henry's manners and his handsome appearance, does not notice that he gambles and drinks a lot. Love quickly fades, and Henry and Caroline's crazy relationship ends in divorce.

Often, much more often than you would like, the subconscious promises you great happiness and joy, only to then leave you with nothing. Of course, reason and logic themselves will not lead you anywhere, but they will not put you on the path of illusions and painful separations.

Repulsive personality

Raymond Z. is a self-described talker. He knows he's talking too much, but he can't stop. Under the influence of the subconscious, he became a tireless speaker, but due to lack of conscious control, his personality acquired repulsive features. The problem is that Raymond talks about only one topic - about the extraordinary water diet, thanks to which a person becomes healthy by fasting for forty days and taking only water.

If he had a hundred topics in stock with which he could address different people, his love of talking would not annoy anyone. On the contrary, Raymond would be a welcome guest in any society.

Several million words

The famous American writer T. Wolf experienced a strong influence of the subconscious on his own creativity. During his short life, he wrote several million words that were never published. A writer once reported that he had composed a large book entitled: “How to Publish Words My Way,” in which he allowed his mind to direct his thoughts to the wonderful topic of the intricacies of writing. The quality of this work fully compensated for the failure of his earlier works.

The subconscious drives the car

Lack of conscious control could lead to G. McShane's death. As part of his work, he was forced to travel vast distances by car. Glenn said that he happened to drive a car at a speed of 100 km/h automatically, that is, without awareness of what was happening around him. Then he could not say what he was doing and what he was thinking about all this time. His car was driven by his subconscious. Other drivers confirmed this.

James T. Mangan (1896-1970) was a best-selling self-help author.

The modern world is well acquainted with the effect of mantras or affirmations on our subconscious, but there is a much simpler method of internal transformation - the use of switch words according to the method of J.T. Mangan.

In his book “The Secret of an Easy Life. How to Live Without Problems" (“The Secret of Perfect Living”) he created a psychological system. The energy of password words is a kind of “ordinary miracle” that allows you to turn ordinary human life into “heaven on Earth.”

One single word will help not only find a lost item or new friends, but also restore health or even keep you from taking a fatal step. Eternal youth, which accompanies an easy life, will no longer be an unattainable ideal.

Elena/ 12/8/2017 Hello everyone! Just started using the book. The words passwords really help. For example, the word around helps you fall asleep, the word find actually helps you find any thing. It works. Now I'm testing other words. The book gives you confidence.

Olga/ 10/11/2017 A friend just told me about this wonderful book today; she had never heard of it before and had never come across it. According to her friend, this is how everything worked out for her. We are really lazy and want to do everything at once and work for our own good...

Alexey S/ 08/04/2017 I will respond to Roman, to his sarcasm, regarding the number of years the author of this book has lived. My dear little man, you can live a fairly full life in 25 years, leave your mark on this earth and leave. And 74 years, for modern life... this is quite a long period. So for general development. But the book is actually very useful and contains a sufficient amount of information for self-knowledge and action. We are simply not used to working on ourselves, because we are busy with everyday affairs everywhere and completely))).

During these 3 days the computer broke down. let me, I think I’ll see what to read, while the gist is the point, I found this book and remembered (!) the passwords worked, but it was written then - it seemed like a difficult language to understand for a long time, now I can explain a lot, my passwords have long been invented automatically, I need to clearly see within yourself the general essence of the problem, events in order to issue a password phrase into space...

Paul/ 12/8/2016 Passwords helped - and they really helped. I recommend it to everyone!

James Mangan. Live without problems: The secret to an easy life

What is the secret to an easy life?

The creation of the system that I called easy living was only possible through forty-five years of intense research and thousands of experiences working with people in different life situations. So what is this system, this easy life? It is a state of complete concentration on oneself, a union of consciousness and subconscious with the aim of ensuring the happiness of the individual. And although much has been written and said about this union, little, however, has been done to make it more tangible. In my research into the state of consciousness, I concentrated primarily on finding a practical method of connecting the conscious mind with the subconscious and discovered a technique that made this connection possible. Its implementation requires only the adoption of four simple principles and the use of appropriate words and phrases. They are a means by which the conscious mind can access the subconscious and receive signals from it. Thanks to mottos, consciousness gains the support of the subconscious, simultaneously creating internal harmony, leading to instant results desired by a person. For example: how often do you get headaches? An aspirin tablet will help you get rid of pain for a while, but without reaching the cause of the pain, it will not help you completely overcome it. Wouldn't you like to reach a state in which you only have to say one word for the pain to immediately disappear? This word exists, and Part 9 of this book explains in detail how to use it. Or, for example, you lost your favorite thing. The more you look for her, the more you feel that you will never find her. But with the help of a certain word, you will be able to relax and allow your inner self to lead you to the lost thing. This is discussed in the eighth part.

These are just two examples of what the “easy life” can do for you. You can do almost whatever you want with it.

1) get rid of all your fears,

2) learn to relax,

4) fight blues and despair,

5) know yourself,

6) understand people better,

7) set goals for yourself and achieve them,

8) make money and achieve success,

9) get rid of bad habits,

10) cope with all ailments, gaining health,

11) discover previously unknown abilities in yourself,

12) to be a constantly happy person, unyielding to any blows of fate.

This list does not exhaust the possibilities of an easy life; much more is described in this book. Why not bring this phenomenon to life? Make easy living an integral part of your life.

1. New teaching: “Press the button”

Have there ever been days in your life when everything went wrong? For sure! Didn’t it seem to you then that your soul consisted of two parts that seemed to be fighting each other? One does everything to nullify the creative efforts of the other. Here is an example of a shoe seller.

Shoe salesman quoting Goethe

The seller is full of energy. The first shoe is on, now the second. And the client will see for himself how convenient they are. But... the second... there is a shoe, but where the hell did the spoon go? Anxiety turns to panic. The seller frantically looks around. After all, he was holding it in his hand a second ago! The client looks indifferently at the puzzled seller. “Are you making fun of yourself,” he asks in a calm voice. The salesman turns around and bursts out laughing: “It’s true. Damn it, it's really true! But Goethe, the greatest poet, said it better: “Two souls live in my chest, one would be glad to kill the other.” And it was one of these souls, cunning like a fox and dexterous like a card sharper, who hid the spoon under his very nose. Oh, yes, we often make jokes on ourselves, and hellish ones at that. However, sometimes it happens that everything goes like clockwork. We act quickly and deftly. We take advantage of every opportunity that comes our way. And it seems that nothing can stop us. It may seem that the internal struggle is already over. We feel so much strength within ourselves. We are very strong!

Fighting the curtains

Wanting to close the curtains, you pull the wrong cord at least seven times. But you perform this action every day. You should probably pull the right cord more often. Meanwhile, when the hand again reaches for the wrong lace, something tells us in our soul: “Listen, hillbilly, I’m making you make mistakes, and I’m doing this to show you that you are not at all as smart and capable as you Seems". And then you get the feeling that this eternal mocker, the worst part of your soul, has a better memory and mind than the other - the conscious part.

Lost, but here it is, nearby

Every day you waste a lot of time searching for items that you have lost or simply misplaced. You cannot find them, although they are somewhere nearby. Old Bill, the chatterbox and favorite of the neighbors in the house where I live, suddenly lost the desire to chat with his friends. And for what reason? Here's why: suddenly he forgot the names of all his old friends.

Catastrophe! It’s not surprising that Bill was very upset and sad. But he still has hope. Each of us - young or old - has moments in life when, instead of the names of old friends, black holes appear in our heads. The more you try to get even a trace of this name, the deeper it sinks into oblivion. You know that you know it, but you are not able to pronounce it. The shoe salesman knew very well the place where he had placed the spoon, but could not recognize it. A housewife looking for scissors, a husband looking for glasses, know where they are, but something in themselves, some part of their own Self, paralyzes their consciousness. Every desire and every fear is accompanied by traps that threaten the peace of mind. If I wanted to characterize human life in one phrase, it would sound like this: “The eternal war of two souls in one human body.”

New teaching: “Press the button!”

One day I was taking a taxi from Idlewild Airport in New York to downtown. Since taxi drivers in this city are unusually omniscient and cynical, I decided to talk to the driver about the new principles of an easy life. I told him about the shoe salesman. The two souls described by Goethe must unite. But they don't want it. That which is larger and stronger, often called the subconscious (in fact, it is greater than the subconscious) controls the vast majority of our life experience. But the smaller and weaker one, the one we call consciousness, seems to be a simple official, but she constantly gives orders to the subconscious - the true director of the enterprise. This is why both souls are rarely of one mind as they should be. If it were otherwise, our life on earth would already be a heavenly life.

Andrey/ 04/21/2019 Strange, I clicked “Buy a paper book” and saw several options. Am I a genius or is Tatyana not so much?

Tatiana/ 03.25.2019 I accidentally read about this technique and the author. Where can I buy this book??

Irina/ 01/14/2019 So far I’ve only listened to most of the book, but when I, with a cotton head and drooping eyes, realized that I had forgotten, but there was no choice, and that I needed to sew a hood for the coat, and I had difficulty even inserting a thread into a needle... She said it in a whisper "apply"! And I just stupidly started sewing like a zombie, after five minutes I realized that I had a completely clear head, and I calmly finished the job in an hour and a half! I didn't even understand how it happened. Delight and!! I bow my head in admiration for the author’s hard work, so many years of work and research to help people make their lives easier!! I thank him for his help, because even if at least one word works for every reader, then what a help!!! :-) And I know what it’s like for a child who has difficulty falling asleep, help is such help!!!

r ord/ 01/3/2019 It’s funny that people using this wonderful technique mainly look for lost things and fight headaches. These are also, of course, useful skills, but the fusion of consciousness and sub-creation is capable of creating much larger-scale miracles. For example, you can boost your memory and learn a foreign language in a short time, you can increase your earnings, you can even “order” a prophetic or lucid dream. The main thing is to read this book carefully, between the lines, and believe in the validity of the password no matter what. Our psyche needs time to rebuild and start working in a new way, so perseverance is above all. And, of course, you need to be ready for change. If you are sitting on your butt somewhere in a dilapidated house in Uryupinsk, no matter how much you repeat the word “Count”, golden rain will not fall on you (well, unless you find a coin or win some small change in the lottery). But if you are thinking about your own business (looking for a new job, moving, etc.), then this password will be of great help. Verified.

Mariska/ 01/17/2018 Good book! It’s a pity that only some (not all) words showed themselves to be surprisingly working and effective!

Mikha/ 3.11.2017 what words do you need to say to read this book?)))

Guzel/ 12/7/2015 I read this book about 10 years ago, I was amazed at the power of words, especially when you are looking for something lost or when you need to make an impression, I remembered very few words, but even they have helped me all these years! I gave it to someone a long time ago and was left with only what I remembered then, but now I’m glad that I found it here! And the word “assemble” had an effect on me before; I renovated the room in two days and was surprised that I could do it!

DANA/ 04/05/2015 I read and re-read this book endlessly. AN AMAZING BOOK CAME TO ME BY ACCIDENT. I was visiting in PERM. THERE WAS A BOOK ON THE SHELF. I NEVER LOOK AT THE COVER. BUT I LOOK AT THE CONTENTS IT fascinated me. I SHARE WITH FRIENDS. JUST RA BOTS -IT WORKS. I DON’T TAKE THE MEDICINE

Nirvana/ 07/25/2013 Several years ago I read a book. Since then I have been successfully using Obsti and telling people about it. It works for most people too. I decided to re-read and make life even easier - Find Heaven on Earth with the help of these wonderful passwords. Thanks to the wise Author:)

Sasha/ 05/06/2013 The cover of the book is very unfortunate. This may be what turns a lot of people off. Of course, the topic of the book may seem to some to be simple self-hypnosis, auto-training or affirmations, but it works great! I especially like the word “small” the most =)) This is because of my problems, since I am lonely, I had no friends and no girlfriend. But now, when I find myself in some kind of social circle or just communicate with people, anywhere and with anyone, I use this word. I have never felt so much attention, warmth, love and care! Moreover, from those people whom I have known for a long time, I did not even expect this from them! Now I have many friends! I love them all, they love me too! We like to spend time together! I'm dating girls! In general, try it, maybe it will help you!

Svetlana/ 05.5.2013 Words work great! My daughter takes a long time to fall asleep, she is 2.0 years old. I put you to sleep for an hour. After reading a book, before going to bed I ask her to say the word “around”, after 5-10 minutes she is fast asleep. And other words work flawlessly.

kuts/ 09/13/2012 cool, he loves it)

Augustsum/ 09/08/2012 Wonderful book. I started using passwords. Some really help. I think they work because when you start saying them, you start imagining their effect. Visualization often works...

Hypera/ 10.27.2011 Incomparable! I had intimate pain, I read the mantra and everything went away. A complete replacement for doctors and pharmacies! Reading everyone!

Link/ 10/26/2011 I found what I was looking for) Happiness is nearby..

Mija/ 10.25.2011 Amazing! I've had chest pain for two days now. A few hours ago, after reading this book, I said the word that is given there and my chest stopped hurting. Thanks James. I continue reading the book. I'll see what results I achieve by the end of reading the book. Thanks again.
