On September 22, 2017, the final of the All-Russian competition of methodological developments of teachers of Russian language and literature of educational organizations implementing educational programs of secondary vocational education was held. The innovative experience of teachers was presented at the Competition. Tamara Ivanovna Zhukova, a teacher of Russian language and literature of the Istrinsky Vocational College, a branch of the State Technical University, a candidate of pedagogical sciences, took part in this competition. Relevance and novelty of the problem .

The development of citizenship and patriotism among young people in modern Russia is the most important factor in ensuring the security and stable development of our country.
