A friend is a person who is always there if you need some help, so, you can absolutely rely on her or him. "Friends for life" The work is done by Bartyuk Anastasia, 10 C form

I guess I have some best friends. But today I"m going to tell you about one of them. Her name is Lena and here"s a picture of her. She is very kind, sympathetic, she is ready to help you if you need a hand and, besides, she is fun to be around. She enjoys playing the piano and watching horror films.

Lena and I have known each other since we were in the first form. Surely, that day stuck in my head. Lena"s first phrase added to me was ""Hey, girlie, look, your balloon is going to blow off!" That was the beginning of our friendship. I hope we will be friends after finishing school and I"ll do my best not to lose this friendship in the future.

One day we had an adventure which tested our friendship. We had just finished the third form and my parents bought me a bycicle as a present. Lena and I were cycling near my granny's house. Suddenly I decided to show some tricks despite I could n't do any of them. Thus, I fell down as a result. Lena didn't let me down. She took our bikes and led me to my granny to treat my wound.

I think the story ended not so bad as it could be. The wound healed with the lapse of time. Lena showed all the best qualities which every soulmate should have: willingness to help, reliability.

To my mind, this story confirms that "a friend in need is a friend indeed".

As we live in society, we meet a lot of people during our lives. We communicate with all these people, but our attitudes towards each of these people are different. What is Lifelong Friendship? Friendship is a relationship between people who are friends and the word friend means someone who you know well and like.

The value of friendship I have many friends. I like my friends. To my mind, people should have many friends as possible, because if you have not friends, you just become very dull and boring person. It is fine when you have friends, who are able to understand you and support and help in difficult situations.

My best friend My best friends name "s Jason. He is sixteen. We made friends a few years ago. We are of the same age. We live in the same block of flats, so we see each other almost every day. Jason is a tall slender boy. He has dark hair, large dark eyes, a straight nose, and thin lips. He is very honest and just, understanding and kind.

My best friend We spend a lot of time together. We often watch video or listen to music. Jason like play football. Sometimes we go to the theater, or walk around the center of the city, visiting small cafes, museums, art galleries, and shops. We talk for hours about all sorts of things (politics, love, teachers, and girls). We discuss films, television programs, books.

My best friend I never quarrel with Jason. But if there is some misunderstanding between us we try to make peace as soon as possible. What I like best about him is that he is always willing to help and share his knowledge, thoughts, and feelings. I respect him for his fairness, strong will, intellect, and modesty

My opinion I appreciate friendship. It makes happiness grow brighter and grief less painful, because we have friends to share it with. When we doubt our ability to fulfill our aspiration or to reach our secret goal it is our best friend who gives us a spark of assurance. And we trust our friends and we are grateful to them. Friendship is a bridge between loneliness and fellowship, frustration and confidence, despair and hope, setbacks and success. That's why a true friend is a priceless gift. They are rich who have true friends, says a proverb and I agree.
