1. Study work

1. General Provisions

1.1. 3. Rights

4. Responsibility

4.1. A teacher of additional education at a preschool educational institution is responsible, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, for the quality of implementation of educational programs, the life and health of kindergarten students during classes, as well as for violation of their rights and freedoms.

4.2. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations, job responsibilities determined by the job description of the additional teacher. education of a preschool educational institution, legal orders of the head of a kindergarten and other local regulations, the additional education teacher bears disciplinary liability in the manner established by the current labor legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.3. 5. Relationships. Relationships by position

6. Procedure for approving and changing job descriptions

5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations of the school, legal orders of the school director and other local regulations, official duties established by these Instructions, including for failure to use the rights granted by these Instructions, resulting in disorganization of the educational process, The additional education teacher bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by labor legislation. 5.2. 5.3. For violation of fire safety rules, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, a teacher of additional education is brought to administrative responsibility in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.

5.4. For culpable infliction of damage (including moral) to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, as well as the rights granted by this instruction, the teacher of additional education bears financial responsibility in the manner and within the limits established by labor and ( or) civil law.

6. RELATIONSHIPS. RELATIONS BY POSITION

Additional education teacher:

6.1. works in accordance with the workload according to the schedule approved by the school director;

6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year and each educational module in accordance with the school curriculum and approved program. The work plan is approved by the immediate supervisor no later than five days from the beginning of the planned period;

6.3. submits to the immediate supervisor a written report on his activities of no more than two typewritten pages within 5 days after the end of each training module;

6.4. receives from the school director and (or) his deputies information of a regulatory, organizational and methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against signature;

6.5. systematically exchanges information on issues within its competence with teachers;

6.6. performs the duties of other additional education teachers and teachers during their temporary absence (vacation, illness, etc.). The performance of duties is carried out in accordance with labor legislation and the Charter of the school on the basis of the order of the director;

6.7. transmits information received at meetings and seminars to the immediate supervisor immediately after receiving it.

5. Responsibility

5.1. 5.2.
