How to stay positive in negative situations? Types of emotional experiences.

Details on how to deal with emotional experiences. Practice

What emotional experiences are there and how to live without unnecessary worries.

Greetings friends! Today we will learn to react correctly and cope with our experiences. How can you cope with the experience?

Often, in order to cope with something, you first need to stop fighting. Internal struggle creates additional stress and tension in the body and in some cases, in certain human conditions, for example, with severe mental exhaustion, the struggle itself will not only not produce results, but will only worsen the situation.

There is one wonderful saying: “If you come across a steep mountain on your way and cannot successfully climb to the top, it is better to go around this mountain.”

There are several real and very effective ways to “combat” feelings.

The first, as I already described in the article “,” is about how to relieve tension and cope with. Read more about this in the above article by following the link.

And now about the natural way, very effective, which we should always apply in life, in fact we need to live by it. Many initially do this intuitively and therefore do not have many psychological problems.

This method not only allows you to cope with the experience and internal unpleasant sensations, but also leave it in the past forever. But for it to work, you need to feel it, feel it very deeply within yourself with all the accompanying sensations.

That is, keep in mind that we are not talking about mental experiences when you think, stress yourself out and only get worse, we are talking about a calm, “thoughtless” experience of this very sensation that you feel internally if you feel bad. We do not run away from this feeling and do not try by all means to get rid of it, and therefore there is no internal struggle, and the feeling itself goes away much faster and without major consequences.

Now let’s look at something, let’s understand for ourselves what the experience itself is.

Experience is our natural state, we live by these experiences. Good or bad if we find ourselves in a difficult life situation.

Plus, there is Real experience that is associated with real events and is what worries us very often, but is not ours natural experience. These are just mental (mental) experiences invented by us (our brain), which in the overwhelming majority are caused by anxiety (fear), doubts.

And these experiences almost never become reality - they are only in our heads. These are either our exaggerations (catastrophization of events and facts), or fiction (distortion, glitch in thinking), or the consequences of the struggle with real experience, far-fetched ideas that arose at the same time - thoughts, suggestions, etc.

A simple example,- the mother is worried that the child does not return home for a long time - this is the worst thing to eat natural experience, there is no point in fighting such an experience or somehow getting rid of it, because it is justified. And agree that we will worry until our child returns.

But if a woman constantly thinks about this, often frightens herself with some thoughts, begins to work herself up, build up, think out and imagine all sorts of supposed and most terrible troubles and imagine God knows what is in her head - this is no longer a real experience itself, this is a far-fetched one. and repeatedly, intensified experience which can result in obsession, anxiety disorder or even PA ().

Moreover, such thinking not only harms health and the psyche in particular, and deprives a person of a normal, calm life, but is not effective in its essence because it does not help a person to gather internally and act most effectively and sensibly.

In general, from time to time experiencing anxiety and fears in our lives is completely normal and we cannot fight natural experiences because they correspond to the real situation, some kind of real threat. And the main thing is that we are not enslaved by the irrational ones, far-fetched thinking fears and worries.

In 99.9% of cases, nothing terrible will happen in the described example with a child, but the woman still screwed herself up and such a strong experience can automatically (reflexively) arise subsequently, every time in some similar situation. Is it necessary to have such serious, constant experiences that still would not solve the problem and, on top of that, would hardly provide the opportunity to act more logically and correctly?

And sometimes, in general, there is a slight worry about some unpleasant situation, but the person immediately tries to get rid of the unpleasant feeling and throw everything out of his head, but this does not always work, and then he begins to look for a solution, allows his imagination to run wild, and begins to replay this situation in his head and then can't stop.

I thought it up, screwed it up and tortured myself even more instead of let me worry to his body that natural experiencing state, but without unnecessary thoughts and emotions, which would gradually leave it on its own, without serious psychological consequences, here you just had to wait.

The sun brings life, but so does the rain. Agree, it is logical to be in different states - happy, sad, happy, sad, etc. It’s important that if this happens, then let it happen naturally, without your trying to quickly get rid of something or invent something, so that you certainly feel better right now. If there is a reason for some feeling, then it is so, and it must be accepted as reality and live (experience) naturally.

Mainly these are far-fetched, mentally untwisted and inflated in the head, emotional experiences and artificial struggle with any of one’s experiences are the main problem of a person. This is what worries us for the most part, and not our pure(real) experience that arose in its corresponding situation.

How to separate the natural and how to cope with experiences in general?

There is no point in fighting a real experience at all, because it appropriate to the situation and just produces a resource for us, for some necessary actions. But often we direct this resource not to actions, but to thoughts and struggle with the natural experience itself. We’re simply stressing ourselves out even more.

Why does this happen because people perceive their inner experiences as something bad. And first of all, this is done by OUR MIND itself.

The experience arises and the person begins to actively fight it. Fight because his brain tells him that this is bad, this is unpleasant, something needs to be done about it and he needs to get rid of it as soon as possible. And having gotten rid of it, you can calm down and begin to experience pleasant sensations again.

When a person enters into a struggle with this experience, with this state, trying to calm himself down or completely forget about it, what happens is internal conflict. And very often the opposite happens - the experience is even greater intensifies.

You yourself can remember how, when struggling with some experience or idea that haunts you and because of which you are often nervous, you looked for a way out, a solution, and excited yourself so much that then you could not fall asleep. Even somatic disorders arose, increased heartbeat, unpleasant sensations in the head, sweating, possibly trembling in the body and insomnia. Such a struggle can lead to death if you do not stop in time.

Now we understand that by nature, experiences are different, Real and Contrived (wrong), now what to do.

I’ll say right away that natural the experiences will not go away, they will only be cleared, and this will allow you to look at things more soberly and, on top of everything, it will teach you not to fight this real experience, but to accept it, chew it over, and use it for action, with a cooler head.

Likewise, those experiences that are caused by some serious organic or psychological disease will not go away, at least not immediately. They will not go away so easily, because they are natural in this situation, but it is not a fact that they will not disappear after performing the exercise.

This is an exercise, we just try to chew it. It will allow you to get rid of all far-fetched, incorrect or self-inflicted experiences. Experiences that, to a greater extent, do not give you peace and do not allow you to open up to the experience that should arise from your past.

First you need slow down our minds, in this case he is our enemy. We need to be friends with thoughts, because sound thoughts are our faithful helpers and friends, but in this case what happens is that the brain sends a command and tells us that we need to immediately do something with this experience, that is, fight it, get rid of it in order it became easier, and this conflict.

We need to turn off our mind and leave this experience within ourselves, accept it and see what happens. That is, only itself will remain with us, pure experience.

How to do it- You close your eyes and simply allow your body to feel, allow it to experience. In this case, either some images may appear in the head (maybe completely incomprehensible), or some physical sensations in the body. For example, pulsation in the arm or vibration in the leg. And you need to observe this feeling.

It is important not to analyze with the brain, because it does not need all this and resistance can be created. Everything should happen naturally. And be sure to bring this observation to the end. Until the image, changing, disappears completely, or the sensation that has arisen disappears. In this way, you can get rid of forever, even from outdated, inspired experiences.

And you don’t need to give this experience any assessments or compare it with other experiences that you once had, it is important to feel and stay with this experience that you have now.

In fact, this is just an experience, the very unpleasant, strongest experience from which we suffer is created our mind.

Very often this happens in life, that having survived a difficult situation and experienced strong feeling, that very natural experience leaves, and instead of it there remain those thoughts, those sensations and emotions that subsequently continue to disturb us, causing emotional experiences even in an environment that is not appropriate for them.

And for a person it is simply necessary to get rid of such unfounded experiences, first of all, in order to react correctly to the present (natural) experience in the future. And what is equally important is to learn not to avoid unpleasant sensations, anxious, exciting life situations into which we often need to enter. Do not be afraid of them and thereby remain calm and avoid difficult thoughts and internal sensations.

One time may not be enough for a certain emotional experience to disappear once and for all. Just repeat the exercise several (3-5) times, usually this is enough. But we remember that you need to carry the observation of an image or sensation to the very end; sometimes it may take only a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes.

There are people who “sick” with various fears, some ideas, try to fight them, try to run away from their experience (fear), try not to face it, thereby only strengthening this fear from the inside, but they just had to start experiencing it, allow yourself to experience it to the end, even though it can sometimes be very unpleasant. Experienced experience - lived (disappears)

This most unnatural (natural) behavioral exercise is very good to use with those experiences in the situation of which you do not act quite correctly, constantly experience stress, unconscious anxiety, obsessions and do not react adequately. It will help you get rid of everything unnecessary, far-fetched and preventing you from understanding this very unpleasant feeling that has arisen.

Start the exercises first with small emotional experiences and unpleasant situations and, subsequently, move on to stronger ones.

And finally . X would like to introduce you to an excellent tool that I am sure will be useful to you. Good luck!

They talk a lot about experiences; various psychological states are expressed with this word. Emotional experiences arise as a result of a critical situation; a person is faced with the inability to realize his motives, aspirations, and values.

How is it considered in psychology?

In the psychological literature there are different interpretations and views on the feelings of experience. There are two views on emotional experiences as a psychological phenomenon:

  1. Study of feeling based on the emotional sphere.
  2. Experience allows a person to overcome various situations during which the inner world changes.

Other authors distinguish between emotions and experiences; for them, the second state is a separate process associated with the reflexive part of a person. The most famous work on this topic was presented by F. E. Vasilyuk in his book “Psychology of Experiences.”

Let's consider different aspects of this complex mental phenomenon.

Forms of experiencing feelings

If we connect the emotional sphere and experience, then we cannot bypass the form of manifestation. Forms of experiencing emotions:

  1. Mood. A general condition that is associated with vitality. It can be positive or depressed, passive.
  2. Affects. Severe agitation in which a person is unable to control his actions. The result of affective behavior can be unexpected feelings - laughter, joy, anger. Affect depends on the individual qualities of a person - temperament, character.
  3. Stress. The condition occurs under stressful conditions and a person’s behavior changes.
  4. Frustration. This form of emotional feeling is characterized by disorganization of consciousness; the person is in a state of hopelessness.
  5. Passion. A strong, lasting feeling that completely captures a person. One of the feelings that increases the activity of the individual. Manifests itself in learning, work, sports, creativity, and science. There is negative and positive passion.

Types of Emotional Experiences

  1. They classify asthenic experiences and sthenic ones. Asthenic experiences suppress the vital processes of the body. Stenic emotions, on the contrary, increase vital activity. Asthenic experiences are described as a state of timidity, passivity, a person is dominated by a feeling of despondency and shame. Stenic emotions are characterized by high energy and motivate a person to activity.
  2. Emotions are also divided into simple and complex manifestations. Simple emotions are associated with the satisfaction of primary needs. Such feelings are divided into pleasant and unpleasant. Complex emotions are associated with understanding various objects and the structure of life. The subjective experience of emotion is a personal internal feeling.

A little about affect

This is the most powerful destructive force, a violent outburst of feelings. Often a person describes this state as an avalanche beyond his control.

During the affect, control over actions is lost, actions and actions are often forgotten. You can be very ashamed of your words and actions. In addition, sometimes actions cause irreparable harm to surrounding people and objects.

After the affect, one feels overwhelmed, tired, indifferent to everything, and sometimes drowsy.

Where does this condition come from? It arises in situations that a person cannot resolve; they are very painful for him. In this case, he runs away into passion.

Affects can accumulate and then a breakdown occurs. Yes, affect helps to get rid of resentment and irritation. But the consequences are very dire.

The theme of feelings in existential psychology

Existential psychology examines the uniqueness of every person, their experiences and history. Important attention is paid to issues of life and death, freedom, responsibility of choice, communication, the problem of love and loneliness, as well as the search for meaning.

Existential experiences can be negative and positive. The negative ones include:

  1. Horror. Lack of understanding of what awaits him.
  2. Boredom. Devaluation of what exists for oneself.
  3. Despair. A person has nothing to rely on; he seeks support only in himself.
  4. Loneliness. A person can understand that he is loved, he has people who support him. He feels completely alone, no one understands him completely.
  5. Death. It either devalues Existence or initiates a revaluation of what is happening.

Positive inner experiences fill the life world with meaning. These include love, catharsis and creativity.

Research

According to the research of some psychologists, experiences and emotions belong to different classes of mental phenomena. How can one imagine the process in question without including emotions? Experiments show that feeling often occurs without the emotional sphere, which is associated with the actions of psychological defenses.

For example, you can come across cases where a person is having fun at a holiday, smiling, and in the depths of his soul anti-vital experiences (reflections about the meaninglessness of his own life) flow. People are very surprised when they learn about such a person attempting suicide the next day. Avoidance of painful emotions occurs with the use of psychological defenses; they lead to withdrawal from reality. It should be noted that anti-vital experiences are not always suicidal; they are often reflections on the meaninglessness of life.

The removal of psychological defenses leads to strong changes in the individual; they are accompanied by emotional, bodily, and cognitive processes. The practice of psychotherapy is based on this scheme. To develop the client, he is freed from the oppression of defense mechanisms, due to which his personal growth occurs.

Theory F.E. Vasilyuk

Vasilyuk views the process not as contemplation, but as activity. Sustained emotional experiences arise as a result of a critical situation. During this situation, a person can realize his motives and values.

According to Vasilyuk, experiencing is not a mental function, but an independent process, activity. It leads to the restoration of psychological possibility. There are four types of critical situations:

  • Frustration;
  • Stress;
  • Conflict;
  • A crisis.

Positive events increase a person’s ability; they realize one vital need, but disrupt the implementation of others.

So, the topic under consideration in psychology still requires additional research and study. Life is filled with meaning through feeling emotions; this mental process affects the formation of personal qualities.

If what you fear actually happens,

There is no point in being afraid, go towards it and solve it.

If what you fear does not happen -

It's stupid to worry.

The best thing in this case, when you are worried about an upcoming unpleasant and even terrible situation, is to do the following exercise:

No matter how scary it may be, imagine all the worst things that could happen to you as a result of events developing in the way that now seems possible to you, or even already happening, and try to figure out how you will get out of this situation. Better - several options.

You will get out of any situation, that’s absolutely certain, so don’t let your fear take away your self-control even in the most crisis situations. Because it’s just a pointless waste of energy to worry.

Some, by the way, really like to worry - how can you not worry if an event has occurred that, by all standards, is terrible and you simply need to suffer!

Not at all. Even if someone has died, you have every right not to worry, if only because the deceased does not need the experiences of his loved ones, but spiritual support in the path he follows after his physical death. And if only because your experiences won’t change anything anyway. And it will not be hypocrisy or hypocrisy. Hypocrisy is when a person hides his own feelings in order to appear in a way that benefits him.

In connection with all this, I will write you one Eastern parable, or rather, its literal meaning.

Teacher and Student are talking. The student asks: “Teacher, I’ve learned so much from you, I’ve gained so much wisdom, because I already know everything! Tell me, Teacher, what else should I do in order to be the wisest and most enlightened?” “Almost nothing at all,” the Teacher replies, “it’s nothing: I will read mantras to you, and you will memorize them. If you don’t remember, you will receive thirty blows with a stick; if you remember, you will receive thirty blows with a stick.”

Moral: no matter how you live, no matter how and what you strive for, you will still receive that set of tests, those thirty blows with a stick that are prescribed to you from above in order for you to become more spiritual, in order to complete that task , for which you were sent to Earth. Therefore, there is no use in worrying.

When a person is too focused on one topic and at the same time completely ignores all others in his life, depends on the result of what he does, plans his life depending on it, any, even the smallest mistake, can be fatal.

For the sake of your own happiness, it makes sense to live a full life, without depriving yourself of anything (but not to the detriment of others!), However, you should be aware that excessive love of pleasure and refusal to solve difficulties is the other side of the coin, this is another extreme – complete dispersion of your attention.

There is a huge difference between determination and obsession. The first guarantees purposeful, competent, intelligent, logical progress towards the goal, while the second absorbs a person entirely, depriving him of the opportunity to be full in other areas of his life, destroying him for other people, for his family, for society.

Being fixated on a task does not mean purposefulness; a fixated person, as a rule, is very inattentive to the signs that fate, God, the Universe give him, and therefore he follows the path of much greater resistance than he would have walked if he had been more open, free from his obsession, attentive to what is happening.

Bianca Schreiber admitted in an interview that for a long time she was very worried about her figure, she could not lose weight, and this was the case until there was only dancing in her life. But when something else appeared (she was talking about her personal life), this problem began to be solved surprisingly easily.

In a word, you need to pay as much attention to dance as your soul and body require, without making them suffer for other reasons.

In fact, the line here is very thin, as in everything that concerns a person’s relationships with other people and with himself.

Very often, when talking about almost any topic of a book, I would like to use a metaphor from science fiction writer Efremov: razor blade. This is the golden mean in everything.

“Off beat” exercise system

If you really decide to become the first in dance sports, in addition to general and individual lessons, you need to train on your own. And in order to train on your own, you need to know in what aspects what is important, which muscles are trained for what and in what way.

The muscles of the feet, legs, hips and back are responsible for the strength and speed of movement. When training strength and speed, it is necessary to monitor whether all muscles are involved in the training. Try to monitor the work of the muscles during training: do the muscles of the feet, legs and hips work in extension, is there interaction between the muscles of the back and legs through the abs and gluteal muscles (or in these places you don’t even feel whether there are any muscles there at all) ) and so on.

The muscles of the body, neck and arms are responsible for plasticity. The beauty, softness and flexibility of your movement depend, first of all, on how well you control these muscles together, in interaction with other muscles, or each one separately. Classical dance and modern jazz techniques provide excellent training in this direction. Of these, the most effective stretching exercises are known.

Leading is one of the most important topics and the most difficult. Competent guidance is necessary for the convenience of dancing, and for synchrony, coherence of dance in a pair, and for increasing speed, changing rhythm, stretching, and for mutual understanding. All this together creates the impression of complete harmony between partner and partner.

Some partners believe that the partner should do absolutely everything herself, no matter how complex the figure she is performing; and guidance is necessary only so that she knows what her partner is doing at the moment.

Others believe that the partner should do everything only from the partner and with the help of the partner.

There is grain in both opinions. The most important thing here is not to rush to extremes. Yes, the partner should be able to do everything herself, but she should not do this without impulses and guidance from her partner, otherwise she will turn into a self-propelled installation, and the partner will turn into a clumsy, meaningless stand for her, a mannequin giving her hands, no one knows why - After all, she does everything herself.

Yes, the partner must determine absolutely all the movements of the partner, but this does not mean that he must do everything for her, because in this version the partner looks like a man carrying an insensitive, clumsy deck. The most important task of leading is to help each other dance and help each other understand their actions. If you are a partner, try to feel during the dance how you dance with your partner, her center, do not separate your dance from her dance, your partner should be a continuation of your dance, in this feeling, in fact, lies the whole technique and the whole meaning of leading.

Choreography, staging of figures in adult dance (I mean, in adult dance in terms of content and level, and not according to the age of the performers) depends, first of all, on the meaning of the figure being performed in the context of the entire variation. The choreographic design of the dance sets, first of all, the image of the partner and partner, their relationships played out in the variation, their emotions and moods conceived by them (or their coach, choreographer) in this variation.

It is clear that experiencing some emotions in connection with your image in dance is not at all enough to create beautiful, logical and readable choreography. This requires muscle preparation and knowledge of certain laws of the relationship between emotions and movement.

Particular attention should be paid to training the speed of rotation, in which the following points are decisive: a strictly vertical position of the entire body, the beginning of rotation from top to bottom along the entire body, fixation of the head (gaze), quick setting of the legs, distribution of weight equally on both legs, etc.

In any sport, as in any type of choreography, there are training methods that have been improved by many generations of trainers. Each of these methods implies a very specific system of exercises aimed at developing the qualities necessary for an athlete to achieve high sports results in his field.

Sports dance has absorbed a lot from sports and choreography, thus setting itself very high standards and ideals, dictated by the results already seen by humanity in both sports and choreography. The basis of sports dance is creativity, combining physical perfection with the richness of the inner world, that is, the ideal to which humanity has always strived. It is clear that this ideal is twice as difficult to achieve as the goals of stagecraft or sports separately. And it is also clear that this unique creativity requires its own original methodology, a system of exercises focused on achieving methods of movement that embody the ideal of sports dance.

Unfortunately, in sports dance, for 99% of trainers, the training system comes down to constant attempts every day to dance the way you need to dance, to dance the final result. That is, work is underway on a ready-made version of the dance, the desire to immediately, bypassing the intermediate training stage, show the final result. It is very easy to identify such a trainer: during a lesson (general seminar, individual lesson) he shows what needs to be done and how. This is very good. Some coaches don't even do this. But in order to dance the way the coach wants, you need to use certain, simplified, repetitive exercises to train the elements of movements required for a given performance technique and then put them together. Then you will get the required result.

In all types of activity without exception, including sports, during 80% of the training time, painstaking work is carried out on eliminating minor shortcomings, developing individual minor skills, and only after that it comes to collecting all the skills to implement them together in a finished form, in the final result.

Until now, only one system of exercises has been developed that allows training sports dance performers and is capable of solving the issues listed above with its own means. This system was developed by Robert Tsakharias, currently living and working in Germany, a trainer-choreographer, who at one time (in 1988 - 1990) achieved high results in dance sports in Russia thanks to his methodology, according to which seminars were repeatedly held in Moscow and other cities of Russia, Belarus and Lithuania. He discovered a new formula for training in children's dance, applying principles that had previously been used only in the training of adult athletes.

Robert Tsakharias's method is also good because you can start working on it right from dance school; it does not require, by and large, preliminary dance training for students, which sometimes takes several years.

The exercises of the “Off beat” system form the basis, the “skeleton” of the movement, on which any plasticity and a wide variety of rhythm interpretation options can easily be placed.

This is a set of exercises that, at first glance, vaguely resemble the finished result of a dance, aimed at working out various parameters of the dance, individual muscle groups, which most trainers do not get their hands and thoughts on, since they try to dance all at once. The elements in the "Off beat" system are divided into "steps", "adds", "kicks" and "spin and turn figures". For each of the elements there is a set of exercises aimed at developing the beauty of lines, strength and speed of movement, stability, and also combined exercises have been developed, including various combinations of all elements.

As a result of working using this technique, dancers within a very short period of time (3-4 months) dramatically improve their speed, rhythm, accuracy and strength of movement, the lines of the body, arms and legs look much better, and stability increases. On this basis, any choreography feels comfortable.

In the series of books “Psychology of Dance Sports” the release of the “Off beat” technique is planned as a separate book with illustrations, a detailed description of the exercises, methodological explanations for coaches and medical and physiological justifications.

In this article I will talk about why there is no point in worrying and worrying about anything, as well as how to get rid of this problem. Moreover, you will find out why people generally worry and cannot even imagine how they can live differently. Let's start with this.

Why do people worry and worry?

Since childhood, the child has become accustomed to watching his mother constantly get nervous when something happens in the house. They delayed her wages - my mother was all on edge. The child's snot began to flow - that's it: guard duty, we need to go to the hospital!

A drunk husband comes home - the next day you definitely need to worry all day about the fact that your husband might come home drunk again.

I think there is no need to continue: the child observes many situations where his parents or grandmothers are constantly worried. This happens every day. And since all children copy the actions (not words!) of their parents, when they grow up they will also worry and worry.

Let's imagine the following picture: a relative died in the family - a grandfather. All its members are saddened, but not to the extreme. The child hears his parents say “Yes, it’s sad, but in life anything can happen, now you can’t return anything, so we will move on.”

This parental behavior may seem completely absurd to you. However, it will be very correct: you can’t turn grandpa back, and there’s no point in being nervous and sad every day.

You just need to accept every day that your relative may die and not mistake him for an immortal. And you definitely shouldn't worry.

How to stop worrying?

But, alas, 95% of people are used to worrying about all sorts of nonsense. And if you judge it like that, everything around is nonsense, because if today the loss of a large sum is a big loss for you, then in a year you will have long forgotten about it and will be able to earn a larger sum.

But let me give you specific techniques on what you need to do to stop worrying and worrying.

And as an example, we will take this particular situation – loss of money. Let's assume that you have lost a fairly substantial amount - ten thousand rubles. Surely you will say that in this case you will automatically experience tension and depression, and you will be right. What can you do here? First, ask yourself - what can you do to recover the missing amount?

For example, you can remember where exactly you lost money and try to find it. Then you can submit an advertisement about the loss of money: after all, there may be conscientious people who will want to help you.

For a certain percentage, of course. Think through every little detail, what exactly you can do in this situation! And then...just forget about this incident.

Surely you will say that unnecessary and sad thoughts will automatically visit you. For example, “How is it possible, I lost so much money, well, I’m clumsy, how can I now buy myself (an item) and pay off my debts...”.

These are destructive thoughts. Your task is to remove them so that they do not bother you. And this is done as follows:

You take a pen and notebook, and then write the following: “I did my best, and now there is no point in worrying about it. Yes, I’m used to worrying, but this is a bad habit that only spoils my nerves and energy.

So I choose not to worry and think about more serious things. For example, how can I earn this money again and be more attentive in the future? That's it - you wrote it down.

And now, every time you are overwhelmed by unnecessary thoughts, write the above text again. Do this until the thoughts stop visiting you. This usually takes up to two to three weeks.

But believe me, it's worth it! Because from now on, you will no longer worry about such a problem if it arises in the future. Work this way with every problematic situation, and after about a year or two, not a single situation will be able to make you angry.

I’ll tell you a secret – competent and qualified psychologists work using a similar method. And with successful results for their clients. Take their example, and your life will become more fulfilling, and your health will be much stronger than it was.

And remember: there is simply no point in worrying and worrying!
