Bykovo (urban settlement of Bykovo). The overpass between Bykovo and Udennaya stations will deprive residents of their own homes

Several times I received offers to join various political parties. And he always rejected them. Not because I didn’t like certain party leaders or because I didn’t share the views of the majority of representatives of these political associations. It always seemed to me that a journalist, having become a member of any party, could lose an objective view of what is happening. Under pressure from party-corporate ethics or for other reasons.

Yesterday on the Vkontakte network I saw a message that MP from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Tatyana Vava was caught taking a bribe in the Ramensky district. I read the comments and decided to google about this Vava.

The lady’s life, judging by the links I’ve read, is a mixture of a thriller and an action movie. But Tatyana Vava herself seems to be a tough nut to crack. Since 2012, with alarming frequency, her car has been shot up, acid has been doused on the roof and hood of the car, her husband has been beaten, her pets have been poisoned, forcing Tatyana Valentinovna to give up her political ambitions (please note, the site contains a complaint about Russian elections and democracy represented by featured created by a US citizen and hosted on an American server)…

But the aspiring politician herself, after all the attacks, remains intact and receives only mental wounds, which push her towards active political activity.

And now Vava is in the forefront of protesting against the construction of a highway interchange in Bykovo near Moscow, organizes and heads TOS (territorial public self-government), and after last year’s voluntary resignation of the head of Bykovo, Pyotr Oleynik, Tatyana Vava, as chairman of the local council of deputies, temporarily heads the village “mayor’s office” .

Tatyana Valentinovna lost the election for the post of head of the urban settlement of Bykovo, Ramensky municipal district. After which, in the summer of this year, Vava initiated a parliamentary action directed against the current head of Bykovo, a member of the United Russia party Georgy Sergeevtsev. Sergeevtsev was dismissed by the decision of the Council of Deputies of the city settlement. However, after a trial he was reinstated. It’s funny that I didn’t see any comments on this topic from Vava and her party comrades, but I watched a video about how the election law was violated by supporters of Vava herself. (“This is where you put a tick,” the provocateur presses. So openly, and even in front of observers. Then they will probably shout louder than anyone else for the purity and impartiality of the vote.”)

And then I started thinking. Politics, as you know, can be part of business, and business can be part of politics. Did United Russia set Vava up? Or was she really caught red-handed taking a bribe? What could Vava's business be? Yes, in anything. An urban settlement is always a business. Shops, markets, fairs, garbage collection, housing and communal services and much, much more.

Therefore, “communists” or “capitalists”, having come to power, will be faced with solving these business issues. They will be offered bribes, they will have to make decisions. They will try to discredit them a few days before the elections. They will write laudatory reviews or nasty things about them.

Therefore, I personally will monitor how events develop around the case of Tatyana Valentinovna Vava. Moreover, this citizen was detained, judging by messages on social networks, yesterday. And the fact of receiving a bribe was recorded by competent specialists. Let's wait for official statements.

Bykovo is an urban-type settlement (working settlement) in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. It is part of the urban settlement of the same name, which also includes the village of Aparikha.

Population 10.5 thousand people. (2010). In the summer, the population of the village increases many times due to visiting summer residents.

Located 34 km southeast of Moscow, the railway station of the same name on the Moscow Railway (from the Kazansky railway station). The airport within the village is approached by the A102 Moscow - Zhukovsky highway - access to the Bykovo airport (18 km from the Moscow ring road).

Attractions

In the neighboring village of Bykovo, the remarkable Church of the Vladimir Icon of the Mother of God, built in 1789 in the pseudo-Gothic style, has been preserved. The church was built by order of the then owner of the estate, Governor General of Moscow M. M. Izmailov. It is assumed that the famous architect V.I. Bazhenov participated in the construction of the church.

The Vorontsov-Dashkov manor house and services were built in 1856 by the architect Simon de Bernard.

Also in the village there is a monument to the residents of Bykovo who died during the Great Patriotic War.

People associated with the village

The village of Bykovo is the birthplace of film director P. Chukhrai, writer V. Sorokin, singer N. Rastorguev, football player A. Kvasnikov.

From the end of the 19th century to 1917, the Bykovo estate was owned by Nikolai Ivanovich Ilyin (1837-) - engineer-colonel, one of the co-owners of the Moscow-Ryazan Railway Society, who bought (according to other sources - won at cards) it from I.I. Vorontsova-Dashkova. At the beginning of the 20th century. N.I. Ilyin sold part of the land for dachas. At first, dachas were rented, and later famous artists, bankers, and merchants began to buy them. This is how the village of Ilyinsky, named after the owner, and the railway platform of the same name in the Ryazan direction of the Moscow Railway arose.

August 27, 1906 in the Church of the Nativity with. N.I. Ilyin’s nephew, the future famous philosopher Ivan Ilyin and Natalya Vokach got married in Bykovo.

Story

The formation of the village is associated with the construction in 1861-1862 of the railway between Moscow and Kolomna by the Moscow-Ryazan Railway Society. The name corresponds to the village of Bykovo of the same name, located 1.5 km to the south.

The status of an urban-type settlement was assigned in 1962.

Perhaps the cinema "Polyot" will resume its activities). A temple of the Russian Orthodox Church was built nearby.

360 The Moscow region learned about other details of the construction project.

Every day, huge traffic jams form on the streets near the crossing in the village of Bykovo between Udelnaya and Bykovo stations, stretching for 2-3 kilometers. The main reason is that this crossing is the only one between Lyubertsy and Ramenskoye, and due to the intense traffic of electric trains it is closed for a long time. Both residents of Udelnaya and people from other settlements who use the crossing understand that this situation needs to be changed.

Several projects are currently being developed to address this issue. In particular, the authorities have practically approved the project for the construction of an overhead overpass with the subsequent expansion of the road - instead of two-lanes on both sides of the railway, they want to build a broadband highway. Traffic is calculated for 49 thousand cars per day.

It should be noted that the private sector is currently located in the proposed construction zone; many houses are the only housing for people. Local residents are actively protesting against the construction, and local authorities are helping them in this, as it is difficult for them to fight the federal road expansion project.

The head of the urban settlement of Bykovo, Pyotr Vasilievich Oleynik, believes that the construction project will violate the original architecture and microclimate of villages with a rich history. According to the head of the settlement, great historical damage will be caused to the environment.

“People were waiting for such a decision in order to streamline the movement of traffic through the crossing. But the proposed solution to this issue affects the village in such a way that we will lose the original name and original architecture of the village, like the old dacha settlements preserved here in this corner. If we resettle people, if the road is built as planned, with sidings and turns, then this place will simply be lost - it will become an industrial zone,” Oleynik said.

Oleynik emphasized the special historical value of the Bykovo village. At the sports complex located on the territory of the village, in 1898 the first football match took place between the national teams of England and Russia, which ended in a draw.

“Akhmatova was here, Bulgakov was here, and whoever else was there. Here is the children’s sanatorium of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR - the only sanatorium in the European part of the city of Moscow. We proposed to design a crossing for traffic, either it would be underground, or in a different design - for passenger vehicles and special vehicles, but freight vehicles are not needed here. To which it was said that the money was allocated at the federal level, and we do not have the right to resolve the problem, which relates to the powers of the subject of the federation,” the official concluded.

We are already three years old!

In the village of Bykovo on Shchorsa Street, far from the city noise, among tall pines and firs, there is a beautiful and hospitable kindergarten No. 11. He recently celebrated his third birthday, and all those who helped build it and create comfort for its little inhabitants were invited to this holiday. But why did you decide to celebrate exactly three years? The head of MDOU No. 11, Elena Nikolaevna Savelyeva, talks about this:

Today, MDOU No. 11 is attended by 98 children. Each of the 4 groups is decorated in its own color scheme, equipped with modern furniture and everything necessary for the harmonious development of children. But this kindergarten also has features that distinguish it from other preschool institutions:

“We have an excellent children's sports ground for playing football and basketball, with a running track and a jumping pit - everything is like that of adults, only small in size. You won’t see this in any kindergarten,” says Elena Nikolaevna. - Another feature of ours is wonderful, touching figures from folk tales, created according to sketches by the famous sculptor G.G. Cherednichenko. As parents say, seeing these fairy-tale characters, you are immediately imbued with a feeling of warmth and trust in this hospitable home. And we try to convey this warmth to children, to instill in them a sense of beauty.”

But let's listen to what the parents themselves say:

Elena Evgenievna Bogatyreva: “We have been visiting this kindergarten for the second year now. My son, Gleb, really likes it here, I can see it by the joy with which he comes here every morning. We live in the village. , but when the time came to send my son to kindergarten, then, according to the reviews of our friends, we chose this particular kindergarten, and we are very pleased.”

P.V. Oleinik: we must live and work according to conscience

Bykovo village, air harbor of the Moscow region. Here, more than one generation has worked for the benefit of aviation and dreamed of the sky. And when wars began, the residents of Bykov went to the front and valiantly fulfilled their duty to their homeland. And all of them, as one, gained the honor and respect of subsequent generations. And today the traditions of patriotic education of youth and respect for elders are especially strong here.

On the eve of Victory Day, a holiday especially revered in the settlement, we are talking about this with the head of Bykovo, Pyotr Vasilyevich Oleynik.

Peter Vasilyevich, Victory Day is approaching, a great holiday for our country. I know that in the village. Bykovo pays a lot of attention to veterans. Tell us a little about this.

We believe that all subsequent years after the 65th anniversary of the Victory are anniversary years. And this year we are also preparing to celebrate the holiday with dignity: we reconstructed the Military Glory Memorial Complex and purchased good gifts for veterans. But we do not forget to resolve current issues, for example, providing for veterans, according to the federal program.

I want to say that I am very sad, painful, and sorry when from the podium at the celebrations dedicated to May 9, you see how few of them are left - participants in the Great Patriotic War. But it’s gratifying that they remain optimistic and help us a lot with their participation in public life. For example, the Council of War and Labor Veterans proposed building a second ambulance station in the village of Bykovo on Aeroportovskaya Street. The head of the district, V.F. Demin, approved this idea, and the station was put into operation by the local administration.

When I look at our veterans, one thought does not leave me: what can be done to extend their years? So that they can enjoy their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren longer? You know that older people don’t ask for much: kind words, attention... But I will say this: in essence, we live and work for veterans and for children. Without dividing what comes first and what comes second.

You say that caring for the older generation and educating young people are inextricably linked, how is this reflected in your work?

The upbringing of young people is primarily based on the example of the family. If a child watches a movie about war, that’s one thing, but when he knows that his grandfather fought, that’s completely different. And therefore it is very important to hold as many meetings as possible between young people and participants of the Great Patriotic War. And we hold such meetings. For several years now, there has been a tradition in Bykovo: at a rally on May 9, veterans give farewell to conscripts into the army. Now we are working on the Book of Memory of the village. Bykovo, the materials for which are collected by children. On the 20th of May, students of school No. 14 will go to the places of military glory of Soviet soldiers - to Minsk, Khatyn and Brest.

I would like to ask you about the pressing tasks of today. According to the population census, 10,550 people live in Bykovo, and the number of residents has increased in recent years. How do these data affect the social policy of the settlement administration?

There really are more people in the village, and I look at the gardens and schools - there are more children, which is very pleasing. By the way, we saved every single kindergarten and built another one. Five kindergartens for 10 and a half thousand people, I think the result is not bad, but we won’t stop there - we’ll build more.

As for the population census, it makes it possible to determine priority tasks in health care, education, culture and improvement. Today we attach great importance to the quality of drinking water in the village. There is already a decision to build a deferrization station at VPS No. 22 and No. 23. But while she is not, we have begun installing filters for water purification in our kindergartens and schools. In terms of improvement, we are also following the intended path - in 2010 we built three children's playgrounds near houses 1, 3, 5 on Polevaya Street, and a lot of things are planned for this year.

I will say that today work has become more interesting, but at the same time the responsibility has increased. Moving from one way of thinking and way of life, one socio-economic formation to another is very difficult, especially for people of the older generation. But young people, they quickly grasp the moment of the current day. And since we are all responsible for educating the younger generation, we must serve as an example for them of a conscientious attitude to business. And for this we ourselves must live and work according to our conscience.

Petr Vasilyevich, thank you for a detailed and instructive conversation. At the end of our conversation, what would you wish on the eve of Victory Day to the residents of our region, and especially to veterans?

I would like to wish everyone peace and health, so that children are happy, so that confidence in the future does not disappear! And I also wish everyone to be happy with the happiness of their children, grandchildren, relatives and friends!

Olga Garina, Yana Garbuzova

It's better here than in the city

We decided to ask its residents about how life is in Bykovo. And our first interlocutor was a young man named Anton, who was playing on one of the playgrounds with his little sister. This is what he said: “We moved to Bykovo from Ramenskoye 4 years ago. I like it here better than in the city - there is no fuss, and the people are kinder and calmer.”

Galina Dmitrievna Tarasova, a native resident of the village of Bykovo and labor veteran, agrees with him:

« It’s nice and calm here, and the local administration always helps us in solving our problems. Here, children's playgrounds have been set up, new sand is brought in every year. They promised to renew and paint the slides and swings. Yards are cleaned regularly and garbage is removed. Separately, I would like to thank our head Pyotr Vasilyevich Oleynik for caring about young people: through the efforts of the administration, a House of Culture was opened on Chapaev Street, a football ground was equipped near Shchorsa Street. And they don’t forget the elderly - we always receive very good gifts on Victory Day».
