Есть моды которые не могут работать с дополнением к айзеку.Чтобы эти моды работали нормально, нужно отключить дополнение, а отключить его можно так:
1.Нужно нажать правой кнопкой мыши на игру в стиме
2.Нужно зайти в свойства
3.Зайти в доп.контент и убрать галочку на дополнении
4.Все теперь всё должно работать

Установка модов через мастерскую
Чтобы установить мод через мастерскую вам нужно:
1. Стим версия игры
2. Найти нужный мод
3. Удостовериться что у вас есть все что надо для мода(Т.е длс)
4. Нажать на кнопку подписаться
5. ?????
6.Profit
Удаление модов через мастерскую(так как это вам не старая версия, то здесь все по другому, моды которые вы устанавливаете через мастерскую не меняют файлы игры то есть вы с легкостью сможете удалить их без повреждений для игры.)
1. Найти мод в мастерской
2. Нажать кнопку отписаться
3. ??????

В новой версии игры при установке мода ваше прохождение пока этот мод установлен не будет сохраняться то есть если вы выключите его то все будет работать нормально
