По результатам опросов примерно 50% населения еще не в курсе, что в России создан новый орган исполнительной власти. Возможно, дело в том, что служащие Росгвардии еще пока выглядят так же, как и сотрудники вневедомственной охраны, спецназа полиции, Внутренних войск. Внешний вид этого подразделения еще не прошел преобразование с момента основания 5-го апреля 2016 года, поэтому гражданам не отличить гвардейцев от представителей каких-либо других войск. Администрация всерьез занялась предоставлением служащим новой, уникальной, формы, кроме того, военным Росгвардии собираются повысить зарплату, из чего ясно, что у них большие перспективы.
Современные образцы формы
Разработкой обмундирования 2018 года занимались крупнейшие российские предприятия, например, ООО «МАГЕЛЛАН», ЗАО «Альфа» НПП АНА Тактикал , Военторг Склад №1 и др. Все вместе они представили более сотни различных образцов, среди которых были как повседневная, парадная и полевая форма, так и наборы для чрезвычайных условий и выполнения особо опасных заданий. Ознакомление с разработками проводилось в Отдельной дивизии оперативного назначения им. Ф.Э. Дзержинского, находящейся в городе Балашихе под Москвой. Среди особенно интересных новинок был камуфляж с особенностью инфракрасной ремиссии, то есть неразличимый в приборах ночного видения, мультифункциональный ранец со съемными частями, усиленная униформа для спецподразделений и пр. Основными качествами, необходимыми военной форме, генерал В. В. Золотов назвал комфорт, универсальность и удобство. Кроме того, необходимо будет провести испытание формы во всевозможных климатических условиях.
Уже сейчас известно, что на параде 9 мая 2018 года служащие Росгвардии будут облачены в красные тельняшки, краповые береты и зеленые кители. После всех тестов начальство отбракует одни варианты, а другие поступят в массовое производство, чтобы к будущему году Военторг и другие крупные магазины уже имели в своем ассортименте форму нового образца. Немаловажным критерием при отборе станет соотношение цена-качество.
Федеральная служба войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации сообщила об обеспечении военнослужащих новой формой. Нововведения коснулись как спецобмундирования, так и повседневной формы.
Международными стандартами задаются основные характеристики одежды, обмундирования, снаряжения. Новая форма Росгвардии соответствует этим требованиям, гарантирует удобство, комфорт при выполнении служебно-боевых задач. Не остался в стороне внешний вид.
Изменения в форме Росгвардии
Все категории военнослужащих получили полные наборы одежды. Например, комплекты парадной, повседневной и полевой формы включают зимние, летние и демисезонные предметы, строевые и нестроевые атрибуты. Также бойцы Росгвардии получили обмундирование для выполнения особых операций в условиях непогоды. Спецподразделениям выдали новое обмундирование и боевую экипировку.
Изменения коснулись внешнего вида одежды и состава комплектов. Берцы продержались недолго, они недавно вытеснили сапоги, также теперь их задвинули на задний план спортивные ботинки . Благодаря использованию новых материалов и технологий изготовления, новая обувь не сковывает движение , позволяет справляться с поставленными задачами даже в экстремальных условиях.
Новые шлемы изготовлены из особых арамидных волокон , плотнее и крепче, чем классические стальные каски. Крепятся такие шлемы с помощью системы ремней, а по бокам имеют крепления для приборов связи. Несмотря на новшества, вес шлема едва достигает полтора килограмма .
Белье военнослужащих Росгвардии также подверглось изменениям. Термобелье способно охлаждать в жаркое время года, согревать в холодное, при этом выполняет функцию поддержки мышц.
Особенности формы подразделений Росгвардии
Бойцам подразделений специального назначения экипировка разрабатывалась с учетом условий при выполнении служебно-боевых задач. На первом плане комфортность и функциональность, ведь иногда операции длятся сутками. Кроме того, новая одежда обладает повышенной прочностью , легко стирается.
Форма остальных подразделений Росгвардии также учитывает погодные условия при работе. Для них подготовлены комплекты зимней одежды (куртки на меху, утепленные ботинки, шерстяные свитера), демисезонные ветровки с капюшонами, защищающие от ветра и осадков за счет специальных материалов, и летние.
Не забыли про головные уборы. В зимнее время офицеры высоких званий будут ходить в шапках с козырьком, остальные – в ушанках, а женщины-военнослужащие получили шапочки-таблетки. В межсезонье будут носиться фуражки и кепки.
Камуфляжный узор полевой формы Росгвардии
В конце нулевых Министерство обороны приняло в использование «цифровой» камуфляж под обозначением «Единая маскировочная расцветка» (ЕМР). Узор «Цифра» называется еще «пиксельным», так как представляет собой комбинацию квадратов одного из четырех защитных цветов со стороной до 1 см.
Сегодня у Федеральной службы войск национальной гвардии в планах отказаться от такой расцветки . На смену придут пятнистые узоры «Излом» (сочетание пятен из пяти защитных цветов) для снабжения оперативных подразделений и «Мох» (амёбообразные пятна, цвета которых плавно переходят друг в друга, образуя слитный рисунок) для спецназа и разведчиков .

В мероприятии приняли участие директор Федеральной службы войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации генерал армии Виктор Золотов, первый заместитель директора Федеральной службы войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации генерал-полковник Сергей Меликов и представители предприятий-производителей.
Ведущие отечественные предприятия продемонстрировали более 100 различных образцов формы одежды, экипировки и снаряжения. ООО «МАГЕЛЛАН», АО «БТК групп», ЗАО НПП «АНА», ЗАО «Компания «ФАРАДЕЙ» и ЗАО «ЗАВОД ТРУД» представили образцы предметов парадной, повседневной и полевой формы одежды (по сезону зима/лето, для строя и вне строя) для всех категорий военнослужащих, обмундирование для выполнения особых задач и для экстремальных климатических условий, обмундирование и боевую экипировку подразделений специального назначения.

«Форма одежды, обмундирование и снаряжение личного состава Росгвардии должны отвечать актуальным международным стандартами и обеспечивать эффективное выполнение широкого спектра служебно-боевых задач. Специалисты тыловых подразделений проводят тщательный отбор предлагаемых образцов обмундирования и снаряжения. Перспективные образцы обмундирования внешне смотрятся красиво, но, прежде чем принять их на снабжение, они должны пройти испытания в различных климатических условиях. Только после этого будет принято окончательное решение о том, какая именно продукция поступит на снабжение в Росгвардию. Удобство, комфорт и универсальность - вот главные требования, предъявляемые к форме и снаряжению», — сказал генерал армии Виктор Золотов.
Внимание уделяется не только модернизации специального обмундирования, но и повседневной и полевой форме одежды военнослужащих и сотрудников. Например, появятся зимние куртки на меху, куртки-ветровки на молнии с капюшоном и новые шерстяные свитера. Кроме того, вместо нынешних полевых костюмов на снабжение Росгвардии поступят обновленные зимний, демисезонный (ветровлагозащитный) и летний полевые костюмы в зеленой камуфлирующей расцветке для большинства подразделений войск национальной гвардии, а также в серой и темно-серой камуфлирующей расцветке для СОБР и ОМОН. Обмундирование будет удобным, но при этом сохранит отличительные особенности с учетом специфики выполнения подразделениями служебно-боевых задач.

10 февраля 2017 года состоялась презентация новой формы Росгвардии. Уже в 2018 году бойцы различных подразделений начнут использовать современное снаряжение и обувь. Отмечается, что специфические отличительные черты обмундирования каждого из подразделений останутся неизменными, а вот удобство экипировки значительно повысится.
Напомним, что экспозиция была впервые представлена в Отдельной дивизии оперативного назначения им. Ф.Э. Дзержинского, базирующейся в подмосковном городе Балашихе. Здесь организаторы продемонстрировали гостям даже такие инновационные предметы гардероба военнослужащих, которые были изготовлены из материалов со свойствами инфракрасной ремиссии. В прицелах для ночного видения бойца, облаченного в подобный комплект, будет не видно. Кроме этого, организаторы представили на мероприятии компрессионное белье «Фантом», многофункциональный рюкзак со съемным модулем и высокопрочную форму «Рысь», предназначенную для специальных подразделений.
На встрече присутствовал директор Федеральной службы войск национальной гвардии, генерал Виктор Золотов, и его заместитель, генерал-полковник Сергей Меликов. Во время просмотра их сопровождали представители компаний-производителей.
Ответственные организации
Задача по изготовлению формы Росгвардии к 2018 году легла на плечи ведущих российских предприятий, занимающихся выпуском одежды и экипировки. Общими силами свыше 100 моделей представили:
- ЗАО НПП «АНА»;
- ООО «МАГЕЛЛАН»;
- ЗАО «КОМПАНИЯ «ФАРАДЕЙ»»;
- АО «БТК групп»;
- ЗАО «ЗАВОД ТРУД».
Благодаря их разработкам для сотрудников войск были созданы:
- парадная, полевая и повседневная форма одежды (для теплого и холодного времени года, для строевых смотров и осуществления рядовых целей);
- предметы гардероба для всех категорий бойцов;
- обмундирование для выполнения обязанностей особо важного назначения;
- комплекты для экстремальных погодных условий.
Золотов заметил, что снаряжение каждого представителя Росгвардии должно совмещать в себе 3 ключевых признака – это:
- Комфорт.
- Удобство.
- Универсальность.
Он также заявил, что новая форма, несмотря на свою достаточную визуальную красоту, все же не поступит в обращение до тех пор, пока не будет проведен тщательный отбор ее образцов. Гвардейцы смогут получить обновленное обмундирование только после того, как оно будет испытано в разных климатах. Немаловажным параметром при отборе также станет соотношение цены и качества предметов.
Что же изменится
Среди изменений в повседневной одежде можно отметить появление в гардеробе военнослужащих теплых меховых курток, шерстяных свитеров и ветровок на молниях и с капюшонами. Полевая форма дополнится обновленными летним, зимним и демисезонным комплектами, которые будут иметь устойчивость к ветру и влаге. Большую часть полевой экипировки, которая поступит в обычные подразделения войск национальной гвардии, планируется выполнить в камуфлирующей расцветке хаки. А вот ОМОН и СОБР получат снаряжение в несколько другой гамме – их одежда будет серой и темно-серой.
«Омоновцы» также смогут похвастаться усовершенствованным «черным» (усиленным защитным) типом служебной формы. Протекционные свойства его составляющих, в частности, пуленепробиваемого шлема, налокотников, набедренников, наколенников и бронежилета пятой степени защиты, будут значительно улучшены.
Важно! Именно в образцах обновленной формы, изготавливаемой в настоящий момент, участники парадного расчета прошествуют по Красной площади 9 мая 2018 года. Большинство военнослужащих Росгвардии наденут кителя зеленого цвета, тельняшки в красную полоску и краповые береты.
Из истории спецслужбы
Росгвардия, являющаяся одним из рычагов исполнительной власти, была учреждена на базе президентским указом от 5 апреля 2016 года. В подчинение этой организации поступили войска национальной гвардии, а в ее обязанности вошли:
- Обеспечение безопасности государства и общества.
- Охрана правопорядка.
- Наблюдение за сохранением законности и за следованием конституционному строю.
За столь короткий период внешний вид представителей Росгвардии еще не успел подвергнуться реформированию, из-за чего сейчас они продолжают выглядеть как служащие Внутренних войск, вневедомственной охраны и полицейского спецназа. Статистика сообщает, что около 50% граждан даже не знают о том, что в стране появился новый федеральный орган исполнительной власти. Частично это происходит потому, что люди не отличают гвардейцев от представителей других служб. Поэтому начальство и взялось за обеспечение своих подчиненных новой одеждой, которая будет свойственна только им.
