Entrepreneurs are people who are able to work constantly and hard, learn from the mistakes of others, and draw lessons from their own mistakes. These are people who are confident in their abilities, so they are constantly learning, studying all the problems related to their business. Successful entrepreneurs understand that constantly expanding knowledge is the basis of entrepreneurship. The tool, the main lever for the development of entrepreneurship, is innovation. This brave people, but their courage is limited by the level of reasonable claims.

They find it difficult to tell the difference between Saturday night and Tuesday afternoon. General characteristic features All fast-growing entrepreneurs are driven by persistence and determination. An entrepreneur is very rarely a timid and shy person. His integral feature is the ability to take reasonable risks, but at the same time he must remember that money is not the main motivating factor of an entrepreneur. The person who sets his goal to achieve only large profits will certainly bring his company to financial collapse.

One of the undoubted positive qualities personality of entrepreneurship is his leadership skills. A leader can be defined as the most authoritative person in a given social community who plays a central role in the organization joint activities and regulation of relationships in the group. An entrepreneur cannot help but be a leader, since he must rally people around him and inspire them to achieve a high goal. He will succeed in business only if he can convince his employees of the ability to achieve levels of performance that previously seemed impossible to them. This leadership ability is closely related to such qualities as the ability to create optimistic plans, increase hopes for success, explain the essence of innovation, and rally the team in crisis situations etc.

To satisfy the interests of society, an entrepreneur must:

  • b) propose some ways to satisfy existing interests or solve current problems;
  • c) be able, through entrepreneurial activity, to extract own benefit solving a social problem.

The world's most famous expert in the field of developing leadership potential is Antonio Meneghetti, the founder of a new direction in psychology - ontopsychology, the author of more than 40 books and monographs, reveals the reasons why some people “win” and others “lose”, explains the laws and logic of building social relations, shows the paths that lead to business success.

In his opinion, economic leader- is the operational center of many relationships and functions, which creates new jobs, generates profits and contributes to the development of the service industry. Developing his own activities, he distributes material goods and provides jobs for hundreds of people. It should be noted that in addition to personal qualities, an entrepreneur must have a set of specific knowledge, skills and abilities in the area in which he works. It is clear that for successful management financial transactions an entrepreneur must have at least a minimum set of knowledge in the financial and credit field and accounting, and a person who decides to organize furniture production must have a minimum technical education. However, these restrictions are not decisive. It often happened that the entrepreneur received specialized knowledge and skills already during the development of his business, and in its first stages he acted either intuitively or with the help of attracted specialists.
